Tech arrived on time. Called with a heads up. Did an excellent job, not one dot of stain left. Carpet smells wonderful and looks new.

GREAT VALUE! i was waiting for a quote back from a company called Cleanigy by the time they quoted me a way too expensive price for just two rooms i ended up saving so much by simply messaging MB CARPET CLEANERS on Facebook! I highly recommend !

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called multiple times from multiple phones and asked if I could speak with the owner. They rudely hung up on me without even asking why I was calling than proceeded to ignore my calls. I’m assuming they thought I was a salesperson but would not let me get it out to them that I’m not I was only calling to get insight into the business and I’m not even near their area I’m hundreds of miles away but the most I was allowed to get out was hi is the owner available than click hung up. Very rude and unprofessional and if this is how others do business I’ll have no problem walking all over them maybe I need to start up in Austin after all.

Joe is quick talking and fast to tell you what you might want to hear prior to starting the project. He assured us that he could start the work quickly but needed 50% deposit and insured us that the job would be done within four working days. The job took almost 3 weeks and after he got the initial deposit only sent over a couple of people after stating that he would send 4 guys to knock this out quickly. In addition, there were several days that he did not call or show up and blatantly lied to us about his plan or intention. We finally had to remove his workers scaffolding and equipment from the property because they left here several days after they completed the work but keep in mind that they never cleaned up anything. They left our property an absolute mess left their trash and scraps everywhere in addition to personal waste when they should’ve used an actual restroom.

Used MB Carpet Cleaning for the second time today and I cannot give them enough stars!!! Professional, courteous, incredibly responsive and most of all - did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and rugs!!!

MB carpet cleaning was professional, quick to respond, has reasonable prices, showed up on time, and the carpets looked and smelled great afterwards. He wore booties over his shoes to protect our house and he did the work efficiently. I'd recommend MB carpet cleaning and use them again.

Edit to add: first contact with them was on Thursday evening, and my carpets were cleaned Saturday morning. Loved that they were able to get here so quickly.

Richard has been so helpful from the start. Initially I had to reschedule and they’ve worked with me on my schedule needs. Before arriving they sent out a text to let me know they were on their way. Extremely helpful and professional! My couch smells amazing! Would 100% recommend them and their services!!

These guys were the cheapest quote I got for cleaning my carpets. Came out quick, cleaned quickly, carpet looks amazing. They even got out a couple of pet stains that they initially said might not remove fully. Will definitely call them with any needs in the future and will recommend to friends. A+++.

The best carpet cleaning service I have ever used!! Customer service was excellent. I called late Friday and they got me in Saturday . My carpets look brand new and smell absolutely amazing. I will definitely be using this company routinely especially when the cost is extremely cheap.

I gave this company the opportunity to make things right after a mistake, but they handled it with complete disrespect and unprofessionalism. I initially spoke with Brad about a few small repairs and stretching some carpet in a closet. They left excess carpet dangling and didn’t cut a straight line for the transition strip, which they also damaged in the process.

When I asked if they could come back to fix it, they sent someone else out. I explicitly said multiple times not to glue the transition strip, yet they glued it anyway. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.

I communicated again with Brad, simply requesting the transition strip be fixed correctly. Instead of helping, he became rude and argumentative, claiming it wasn’t installed properly to begin with—despite the fact that it held up just fine for five years before they touched it.

In the end, they never fixed the issue. Instead of professionalism or courtesy, Brad’s final words to me were essentially “get bent.” I responded calmly, noting I doubt he would’ve said that to a customer’s face.

Bottom line: they may be able to clean carpets, but they clearly lack the skill—or care—to handle even small repairs, and their customer service is disgraceful.

There was an accident on my couch and Brad was able to quickly fit me into his schedule. To be specific, a friend’s cat peed on my couch. Brad was professional, fast, and efficient. My couch now smells like fresh lemon and was cleaned for a very good price! He was in and out within 30 minutes and did not leave any water or wet marks in my home. I’m very happy with the service and would recommend to a friend or family!
