I have been using Mopify out of convenience for years, but the level of service has been steadily declining. The last cleaning of my vacated rental property was very disappointing. Garbage is left in the unit, appliances are dirty inside and out. I complained, but got response that complaints are only taken within 24 hrs. Poor job Mopify!

We were looking for a cleaning service that would send the same cleaner for every visit. I set up service through Mopify and it could not have been easier to get set up. The communication was great as they were setting everything up for us. Tiffany showed up yesterday and did a great job with our initial clean. She even finished up early and we were only charged for the time she was there. I highly recommend Mopify if you are looking for an easy to manage, efficient cleaning service.

We we were really excited about Mopify. We liked their booking tool and text communication. The first cleaning went ok, but then they cancelled every cleaning within 24hrs of scheduled time and had no availability for 1-2 week after cancelation to rebook. We gave up on this company after 2 cancelations in a row and 1-month of no service. They are responsive to communications after cancelations, but very matter affect about unable to rebook (seems like normal occurrence). Don't use this service if you want to count an a cleaning.

I used Mopify because I needed the flexibility of an evening/weekend clean and they delivered! You book all cleans through an easy to use portal, which is great because my schedule changes often and it's not easy for me to have a super rigid cleaning cycle. Our cleaners have been excellent and very communicative. You can provide notes through the portal and customer service is SUPER fast to respond. A truly modern cleaning service (finally).

I've enjoyed my experience with Mopify! It's very convenient to schedule. Any cleaning needs and communications can easily be explained and sent through the web app. Changes are also very simple to complete. I really liked the attendant that was hired to complete my first clean. She was so friendly and did an excellent job. I plan on requesting her for each clean!

Jonah and his crew did fantastic work on our back patio. Communication was clear from start to finish, the craftsmanship was top-notch, and they wrapped up on schedule. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Dripping Springs area — we are happy with how things turned out.

I had a difficult 30% vinegar spill and this company did an amazing job minimizing and removing this very persistent stain. Second company to come out. The first company didn’t have luck; these guys know what they’re doing. 10/10 recommend!

Can’t recommend TSS enough. I hired them to seal our pool coping last summer and they did a wonderful job, very professional, good communication and very prompt. I noticed that the coping didn’t appear to be repelling water like it was previously and it was developing a few pits. I messaged them and THAT DAY they showed up and resealed at no charge to me. Wonderful local business!!

These guys are the absolute best. I originally called them to help re-do my pool coping. The sealant that the pool company applied turned the texas limestone into a slip-and-slide death trap, which isn't great with a bunch of young kids who ignore the "don't run" rules. Their comment was "we see this all the time - pool GCs have their hearts in the right place, but you can't just slap the Home Depot special on coping. We can fix it." In a single day, they sand-blasted off the existing sealant, and applied the correct product for that use case, and that coping has been a grippy surface for my kids birthday parties, learning how to dive headfirst, and even learning to backflip. Recently I noticed some of the grip wearing off, so I rang them up to make a warranty call. They came out promptly, honored the warranty without any pushback, and actually incorporated a little bit of new work into the request with a fair quote. Small businesses like Texas Stone Sealers, no matter what they sell, are all fundamentally in the service business, and these guys delivered 100%. Call them, you won't be disappointed.

The 2 man crew did an outstanding job cleaning and resealing my large slate patio and did the job on schedule. It was not an easy job and involved back breaking work in 100 degree heat. I didn’t pay a dime until I approved their work which was appreciste. The crew was so friendly and answered all my questions as they worked and breaks were very minimal. Big difference in their work vs original install!

If I could leave this company negative stars I would. They sealed our flagstone patio and pool coping in June 2023 and gave us a 5 year warranty. Told us if we ever had any issues they’d come back out and retreat for a $95 travel fee. I called them recently because the stone is flaking all over the patio and all around the pool coping. A few guys showed up, unannounced, and tried to sell me on a different product. Told me they recently bought the company the new owner would need to get back to me about the warranty. It never happened. I texted and called numerous times but no one would return my calls. Please stay far away from this company. We paid $2100 for them to completely ruin our patio.

We were very impressed. One room had a bad stain and didn't think it would come out. He was able to get it out and the carpets looked brand new!! Highly recommend. The technician, Hasan, was professional and friendly! Our realtor was impressed too!
