Shayne and crew were fantastic to work with! I called and scheduled an appointment for the following week. They came out while I was at work to survey what I needed and sent me a bid via email. We negotiated from there and they also came out while I was at work to power wash our entire back deck and the 20 year old stonework work that surrounds it as well as washing the outside windows. I was astounded when I got home! My backyard looked as good as I did the day we finished our build-out. I haven't had any other service like it in 20 years of trying to clean dirt and mold off of our Stone. I will be calling them back to complete our front deck area and would encourage anyone to give them a call! Beautiful work! Thank you, Westlake Home & Company!

Initially I was pleased with the painting crew. They're all nice guys (apparently mostly family or friends) but I discovered Raymond was the only painter I could consistently count on. I always requested Raymond and he would show up initially to get the job started, but would then leave to attend to other jobs. When Raymond wasn't actually doing the work there were numerous mistakes - too many to name. Fortunately I've found a truly outstanding painting contractor that will be my painting contractor from here on out - Ball Brothers Painting. You won't be disappointed with them - guaranteed.

So impressed with the team at Westlake! From their quick callback with an estimate to the professionalism and kindness of the guys that worked so hard on our house. Our windows look amazing and the power wash brought this old house back to life! I'd definitely hire them again for sure.

I love working with Westlake Home and Commercial! We have a luders stone patio that has been subject to mildew growth. The first time I had the patio cleaned and sealed, I used another company and was extremely disappointed in the service I received as well as the quality of the work. The next time I had the patio cleaned and sealed, I tried Westlake Home and Commercial. I have used them 2 times now and I couldn't ask for a better experience. They excel in every way - excellent customer service from a very professional staff, very quality work and a desire to make sure the job is done right. They set the standard for great service!

I use them every year after oak season to clean my exterior stone decking. Fast, all work gets done in a day, professional, excellent work. I used them last year to clean my tile roof as well - highly recommend this - looks like new house!

They were really easy to schedule a free estimate with. They were punctual and efficient in assessing everything we needed done and gave a reasonable price quote. They showed up on time to perform the service and then were quick and thorough in washing the windows on a two-story house. The inside and outside of the windows looked amazing after their service. The windows let in so much light and made the house look so bright! I highly recommend their window washing services.

I hired Westlake Home to pressure wash our house, drive, sidewalks, porch, and back patio.Then I also hired them to wash our windows inside and out, and wash the filth trapped in our sills out.
They showed up with a big, friendly, very professional team of people who were well organized and worked hard and well.
They got the whole thing done in a morning and we have a pretty sizable amount of windows in this two story suburban house.
They did a fantastic job, I’d absolutely hire them again. I am a hard worker who does things very carefully, ie I am obsessed about doing things the right way. Westlake did things the right way, no cut corners.
So: thumbs way up, and I’m going to get a bid from them within the next year or so for repainting our house and restating our fences and balcony decking. If their paint crew is as professional as their pressure and widow washing crew, then the quality should be excellent, which is what I care about.

I am very impressed by the performance and friendliness of Westlake H&S Services. This was my first use of them to clean the mold and stains from the natural stone on my house and the surrounding stone planters. The sales and onsite team were very responsive, nice and very good at their job. Highly recommend.

It was difficult to find a company that could wash my third story, large picture windows. The friendly Westlake workers did a great job both inside and out. I shall definitely use them again, and I recommend them without reservation.

They did a good job with the power washing; HOWEVER, if you have an older home (mine was built in 2006), the window washing (which they strongly recommend if you have power washing) has penetrated into several of the double paned windows and made them look cloudy and dirty. I wish I had not had them washed by this company (or at all) as they looked much better before. My office window looks the worst and that’s where I spend a big portion of my time (see photo) ☹️ The fix they suggested was to get new windows.

I had this contractor come out to do some pressure spraying and cleaning at one of the water plants that my company runs. John and Estevao performed an excellent job. They were very thorough, safety conscious, and professional. Highly recommend this company as they get the job done in a timely fashion, with integrity and hard work.

Our pavers leading to the front door had mildew and dirt especially after the recent rain and wind. I called Westlake Home and Commercial Services. The owner came that very day to take a look and give an estimate. The next day, despite rain in the night, the polite and efficient worker was there at 8 am, finished in just over an hour and the result was like the difference in night and day! A terrific job!

Westlake Home & Commercial did a whole home washing and window cleaning for my home. They did a great job - place looks like it is new again. The price was very reasonable for the size of the job as well. Highly recommend.

JT did an amazing job clearing some of the 24 acres on my raw land in Dickinson, TX. We got rained out several times over three months. We found a dry period, but as luck would have it, it rained 2.5 inches on the day and another 1.5 inches over the next three days. It seems the forest was fighting back. Despite this, his crew did an amazing job. Although I didn't get as much cleared as I wanted, it was a fortunate accident because it looks great. We've decided to keep the rest of the trees, except for a few invasives, which aren’t as bad as we first thought. JT’s driver, Chris, saved some amazing pine trees for my daughter's treehouse. Dalton cleared out a fence that had become one with the trees. Mulchers and metal don’t mix. JT said this was the thickest his Barko 930B has seen, and now I’m left with mulch to build my pastures. As a former Navy SEAL with PTSD and TBI, this project means a lot to me, my veteran friends, and the brother I’ve lost. It’s been proven that agriculture significantly helps with PTSD, and this ranch will serve that purpose. We’ll be raising sheep and goats for dog food that will be donated to veterans with service dogs. Anyway, this is becoming long-winded. JT and his equipment are top-notch.

I contacted Westlake HCS requested an estimate for powerwashing and roof cleaning. They promptly reached out and schedule an estimate (next day). We were able to discuss the scope and agree on a fair price. They showed up promptly and the work quality was great ... very satisfied. Highly recommend the soft wash cleaning for a tile roof.

Will use again!

Michael and his team did an amazing job at cleaning my 30-year old tile roof. They were quick, professional and very careful. No broken tiles, or other damages and now the roof looks like new. Highly recommend!

Westlake Home and Commercial did an excellent job. My snaplock galvanized roof has many peaks and valleys. The house is more "L" or "Z" shaped and not a simple box. There are roof vents, so they had to be careful not to spray water in the attic. It takes some care to do all the different areas. They worked well with all this, and the metal roof looks great.

They also did the extra touches, including power washing the front of my gutters, spraying the debris off the deck, and giving a quick spray for small areas with dirt on the shingles (around the floodlights that attract a lot of bugs).

Washing a roof like that takes most of the morning, and I really got my money's worth. I am now considering other projects they can assist with. The house (and my galvanized roof) looks so much better.

Gary did an outstanding job with our pool! He replaced our liner and installed a new salt system, and everything turned out perfect. The work was finished right on schedule, and the area was spotless when he was done. We’re excited to keep using this pool service company here in Austin for many years ahead!

i've been using this pool cleaning service for a while now and i am very happy with everything. our regular pool cleaner, brad, does a fantastic job each week. he is careful, pays attention to detail, and always puts in the effort to keep our pool in great shape. brad takes the time to talk with me every week and has helped fix problems like heavy calcium buildup and other pool issues that came with our house when we bought it. he always explains things clearly whenever i have questions about how the pool works or what needs to be done. we are also starting a full pool renovation, and gary has been excellent at getting things moving. he took the time to tell me why the pool surface was coming apart and how they could fix it. he even showed me some other pools the company has remodeled nearby and shared a lot of helpful information about the whole process. brad and gary really show what great service looks like. because of their hard work and friendly attitude, i will keep using this company for all my pool cleaning and renovation needs. living in texas, keeping the pool clean and ready to use during the long hot season is important, and i'm glad to have such a reliable team.
