Excellent experience overall, Tim was helpful and gave a clear break down of services based on need also did an incredible job with the cleaning itself. Very transparent about how to keep a bad carpet (like mine) from getting into a bad place again. I called and within 1 day the service was done! The process is easy, for me there was a vacuum, a clean, the deodorizer, an allergy treatment, and a new protectant. The whole process from quote to completion was about 4 hours. I would recommend them and will use one of their other services in the future. Attached you can see the before and after photos we have one dog and two kids. This is 4 years of buildup.

Paul and Mikey did an amazing job. Most of my house is carpet and I did not want to replace it. They have brought it back to life. Much needed face lift, prices are fair and equipment is top notch. Not to mention the service and accuracy is outstanding. Highly recommend 👌

My time slot was between 8am - 11am. Tim arrived about 830am and explained all the options in complete detailed. Tim is very professional and takes great pride in his work and ensuring the customer is completely satisfied! I haven't had my carpet cleaned in the 8 years that I've lived in my house and can definitely see the difference. I'd gladly tell anyone to use Steam Master, they're awesome!

This is my first time ever getting carpets cleaned professionally, and I can say without a shout of a doubt this company is one I will continue to use any time I need this service rendered. Dean is very thorough, prompt, he’s very friendly and all around positive and joyful person. The company is very efficient in making sure you know when your appointment time is and if there’s a cancellation they happily move you up, give an estimated timeframe of the technician arrival and the technician will even call once they’ve made it. This company truly lives up to an expectation that I will gladly vouch for.

Tim did an awesome job on our carpets. We had to get them professionally steamed/cleaned per our move-out instructions, and he made the whole thing super easy. He showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and you could actually see the difference right away, stains and traffic areas looked way better and the place smelled clean, not chemicaly.

We were impressed enough that we’re probably going to reach out to them again soon to get the stairs cleaned at our new duplex. Definitely recommend.

Huge thank you to Jose from Steam Master Cleaning for doing an amazing job steam cleaning all of the carpet in our new home! The carpets had a horrible odor from the previous owners’ pets, and mixed with the febreze-type scents, it was honestly giving us headaches. Jose was professional, thorough, and incredibly efficient—he had our entire home done in just 4 hours. The difference is night and day, and the pricing was amazing for the quality of work. These guys were wonderful! Showed up half an hour EARLY had everything moved out of two bedrooms in an hour and a half and then unloaded into storage in another half hour. Definitely booking them for our next move as well!

Just used Tadd for a small move from a 1st floor apartment to a 2nd floor apartment. When I first contacted him, he got back to me with a quote within 24 hours--- which was better than the main competitors on the internet who never returned my phone calls or emails. After that, Tadd called me directly to confirm the details and sent me a confirmation email as well.

He charged a flat rate of $60 per hour for moving about a dozen pieces of furniture, about 10 boxes, and a few large appliances. The rate included going up a flight of stairs as well as the truck and equipment. I highly recommend using him especially if you are moving all the little stuff yourself and don't want to do the furniture on your own or with your clumsy friends who are just going to bang it around and get it dented. His quote was for 2-2.5 hours at around $120-$150 dollars.

Reasons why Tadd and his moving team are the best:
1. He sent me a double confirmation the day before
2. He sent me an ETA text 20 minutes before he arrived so I wasn't waiting around doing nothing.
3. He was 10 minutes earlier than expected.
4. He was SUPER polite and well-mannered. Very clean and professional. So is his assistant.
5. He kept my stuff safe. Nothing was damaged, including the walls of the apartments, the doors, or anything that was in the way.
6. He placed everything *exactly* where I wanted it and reconnected all of my appliances.
7. He worked CONSTANTLY while he was on the clock. He didn't futz around and take a bunch of breaks and stuff.
8. He did it all in EXACTLY 2 HOURS. Like, are you serious?!?!? This guy is a machine!!!! Came out to $120 exactly.

These guys work fast, efficiently, and carefully. And it's a crazy bargain.

These guys did such a great job ! didn't have to lift a finger, they disassembled and re-assembled my rooms and got everything arranged exactly how I wanted it. We Moved out of a 3rd story apartment and into another 3rd story apartment! Very affordable rates, as well. They even took my old couches to goodwill for me to drop them off! Would definitely use again. Thanks 3rd story movers!

I just moved down the road this past Sunday (3/23/14) with a sprained ankle, and Austin 3rd Story Movers were MORE than helpful. Though they were a bit tardy (which ended up not being their fault), the guys that came and helped me out were AMAAZZIINGGGGG. They went above and beyond their call of duty to help me move. They are incredibly reasonable for such a 5-star service. They even moved items that were not apart of my agreement.

Quick, careful, friendly and appreciative. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone moving, no matter how small or large the project!

I had the honor of Austin 3rd Story Movers move me on September 4, 2014. I moved from a 4th floor apartment to a Lake House. These guys were on time and very professional. My job went from 4 hours to about 6 hours. It always seems that you think you have a small amount to move until you actually start moving it. Tadd and his assistant were very professional and even willing to help move furniture out of the Lake House before I could even move my things in. They were both very kind and worked very hard on such a hot day! If I ever need any other things moved, I will definitely seek the services of these guys. We need more honest folks like them.

3rd Story Movers was by far the best moving company in Austin I have ever used.

They were very careful with all of our belongings and home. It is amazing that all none of my furniture or hardwood floors have a single dent from the move! The movers were very professional throughout the entire process.

Tadd and his team at 3rd Story Movers did an A+ job on my recent move from South Austin to the Domain. I've had some bad experiences with movers, but these guys get the job done fast and right. They charged a very reasonable fee for their services (almost too low), showed up on time, disassembled furniture that needed to be so that it wouldn't get beat up going through doors and hallways, reassembled it upon delivery, and best of all DID NOT WASTE ANY TIME ON THE JOB. They told me they would have it done in 3 hours, and got it done even quicker. I would highly recommend 3rd Story Movers to anyone doing a local residential move in Austin. Thanks Guys!
