Had originally scheduled them for just gutter cleaning, but when I realized that my chimney top had been damaged by the big storm to point that when 1/3 inch rain Tuesday night flooded my fireplace ‐ and storm forecast was posted calling for 2 to 6 inches in next 36+ hours, i called owner Joe Fannin and within 3 hours he had not only sealed the damaged chimney flue against further leaks...but an hour later his team totally cleaned out completely clogged gutters.

Cannot recommend enough!

Elefant Xterior did a fantastic job! They power washed our pool decking (and removed rust stains that others could not), cleaned our covered patio including washing down the furniture, removing cob webs and wasp nests, and cleaned out our gutters. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and will definitely be calling them in the future.

I’ve been working with Joe and his team for years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From window washing to power washing our house to cleaning our decks and outdoor furniture, they’ve done it all for us and we wouldn’t work with anyone else.

Gabriel, Oscar and Kris did an excellent job on the glass windows and doors inside and out. Since it was a rough post construction cleaning the fiberglass frames still had some dust/debris on them however the final post cleaning will hopefully take care of the remaining material. All in all they did a very good job, were neat and organized, and were nice enough to change out the battery on my smoke detector which I couldn’t reach.

My windows are clean, at last! The crew what’s great and the results excellent. I’ve been working with Joe since he started the business more than 12 years ago. Quality and professionalism seem to be his mantra.

We hired Fannin/Xterior to clean our windows. Sadly, they bent the screens of our brand new home, and they no longer fit tightly in the windows.

We expressed our disappointment including pointing out that the screens were laid across various objects like the bushes in our front yard. (See the image attached.)

Do you know how they responded? They told us that we could look for another place to do our windows in the future.

That is not the kind of service (or apology) that anyone needs.

UPDATE: To use the phrase, "the claim youre (sic) making", suggests I'm being dishonest. There in the picture you see the haphazard way your team treated our property. There is your own equipment in the background, yet you have not indicated that your team could have done better. Shame on you for pointing your finger at me.

I would NEVER disrespect a person; my mother taught me better, and anyone who knows me would recognize your claim as an utter falsehood.

You are the only company we have used, and you have not attempted to fix the screens you bent. Shame on you a second time.

We had our Fence power washed and stained by this company and they were exceptional. The customer service was amazing and their communication was prompt and clear. The employees who showed up to complete the work did an excellent job and we’re super professional. We got estimates from multiple companies and decided to go with this one for a reason. Highly recommend!

This is my 2nd time using Elefant for windows, this time we did siding too. The exterior of the house and the windows are crystal clear and look amazing! Had small issue but Joe, the owner, is amazing to deal with. I’ll absolutely use them again in the future!

They came with a crew of two. One took the outside and the other took the inside. They were here about 3 to 3 1/2 hours. They did a spectacular job. The windows glistened. They also pointed out to me where several windows had slight liquid leakage between the two panes of glass. I would recommend Elefant to anyone who wants a thorough job done.

Craig did my window cleaning and they look amazing!! They were here promptly on time, put everything back together and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend!!

Hard working, great communications, high quality work. Totally satisfied. Cleaned, stripped, stained, and sealed large deck and pergola. Power washed front porch and house. Cleaned screens and windows in and out.

They were quick to respond. Provided estimates for a window, gutter, driveway cleaning with just the address. Reasonably priced. Scheduled within the week and the quality of service was excellent.

Elefant responded quickly to my request for a bid. It had been a few years since I had used them, yet Joe had a price within an hour and they were out the following Monday to clean our windows inside and out. They returned the following day to clean tracks. I'm very pleased with the sparking results!

This is the second time we have used Elefant for our home. They cleaned our indoor and outdoor windows, power washed our patios, cleaned all of our outdoor lights, ceiling fans and did a thorough bug cleaning. We could not be more pleased with the result. They are meticulous and everything was exactly as we have come to expect from this company. In addition, the team that did the work did so in 100-degree weather and were as pleasant and professional when they left as they were when they arrived. I’ve used several window companies in Austin and this one beats all others. The owner, Joe, answered the phone, was professional and followed up just as he said he would with pricing and a date. I found his pricing competitive in the market but what sets this company apart is that they follow through. The crew arrived on time, were clean and professional, and paid attention to wipe up any water that dripped from their squeegees. Both inside and outside windows were cleaned and they are now crystal clear and look brand new! Thank you, Elefant!

I worked with Elefant for exterior window cleaning, front and back patio cleaning, as well as spot power-washing exterior walls to get rid of some mold build-up. The service was easy to schedule, the technicians were on-time, professional, and very easy to communicate with. They did a thorough job, and I am happy with the service.

Chris and Oscar cleaned our windows and power washed the garage, patio, driveway and sidewalk areas. I agree with another reviewer who said the team went above and beyond with we expected. They were punctual, courteous, paid attention to detail, and didn't rush. They deserve more than five stars.

Another outstanding experience with Oscar and Chris at Elefant. We do a deep cleaning each year in February and I realize each time that they are here that I should have them more often. They cleaned all windows, screens, exterior lights and even the gutters this time. An excellent home refresh. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience working with this company. Joe and Kraig were both great to work with -- professional, responsive, and clearly take pride in what they do. They refinished a large deck (included cleaning, sanding and treating), power washed the exterior of the home and cleaned out the roof gutters. When the initial results didn't meet Joe's expectations, they didn't hesitate to come back out to make sure everything looked perfect. It's rare the find that level of care and accountability these days. I truly appreciate their commitment to quality and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Oh my goodness, these guys are the best!! Craig and Chris cleaned our windows, inside and out, and they have never looked better! They also took off the screens and cleaned them as well. I highly recommend them for anyone needing your windows spruced up. Their professionalism and courtesy was greatly appreciated!
