Jorge and Luis at Fannin did an amazing job cleaning the interior/exterior windows and power washing of my patio areas.! My windows have honestly never looked so clean! They were very friendly, detailed, efficient and respectful of my home. They took their time and inspected everything before leaving. I’d absolutely recommend them again!

Had a great experience with Fannin. Sara and Joe were very accommodating with my requests for quotes on several different jobs. Only waited a week to get on their schedule. Craig and Oscan showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the Sixties-era stone and vinyl exterior of our home, including windows, screens and walkways. They were respectful of our landscaping and property and treated it like their own. Craig even rinsed off our solar panels! Wouldn’t hesitate to use Fannin again.

We had such an amazing and personal experience with the Fannin team. They were great to communicate with and helped us narrow down some dates and times we were looking for quite far in advance. Our team that came to the house were very quick/efficient but thorough, detailed, friendly and thoughtful. They were willing to work with us and our dogs while we shuffled and moved them around as work was completed. The windows and the view outside them has never looked quite so lovely. I wish we had not waited so long to have them cleaned

I hired them for my project, and not only were they the most expensive, but the crew that showed up had no idea what to do and asked me to re-explain everything. Then they just left and rescheduled for the following week. The owner offered to work with me on the color, but when I told him my preference, instead of discussing options, he simply issued a refund and said they weren't a good fit. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of two weeks. Now I have to find someone else. I do not recommend them.

Very professional process. Technicians performed their duties in a neat and timely manner and were very respectful of our home. We have been using Elefant for many years and the service is always consistent.

I hired Fannin Professional Services to clean my windows, both inside and out, before I had guests for the holidays. My windows have never looked better! I love how my house is filled with light. There are no streaks on the glass, no dust or dirty build-up. The "guys" doing the work were true professionals. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!

I want to express some concerns regarding our recent experience with this company. It seems more suited for clients who prefer a casual approach. The owner’s behavior was dismissive toward my wife, and his response to her was extremely unprofessional. We expected better, especially given the premium pricing.

For instance, after a 25-minute walkthrough, asking for another during her work hours felt unreasonable. It's crucial for your team to coordinate effectively. Furthermore, it’s disappointing that after initially agreeing to collaborate on product selection, the decision was abruptly changed without consulting us, and then we were told they weren’t going to work on our project instead of communicating they felt more comfortable using their preferred product (which we would have been fine with). We hope this feedback helps improve your service.

Chris and Oscar showed up promptly right on time. Immediately went to work on our windows and did a fantastic job. Our home has high ceilings with high windows and Oscar easily tackled them even clearing off dust and debris from the windowsills since he was up there. Chris anticipated his every move spotting him. She was a joy to watch, humming while working diligently on the interior windows. Teamwork was key to giving our windows sparkle and shine. They are awesome! Joe kept me informed with appreciated reminders. I am so pleased and can highly recommend Elefant.

Elefant/Fanin did an incredible job on the front of my house! They were very thorough and detailed and were able to remove the tough stains on the stone and trim around my windows. Scheduling was easy and I'm very satisfied with the results.

They cleaned our Trex deck, power washed the pool coping, patio, limestone, driveway and walkway, and removed mold from our siding. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

These guys did a great job for me in Austin. Punctual, friendly, helpful, ready to take suggestions or re-do areas. Price was reasonable for the work done. My 1963 house looks fantastic!

They did an after storm cleanup for us. Windows, gutters, power washing and cleaning some delicate brickwork. Excellent job! They were responsive and timely, very professional.

I hired these guys to wash all my windows and doors (inside and out) and pressure wash everything possible on my property. Joe promptly came out to walk the job and bid the work. The crew came exactly on time as planned with a courtesy call 10 minutes out. Oscar did all the pressure washing and Chris handled all the windows and screens.

Everything was done perfectly. Especially easy was the fact that Chris is a dog lover so we didn’t have to lock our dogs in a bathroom.

Excellent work at a fair price as promised. We’ll use them again. Highly recommend. A++
