This was an awful experience. While the business owner was kind and I think had only the best of intentions, our expensive Lee Industries couch and chairs were completely ruined. After the first ‘dry clean’, it was hard to tell how well it worked as the sofa was somewhat damp and more off white than white. When I put the cushions back together (they were staggered to let dry), I noticed a lot of places that weren’t touched at all. Once the couch dried entirely, the couch almost appeared more dirty than before.

I followed up with a text asking to reschedule a re-clean and never heard back. I called to get in touch and it rang out. Finally about a few weeks later I got around to calling again (busy family life) and got in touch. The owner agreed to come back out and see how he could help (I was appreciative for this response and his desire to do the right thing).

When he came the next time, I showed him where the couch was still dirty, as well as the bottom part of the slip cover at the front of the couch that was still dirty and had a red mark.

He started his cleaning processing, getting the couch and two chairs again. He tracked a lot of mud in on the carpet and I asked if he could please wear booties, to which he replied that he needed his shoes on for safety, and that he would take care of the dirty carpet.

At the end of the clean I was shocked to see what seemed like additional black marks that were not there before around the bottom of the couch and chairs. I asked him what they were from (his hose, shoes etc) and he said they must have been there because they would have come out if they were new. I later saw the black marks on our front mat and knew that it came in from outside in his shoe or hose (why they were around all three pieces of furniture front and back).

He insisted they were already there (and I had already paid him from the previous appointment) and while he tried extra hard to remove them, it only made the marks spread into a big mess. I was in disbelief, and when my husband got off work, he was shocked. The worst part of all however is that whatever he used to clean the couch this time, left watermarks everywhere with discolored sections (along the top of the couch and chairs, the arms of the couch and chairs, the cushions and bottom of the slip).

Regardless of the marks dispute, the couch and chairs were ruined with discoloration and watermarks.

I sent him numerous texts and pictures with no response. I called the head of the franchise and they said they can’t do anything about it but they would encourage him to do the right thing and go through insurance. I let them know I hated to have to take next steps, and would love to resolve peacefully. Still no response. So now I am having to spend extra time filling out legal paperwork to serve.

I hope to prevent this situation for someone else. No one has time or money to lose like this. Even if most of the time he gets it right. He didn’t this time, and how he chose to handle it was to just ignore us and leave us with ruined, expensive furniture.

I would like to elaborate on your response below.

1. Our couch and sofa were in great shape and hadn’t needed cleaning up until that point, where I felt they could use a refresh. I have pictures of that morning and week that show the state of our couch prior to your cleaning which I will be bringing to court.

2. As I mentioned, I did try and respond multiple times to the first clean, to get a refund as it was $500 You were kind to come back out, however it was a chase on my end.

3. We think you brought something in without knowing it and then did not take responsibility. (See picture). That aside, the watermarks and obvious cleaning stains alone (perfectly across top of couch arms and back) ruined the couch and chairs.

4. I will be bringing lots of pictures from that morning (prior to cleaning) and that week to court. See last two pictures - No black stains, no watermarks, no discoloration.

Sad to come to this. We caution others about the service you provide.

They did an excellent job cleaning the upholstery on my couch! They were very thorough, took their time, and got a wine stain out that I didn’t think would be removed even with a professional clean. I highly recommend using Luka chem-dry for your cleaning needs ! They also provided me with a free can of spot treatment to use for my home (stains spills etc). Great experience overall!

They are doing a really good job of cleaning our office. I have been here over a year and I can tell they are doing a better job then cleaning services I have dealt with in the past. They are good about communicating and checking in on things. I would recommend.

I had a great experience with Pane and Simple! Evan, the owner, was professional, punctual, and did an amazing job making my windows spotless. I didn’t realize how much of a difference truly clean windows could make until they were done. He was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. Great experience with this exterior cleaning company! The difference is night and day-years of grime completely gone on the side of my house. The crew was communicative throughout the process and the pricing was fair. They definitely take pride in their work.

I relocated from Florida to Texas after staying in a hotel for 3 weeks $$$ I took what ever apartment was available big mistake until I discovered this company the two young ladies they sent came and delivered. Thank you so much.

Fast booking, 2hour window, Jessica and Carolina was amazing and didn’t leave untill everything was spot less, with the fresh smell and the clean appliances to the vacuum lines int the floor, bed made I can’t say enough, I can’t wait to make another mess and have them come back, (side note Jessica is very cute!)

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND MAVERICK MAIDS.

I paid them to do a move out clean, and they did a horrible job. Floors weren’t properly cleaned, I had to go back and clean them myself. They completely skipped over the oven and microwave.

Had to call them back out a second time AND STILL DIDNT CLEAN THE OVEN. I then called back again and since then they have been completely ignoring me.

If you want to pay for a “move out clean”, and get charged for stuff they decided not to clean, then by all means choice them.

Save your money buy paying a little bit more for a company that takes pride in their work.

My experience with Maverick Maids started promising but ultimately left me extremely stressed and frustrated. I booked them for a move-out clean as we were selling our house in Georgetown, and had just moved to Leander. The person I booked with, Victor, told me there was a 45-point checklist each cleaner went through for the house including windows, baseboards, appliances, vacuuming, etc, and the list included all the things we needed cleaned so we booked the service. The cleaners cleaned most of the house well, but unfortunately neglected to clean the inside of the appliances. I called the next day when we discovered this, to have them come back to finish the work as the fridge and oven in particular were filthy. They promised to remedy it quickly and would call me back with the time they could come. 5 different days and times came and went when I drove across town to unlock the house, only for them to cancel last second. They claimed to have come out one night to clean but said the doors were locked. I came the next morning to find the doors unlocked. They then said they could come on Friday, which happened to be Good Friday, but had to get back to me on what time. Friday I tried calling, emailing, texting, and couldn’t even reach a voicemail so again the appliances were not cleaned. At this point our buyers for our house were complaining about the dirty appliances and so I had to spend 5 hours of my Saturday scrubbing all the appliances by hand. I asked for a refund because by this point the time off work driving back and forth and the effort I had to go to just to get the appliances cleaned was driving me to panic attacks. They refused any refund at first, and only after much debate agreed to a $50 refund of the $440 price they charged. I never even received that. So all this to say, if you still choose to use this flaky and unprofessional service that could not do what was promised, use a credit card so you can do a chargeback if your experience is the same as mine.

If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Deep cleaning is not worth your time or $
$2600 I expect better quality service and cleanliness.

We had them clean after my son moved out. They were very professional and trusting!! Would highly recommend them!! A bachelor pad isn’t the easiest to clean but I give them a 5 stat!!

I'm grateful for the service we received. Our new rental had a distinct pet smell that gave us nausea. We tried everything but got terrible. I contacted them. The next morning Kendra and Charlotte arrived. We walked through, described the procedure and what was needed, and then began. I didn't anticipate miracles, yet they happened. Many stains have improved, and the smell is gone. They are magicians. Highly recommend them.

Paid for a deep clean in a house that tenants moved out of house was 2/10 on the dirty scale. Came to inspect their work all they did for $350 was vacuum and mop. The base boards where not touched, window blinds and corners in the ceilings had cob webs still. I called back the next day to ask them to please come and fix these issues. They said they would call me back immediately. Never heard back called them two days later they then said they only offer 24 hour warranty. So they obviously do not call back till after the 24 hours. I cannot recommend them but management tried and she was nice thats the only positive I have on this company 5-31-2023

This cleaning company provided poor service. Their cleaners arrived late and did not complete the cleaning to a satisfactory level. When I addressed these issues, they were unresponsive and did not offer any compensation. They also failed to clean specified areas, causing additional inconvenience. I advise choosing a more reliable cleaning company.

I had the unfortunate experience of using Maverick Maids for my Airbnb cleaning services, and I must say that they were a complete disappointment. Not once, not twice, but three separate times, they failed to send their cleaners as scheduled, even after multiple reminders. When I contacted their admin to resolve the issue, they were completely unhelpful and failed to provide any solutions.
Their terrible service directly affected my own business, as I had to scramble to find a new cleaning service for three out of the four scheduled cleanings with Maverick Maids. Despite my attempts to reach out to them multiple times, I never received any resolution or compensation for their negligent mistakes.

I'm shocked to see that they have such high reviews online, and I can only assume that these are fake reviews. I strongly advise others to avoid Maverick Maids at all costs, as they are unreliable, unprofessional, and provide terrible service that will negatively impact your own business.
