Damian and Nicholas were our project managers, and they made sure we were updated every step of the way. Communication was excellent—they always answered our questions quickly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. If we could suggest anything, it might be to add an online portal for updates, which could make it even easier for new pool owners like us to stay informed without needing to reach out so often. Still, any time we had questions, Damian and Nicholas were quick to help. Watching the pool come together was really exciting. Each crew worked efficiently, and there was always a team to clean up the area and keep everything tidy. We waited a little while to write this review so we could really enjoy our pool and spa—and we’re loving every minute of it! We’ve also been busy adding our own touches with landscaping and decorations to make the backyard truly ours. Taking a swim or relaxing in the spa after a long day is the perfect reward. We’re so grateful for the hard work and care that went into creating this special place for our family to enjoy for years to come! We first contacted Royal Blue Austin Pool Service when our pool developed a leak and needed expert attention. Nicholas and his team quickly found the source of the issue and took care of it efficiently. Since then, we’ve relied on them for pool resurfacing, moving some pipes, and fixing or replacing various pool parts. The quality of their work is excellent, and their professionalism really stands out. We’re very satisfied with the service and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing pool care.

We recently had our pool and backyard patio completely renovated, and the results are fantastic. Our pool was upgraded from plaster to a pebble finish, which looks beautiful and feels great. The old decking was replaced with travertine tile, giving the whole area a fresh and updated look. We hired this pool service company in Austin to build our new backyard pool and spa. Nicholas, who handled most of the communication, was helpful, and we could see some improvement in keeping us updated as the project went on. Liam stepped in during the final stages and really impressed us with his great communication and follow-through. He made sure all the finishing touches were completed just as promised. Now that the pool and spillover spa are finished, we’re really happy with how everything turned out. All the inspections passed, and we’ve already started enjoying our new pool. Although the expense of clean I ng oriental rugs seems steep, the quality cannot be overlooked. We soon forget the price and long remember the quality. Just saying...

I had them come in to provide me with an estimate to repair a corner of my carpet as well as clean the carpet once the repair was done. Mark seems very knowledgeable. We set the appointment for the following Friday at 9 AM, I explained I had a meeting set for 1:30 and would need to be done before this time. He called the office and confirmed the appointment and the availability of the crew and equipment. It is now noon and they are a no show. Mark did call this morning at 9:30 to say the crew had another job but would be here shortly. I phoned his office only to be told they are still on the other job and that the dispatcher thought the job was to start at 1PM? I have had to camel my meeting and still have no idea when they will show up because the dispatcher did not know where they were at?
I hope they do good work or I will have wasted a day of my life and screwed up the schedule of several business associates for nothing. At this point I would not recommend them as they seem to value their time more than they do their customers. Why set an appointment a week in advance if I'm the only one sticking to it?

Follow up, once the crew arrived they were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job, even taking pet stains out that other cleaning services have not been able to in the past, my carpet is off white so you can really see the slightest stain. I would recommend their work and hope the scheduling issue was not the norm. If they would have been on time I would have easily given them 5 stars.

Came to clean my apartment carpets before we moved out. They were reasonably priced (we’re pretty far out of Austin) and they were very professional. Mark was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend hiring them for your carpet cleaning needs!

Absolute worst experience - they stole my money and do terrible work

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They only accept cash (red flag #1) so they can keep your deposit when things go wrong. The work quality is embarrassingly bad - I can’t believe they’re still in business.

Here’s what happened: They took my deposit, then refused to take responsibility or issue any refund. When I tried to resolve this professionally, they were dismissive and threatening.

The financial side is a complete mess - Olivia Guerrero “lost” my receipt and tried to claim I never paid. How does a business lose payment records? It feels like they’re running some kind of scam operation. She also has Dementia but won’t admit it, it’s sad to see.

Mark Guerrero runs this operation and clearly doesn’t care about customer service or quality work. I’ve dealt with difficult contractors before, but this was something else entirely. They seem to prey on people who need work done, take advantage of the cash-only policy, and then leave you with no recourse when they mess up.

Save yourself the headache and money. There are plenty of legitimate, professional companies out there who stand behind their work and treat customers with basic respect. This isn’t one of them.

UPDATE: Still fighting to get my deposit back months later. They’re now ignoring my calls completely.

I had used HA GUERREO in the past, and it seemed to go well. But this time they lost my order. I had to call them three times to get the rugs delivered. Finally, they were delivered when we were away. I paid in cash and I got a receipt thankfully. Our dog sitter received the rugs, and he immediately noted a very foul smell coming from one of the rugs.

I had them cleaned because the dog had Peed on the rug. This is why I sent them out. But they came back as if nothing had been done to them they were not cleaned at all. But they did charge me $800 for the service.

I feel robbed. I think they just rolled the rugs up and stuck them in a corner lost them and then charged me $800. I think I need a refund so I can hire someone else or they need to call me right away.

I know they stay in business with a public school contract, but I’m beginning to wonder if they treat their customers well anymore.

We used Fannin Professional Services to clean our metal roof and gutters, and wash our exterior windows. From the estimate by Joe through to the end of the service, the personnel were helpful, informative, and friendly. They did an excellent job and Kraig, part of a team of 3, was very good at communicating what they were going to do and how it was going throughout the day and any concerns that came up. I am very glad that we choose Fannin. It is gratifying to not only get a great service but also feel appreciated as a customer. Many businesses do not get that right. I highly recommend Fannin.

Very pleased with Fannin Professional Services. We had them clean dirt and algae from stone pathways and patio, plus green algae from siding high on our two-story house. The crew was on time, efficient, very professional, and friendly. There was a small area that got overlooked and I didn't notice it before they left, however I know they would have been happy to treat it if I had mentioned it. The office staff have promised they will come back to treat that area. I would definitely recommend this company for whatever services they offer.

Joe and his team did a great job on all 21 of our windows, 2 stories, plus 3 glass doors. They also power washed our front and back patio as well as our balcony patio. Overall, they were very professional and the price was more than reasonable. I will be using their services again!

Chris, Oscar and Craig tackled my 3 story home, driveway and walkways with superior attention to detail. The team was professional, friendly, and I add, fearless--lots and lots of high ladder work on exterior windows. This is the second time I've worked with Elefant. I am completely satisfied. It was a pleasure having them out.

I reached out to Fannin Professional Services and two other companies for quotes on gutter cleaning. Fannin was the quickest to respond, came out to my house, emailed me their formal quote immediately with several options. The service was very easy to schedule and they were accommodating when I had to change my date last minute. Their prices were very fair, and well worth it given their excellent communication, excellent service and overall professionalism. I couldn't be happier with them and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. The crew showed up on time, and ready to work. The Elefant workers were efficient and fast. I most appreciated their attention to detail as well as their conscientious respect for my house. When they were done my windows were sparkling. I will definitely call Elefant for my next cleaning. The overall price is reasonable given the length of time it took to do the work. Also, the staff that showed up were part of the same crew that cleaned our windows last time so they were familiar with the task at hand.

Elefant Xterior did a phenomenal job on our windows. The technicians that came out spent so much care in getting the windows perfectly clean. We also had them clean an awning we have over our pergola which was so dark from the pollen and tree leaves that fall on it. The awning looks as clean as the first day we installed it and it is over 1 1/2 years old. We were astonished with how well it came back. I would highly recommend Elefant Xterior for anyone that needs their windows or awning cleaned!
