Quickly scheduled to have carpets cleaned. Was flexible when I added a room and area rug to the job. Quick and efficient. The carpets are still drying and I am hoping the pet odors will dissipate as they dry.

Luka Chem-Dry steam cleaned my living room rug, a couch, 2 chairs and 2 throw pillows. They also re-sealed my kitchen granite countertops. I am pleased with how the steam cleaning freshened up my furniture and rug. The granite sealing took a long time because it was a multi-step process to clean, seal and polish the granite. It was also a bit pricey due to all the labor required. I would probably not order that service again, but the steam cleaning was a good deal with the coupon available on their website. I was very pleased with how soon I was able to be scheduled for my services!

They came on time, cleaned my ivory linen couch to look brand new, and were out in under 2 hours! Highly recommend!

I called around a few places and Luka ChemDry had the most competitive pricing and great reviews, it was a no brainer and I decided to book with them. We used them for upholstery cleaning for two sectionals. Haitham did a great job and was in and out within an hour or so. Our couches needed a refresh and looked great after service was completed!! I would recommend them and definitely use again in the future for other services!

Luka ChemDry has treated my carpets before, and they are always so professional, always come when they say they will and contact you in plenty of time so you don't sit home all day. This company is outstanding in terms of service, and unbelievable how many pet/furniture stains they can remove! Great company, great service! Hire them!

Maybe asking for the back and sides of the couch to be cleaned was asking for too much? It doesn’t seem like there was much attention at all to cleaning them. Also I got charged $170 instead of the $120 quote that I originally received.

At least they offered a free spot cleaner as incentive to fill out a review

My experience with Luka Chemdry was very positive! Haitham texted an hour before he arrived, and he was right on time. He was extremely polite, and patiently went over the pricing with me to insure I understood what services I would be receiving. He worked quietly and efficiently and his work was very thorough. My home not only looks cleaner, but feels so much cleaner as well! I’ll definitely use Luka Chemdry in the future!

Beat the next price by a good bit, was very response and quick to provide the service. We took some furniture out and asked them back a second time with the same experience. Good results and great service. Highly recommended.

Gave me a window of 9-11. Text me 5 minutes to 11 that they will arrive in 25 minutes. Called earlier in the day to confirm and told me they would be here before 1045. Can’t say anything about their actual carpet service but plan on doing nothing all day to wait for them.

Haitham was wonderful! They were professional from the start. Gave a great quote and stuck to it. We have 3 bedrooms and carpeted closets. They were in and out in about 1.5 hours.
