We had Sterling Pool & Home Services clean our pool and filter. They were fast, friendly and affordable. We will definitely be using their services again in the future.

These guys are amazing!! So kind and thoughtful. Justin came over and helped us get our pool going... when I didn't have all the parts, he helped me order the correct ones and came back the next week to help me get it working. Incredibly professional, knowledgable and kind. I highly recommend working with them!

Top quality and customer service. They always communicate the status of the pool, equipment and the water. We had some older equipment and electronics that were problematic and Sterling always figured it out and taught me how perform the maintenance myself which I really appreciated! Hire Sterling, you will be very happy with their service.

Justin was so helpful. During snowpocalypse 2021 we lost power and our pool filter froze and cracked. We had been trying to get someone out to fix it for weeks but most other service just said no because they were overloaded with repairs. When I called Justin he was overbooked as well. However he was truly helpful and even though he was overbooked, he put me on a standby list and got out to us in a matter of days. Thank you!! We will be calling you from now on for pool repairs.

I can’t say enough good words about them as they are so professional and responsible. During the winter storm in Austin those days, it was terrible! Justin and his team sent out the email ahead of time to teach us how to do with pool to deal with freezing weather. Then when storm came and everyone’s power out, he just followed up to notice his customers what to do with the pool in this situation. His family are out of power for 62 hours now, and he still thinks about his customers and said they will check everyone’s pool back to function first and then follow up with regular service. I truly feel that they do care so much about us and their service is above and beyond!! If you are looking for someone to take care of your pool, they definitely the best choice!

I don't write many reviews, but I thought that the level of service (not to mention kindness) that we have received from Justin, Chelsea, and Sterling Pools absolutely warrants a review!

Bear with me, but I think it's important to share how I came about meeting Justin. When we were getting our old house ready to go on the market, we discovered that pump on the jetted bathtub we had was leaking, no plumbers would repair it, and the pump was discontinued. I cold-called Justin on a whim because his name came up when I searched hot-tub pump repair online. While this was not something that he could fix (it was a bathtub, after all, not a hot-tub/spa), Justin was the only person that even took the time to not only speak with me on the phone, but tried to help me troubleshoot and think of other ways to solve my problem. Before we hung up, I let Justin know that our new house had a pool and I would be contacting him for service after we moved.

I did just that! Justin walked my husband through pool school, and has serviced our pool every other week since we moved in. As if he wasn't already providing stellar service (letting my husband follow him around and learn the ropes during each visit should really have it's own fee schedule - lol), but after we reached out last night with some concerns via email, Justin paid us a visit early this morning to help us get things back on track so that we could enjoy our pool this holiday weekend!

Customer service, that is this knowledgeable, and has a family feel is just so hard to come by these days, and Sterling Pools excels in that space! They have customers, and recommendations, for life in our family!

I have been an Austin homeowner for 25 years, but lived out of state for the first 18. I've gone through a succession of pool cleaner/maintenance companies this entire time. A neighbor recommended Merit Pools, and have found my experience with them to be the best of the dozen or so companies I've worked with, so much so that I decided to write up a review. Their technicians are by far the most reliable, thorough, and polite crew. Problems I've had with motor parts, etc., are always remedied promptly and affordably. This has been to crucial to my pool's maintenance, especially during these trying winter seasons. I highly recommend this family-owned and operated great service.

Had done business with your company to replace a chlorinator during the "Big Freeze" and it was outstanding. When my pool pump recently broke they were the first to call. Service was prompt, the technician was professional and entertained any questions I had. The office staff is very professional and kept me well informed. Note: I was on vacation in Europe when my son told me the pump broke. I called them from Europe and we got things started right away. Outstanding company to do business with!

When we purchased our new home we were so excited it came with a beautiful "cocktail pool spa"... but we've never owned a pool before so we were completely in the dark about where to start with pool care. We got Merit's info from the previous homeowner. Justin came out to our place and walked through our entire pool system. We liked him so much, that we hired them for our weekly pool maintenance. We cannot say enough about how responsive and extremely professional they are! Justin, Chelsea, and the whole team really care about our satisfaction and we appreciate them so much! Our pool/spa is beautiful and "available to use" year-round with the help, care, and maintenance of Merit Pool Care. I highly recommend them!

After weeks and weeks of rain, our beautiful pool turned green. Not like grass green, but like swamp green. After trying several things ourselves we called Sterling Pool. We'd received a postcard from them in the mail several weeks before and I loved that they mentioned they were a women-owned company.
Justin gave me a prompt quote and was so friendly. He was also happy to share any pool-care knowledge he could with us since we'd just bought this house a few months ago and were new to pool ownership.
We're so happy with the level of service and care and determination Justin provided in getting our pool back to blue. And we hope to continue using their services on a regular basis going forward.

I am a General Contractor in the Austin TX area. I highly recommend Westlake Power washing. Their team and equipment was far more efficient and cost effective than a single person with a typical power washer. They did a great job and my client was extremely happy with the results.

Westlake Commercial Services did a very good job of cleaning our roof.
the process does bleach out some of the color of the tile and if anyone has a screened in porch that retracts I would recommend that you retract it as the process will stain the fabric.

Excellent service: prompt arrival, courteous & hard working! We won't hesitate to call them again and again. We were contemplating needing to repaint some areas but our home, rockwork and windows are beautiful once again! Thank you for such conscientious attention to detail.

Westlake Home and Commercial answered my emails promptly, arranged services very quickly, showed up on time and cleaned our windows/powerwashed exterior/cleaned gutters far beyond our expectations! They did a fabulous job!

No other company in the Greater Austin area was able to take care of the mold and mildew that had accumulated on my limestone over the years. The did a fabulous job. The entire outside of the house looks brand new.

I can't be more impressed with the job Westlake Home and Commercial did on my house. From Shayne who made the quote and scheduled the services, to John, Stevie, and Mike who worked so hard to get 20 years of mold and grime off my house and deck. I HIGHLY recommend them!! John, Stevie, and Mike were so professional and John even went the extra mile to replace my dryer vent that was broken since he was already up there cleaning the window. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!!

What a great group to work with! Shayne was very professional and had his team on site promptly. They did a great job for us at a great price. That's real value and they will be the first company I call whenever I need help.

Got an estimate then set up a time. The guys arrived on the money. Cleaned the metal roof and gutters. Washed all the outside windows. Very professional team. Johnny and his crew were neat and got the work done exactly as they advertised. I will definitely use them again.

The guys did a great job, were willing to make adjustments we requested. The windows were sparkling when the were done. They left our house in great shape. And the price was as agreed and was very reasonable.

Ricky did an incredible job!! My house looks brand new. There were tons of these little black spots on our driveway and he got every single one. Highly recommend
