The technicians arrived on time, were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the cleaning process before getting started. They used a hot water extraction method, which worked wonders on high-traffic areas and some older pet stains I thought were permanent. Within a couple of hours, my carpets looked like new—clean, fresh, and noticeably brighter.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They were respectful of my space, used protective guards on corners, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The drying time was quicker than I expected, and there were no harsh chemical smells—just a clean, fresh scent.

I also appreciated their transparent pricing and the option to add services like stain protection, which I went ahead with. Definitely worth it for the peace of mind.

I was surprised by the pricing. It's in the same range I paid last year when the second floor carpet was included, unlike this year.

I loved being able to just drop off and pick up my rug. The process was so easy, they were so friendly and helpful. The rug looked brand new!! I will definitely use them again for some larger rugs.

The Steam Team were so responsive from the start wiht helping decide what we needed for our cleaning needs. They were prompt and explained every step of their process. I highly recommend The Steam Team!

First, scheduling was easy and they were available when I needed them. Second, pricing was reasonable and clear. Best part was Mario. He was kind, friendly and did an incredibly thorough job. A+ across the board!

We had these guys out for some mold remediation a while back. They "cleaned it out and fixed it up". We'll we have mold again because they didn't actually fix the things they charged us for. Scam!
*edit: they SAID they replaced the boot register insulation and charged me for it, but they actually did not. This was confirmed by 2 other hvac companies. SCAM!
*edit: I've also been trying to talk with them, a manager Wes, and am now getting ghosted. Seems like bad customer service too.

I’ve been a customer of The Steam Team for nearly 10 years, and they’ve never disappointed. Recently, my dog had an accident on my rug and there was a stain that I just couldn’t get out. I have used The Steam Team for several years after disappointing results with other carpet cleaners who did not know how to clean wool carpets. Fortunately, Mario was assigned to clean our carpet the first time and since then we have requested him every time. He is so thorough and always goes the extra mile such as helping us review our problem with moths in the wool carpet. He is always on time and so pleasant.

Roderick and Brian with Santa Fe Floor Care are the best! I would give them ten stars if I could! They gave my dingy white marble bathroom floors a new lease on life! They look brand new! Yesterday they spent five hours cleaning my wood floors and they look like they did when they were installed. So pleased! They are great, professional and just nice guys to have working in my home. I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!!

My entire experience with Rod and his business was what I wish all businesses could be. He was quick to respond and took the time to address any of my questions along with being amenable to my scheduling request. After that he and Brian arrived right on time and did a thorough, beautiful job sealing my expansive new tile floor and cleaning/sealing our master bath. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was very reasonable for their quality work.

Santa Fe Floor Care did an excellent job! My floors look like new. They cleaned the carpets, the wood floor, and cleaned and sealed the tile floor. They showed up on time. They worked around some large furniture, but moved, cleaned, and then replace most of the furniture. Great job!

Santa Fe Floors did a phenomenal job as usual. Brian was punctual, worked quickly, and left everything beautiful. There were some pretty bad stains on some of the carpets and he managed to get all of them out. He’s also great at calling ahead to make sure we’re ready for him and does everything with a smile. An absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish.
