Just got carpets cleaned today, the technician was great. Super professional service. Very timely as well.

I had a great experience with MB Carpet Cleaning! They were fast, on time, and super professional. Brad did an excellent job—he was courteous, efficient, and really knew what he was doing. The carpets looked amazing, and the whole house smelled so fresh and clean afterward. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend! Did the job in less than 20 for two living room chairs and still hair left on the chair and left multiple puddles on my floor. I text the photos and my concerns and did not receive a text or call back. I waited 24hrs before calling them and he answered and hung up on me. I thought it was a dropped call but when I called back it went to voicemail. Please do not use!!

Please be advised that my experience with this business was extremely disappointing.
The carpet cleaning job was not done to my satisfaction and left me with unsightly stains.
Despite my concerns, the owner was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility, instead blaming the carpet pad. I was left with no choice but to purchase a carpet cleaner and finish the job myself.
Furthermore, I was not provided with a receipt for the services rendered.
As a result, I am considering reporting this business on social media and may pursue legal action in small claims court.

This is my 3rd time using MB Carpet Cleaning and they always do an amazing job on our sectional and carpets! Will continue to be my go-to company and highly recommend them.
