I contacted Time Machine ATX after an arrangement with a competitor completely fell apart. Time Machine ATX totally blew away my expectations. They were communicative, prompt, and went above and beyond with their work! Highly recommended!

Jon is a very nice guy, who runs a very efficient service. We've had him out twice, to clean our roofs, and the windows. He shows up when he says he will, and gets the job done right. We'll be calling him back next time.

Short version: I can’t recommend Jon enough. He does top-notch work; he’s an excellent communicator; he’s reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Longer version: We needed our gutters cleaned so I searched Nextdoor for recommendations. Jon’s name came up in a post hailing him as a hero for helping neighbors during the snow storm. I reached out to him and was immediately impressed by his professionalism. When he came out to quote us for the gutters, he asked if we’d like a quote for other services - in the most non-pushy way. We were open to hearing his recommendations and ultimately added window cleaning, power washing of the driveway/carport/walkway and soft washing the house exterior. Our house is transformed. Pecans had dirtied our pavers that no amount of scrubbing and elbow grease could erase, but now they look brand new. I hadn’t thought our windows were dirty but, looking out of them now, the world looks brighter and sharper and it’s honestly been a breath of fresh air. Not only did Jon clear our gutters, he alerted us to damage that our neighbors’ trees were causing on our roof. We’ll absolutely use his services again and highly recommend him for any neighbors needing work on their house.

Jon and his team were great. Responded quickly to get an estimate, came by and got that over to us by the next business day. Got things scheduled and they did a great job with our windows, which was no easy task. We've got 3 different kinds of windows from the 50's (which hadn't been cleaned since then), 80's (also hadn't been cleaned since then). They look as good as new. The team were courteous and clean. Highly recommend.

Jon provides a great service. He is easy to get hold of, and scheduled me an appointment at only a couple of days notice. He arrived promptly as scheduled and very efficiently cleaned the windows on two old rent houses of mine. The transformation was remarkable - I'd never seen those windows as clear as he got them. Jon did such a fabulous job on my old house in Travis Heights! My tenants were thrilled with the results. They even messaged me to let me know the awesome results before I could get over to see it in person. He soft washed the exterior, cleaned the windows and screens, power washed the sidewalks and cleaned the gutters. I am a repeat customer because Jon is responsive, polite and honest. I always get great results for the money spent. I highly recommend this business. I feel like I got so lucky when I found this business a couple of years ago. Jon’s maintenance keeps my rental properties looking their best.

Had the team come out to help with some tree trimming originally. Eventually had them come out to complete some pressure washing and window cleaning at the house, too. They’ve always been right on time and have completed all the work super quickly. Good group of guys and looking forward to hiring them again in the future.

I called Bestview to help with tree cutting and yard clean-up after the ice storm in Austin. The team was friendly, punctual, and efficient! There were several extremely large branches broken leaving a huge mess in my yard. These guys were able to remove even the highest branches and cleaned up every last bit in my yard. Will definitely use Bestview again!
