Good job and good communication

So detailed, organized and an amazing team, my entire house looks new.

We use Spotless Executive Clean for weekly cleans and they are always prompt and precise. We’ve been using them for months and don’t plan on stopping!

Unfortunately i had a bad experience with this service. I booked Supreme Scrubbers for a move out service because they had good reviews and their price was a little less than the others. First, fishy thing, I was charged with zero confirmation. I figured it would come the day before. Nothing. I had to reach out multiple times to confirm then finally I reached someone. They were slow to respond and very late. The cleaning job was terrible. I filled up an entire vacuum while recleaning the house. Closets untouched, shelves were dirty, baseboards untouched. The windows were not cleaned, nor the sills, not one door handle cleaned. The cupboards were dirty. Truly not sure what they did as the entire house had to be cleaned again. I reached out directly to let them know and have it redone. I really did not want to leave a negative review as i know it impacts the business. I was ghosted after making contact and asking to reschedule. I would feel bad for someone to have this happen to them after the exhaustion of moving. I would not recommend... spend the extra $100 on a legit service.

Came out next day. Did a AWESOME job. Had 2 companies do it in the past and this was definitely 10x better. Did not expect a miracle, but definitely exceeded my expectations.

Super disappointed in this company. They were scheduled to come out however I didn’t answer my ring door bell fast enough so they left two minutes later. I called immediately and sent several messages however they did not answer. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

Bad customer service. They scheduled an appointment for me, but they didn't show or call me. I took a day off for a no call or no-show. I reached out to them to this day no reply back. I wouldn't recommend them.

We hadn’t cleaned our carpet in years and you could tell. which is a little embarrassing they did an amazing job took out all the dark spots in the carpet. When I saw it, it reminded me of the day i bought my house of how clean it was .
