We were having trouble finding a steam cleaning company that had availability less than 3 weeks out. I was SO lucky to have called Mikael right after he had gotten a cancellation for the next day. He was very friendly, responsive, patient with answering all my questions and showed up the next morning exactly when he said he would. He’s a good worker, knows exactly what he’s doing and really puts thought and care into getting the job done well. We had 6 rooms and a walk in closet steamed cleaned and scotch guarded. He got it done in a few hours and the carpets looked brand new and smelled fresh and clean! I highly recommend Mikael to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!

We've had several companies over the years come in and clean our carpets and rugs. This company was right there at the top. Michael did a great job. Stayed in touch to let me know when he was coming inside the arrival window. He was punctual and polite. Used products that produced a high quality outcome and even had a service that cleaned our bathroom grout. Prices were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time we need the service.

Maikel came to clean our stairs and 4 rooms. He was extremely professional and even showed up on time. I highly recommend him! It’s a bonus that he is affordable and his quality is way better than Stanley Steamers or another chain! I have already referred him to my neighborhood!!

Great experience with Full Steam Ahead! Was a quick process, too. We had stubborn dog stains on our carpet and he was able to completely get out and make our carpets look new. Will use again!

These gentlemen did an outstanding job! I’ve worked with Maikel before and always make sure to call him whenever we need a deep cleaning. I am careful about the chemicals I use in my home and Maikel took the time to talk with me about the products he would be using and even gave me the name of the company that he orders from so I could research each product he would be using. The pictures speak for themselves! I tried my luck buying a heavily used West Elm couch for a very good price to see if I could get it cleaned up and full of life again. Maikel made it like new! So so happy with the end product. We referred him to our neighbors who also loved him and were very happy with his work.

Maikel did an amazing job for a super affordable price! We originally bought a bissel carpet cleaner to clean up toddler and pet messes and it left a gross cleaner smell in some areas of our carpet. When I got home after Maikel cleaned our carpets it smelled so fresh and clean and the carpet looked good as new! Would definitely use him again! 😊

Maikel did a fantastic job on our carpet! We had just moved in to a new house and our daughter had spilled some paint on the carpet. I had never hired carpet cleaners in Austin and felt very reassured from our initial conversation. He was so responsive, honest and knowledgeable about the best ways to get the spot out. Maikel was very courteous and helpful when I wasn't sure what I wanted to have done. He cleaned several wool area rugs, a couch, two chairs, and an ottoman, and I was really pleased by the results - everything looked even better than I had hoped. The couch especially amazed me. It's old, and its color and texture were restored to nearly new condition. I'm very happy I chose Full Steam Ahead.

I liked that you could schedule online and get the cost for services. Scheduling was easy w/ little wait time. Maikel cleaned rugs and upholstery and they turned out great. He was professional, efficient and personable. I appreciated his business and will continue to use this service.

Our carpet had seen potty training a toddler, 2 cats, general chaos of a child and had even a fresh purple paint stain. It was like new in an hour and a half. His set up is impressive and high quality equipment. The best way to contact him is through text but once I figured that out, he was very responsive and let me know how soon he would arrive. My 3 year old was out of school for the day and he was very sweet to him. Highly impressed. I would definitely hire him again.

So glad I found this company on Yelp! Mikail was very conscientious and detailed oriented when he works. He takes his time to make sure everything is up to par and meets his expectations. My 20+ couch hasn't looked this good since we bought it! The carpet looks like new again and so soft to walk on. He has done an amazing job and I will definitely use him next for my hardwood floors. Best carpet service I’ve ever had. Maikel is passionate about doing what’s right for the customer, helped me understand the process and how it would benefit us and why we wouldn’t need him as often as other carpet cleaning services. The quality of the work is superb and our carports feel, look and smell new again. We are very happy with his service and highly recommend him to others.

I recently hired Maikel with Full Steam Ahead carpet cleaning services. He was professional and kept his word that my carpet would look great when finished. He was flexible, when I had to change my appointment date and time. I ended up paying more than expected, but our carpet needed additional attention, and it looked amazing afterwards. Steve arrived on time for his appointment. Went over the areas for cleaning and completed the job in approximately 2 hours.We were impressed with the results beyond our
expectations as these rugs had not been cleaned in along time! The final cost was pleasantly surprising . Very competitive pricing. We would highly recommend Steve!!!
