Such a great experience! This company has great communication. My apartment is always so clean when Patricia comes. My dog is also weird with new people in the apartment (he will hide under the table), but he likes Patricia and feels comfortable hanging out on the couch even though the vacuum is scary. 10/10 service

My wife found Austin cleaning a few weeks ago and we finally pulled the trigger and had our first service. We had the most amazing cleaning crew today. She paid attention to detail and didn’t leave the job half finished. She went above and beyond and made us feel like she was cleaning her own home. So much pride in her work. We are eager to sign up for a regular cleaning and we definitely want Fernanda to continue cleaning for us. Her work was amazing and she was very kind. If you are on the fence… get off and make the call..

I got a thorough, deep-clean on their first visit. They tackled the mini blind dusting & baseboards & did a super spotless job on my bathrooms! Thereafter, it's easier "upkeep cleaning" but with the same spiffy results!
Having their crew really helped me open up time for other projects around my house & yard because I didn't have to trade off having a clean, organized home or getting ahead on my to-do list! If I have a question or need to reschedule, I always reach a person to answer my call & they always text when on their way. Good work!

I am in awe of the phenomenonal job Austin Cleaning Crew provided me. I have lived in my apartment for two years and I feel like I just moved in. The ladies were in and out in 2 hours of my 1200 sq foot apartment, 2 beds, 2 baths and every nook was attended to, you would think they had an entire day to clean with the level of cleaning they provided. Ray was amazing in coordinating to work with my schedule last minute. My home is more than ready for the holidays. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommending to others. Also, their prices are unbeatable for the level of the service and professionalism!

UPDATE:  I have been using Austin Cleaning Crew for almost a year.  My original provider was no longer with them.  A new provider, a team of cleaners, was assigned to my home.  Originally, I was excited to have a team.  However, time and time again, things were not dusted/cleaned, glass surfaces were left with film on them over and over again.  I provided updates and pictures of the missed things.  Even after providing photos that were shown to the team, they continued to ignore these items and not cleaning them at all.  I welcomed Mike, the owner, to come over and look at what had been address.  Instead of making it right, to my disbelief, they dropped me as a client.

I had my apartment deep cleaned and could not be happier with the results. Dulce did an absolutely fantastic job—every room was spotless, from the floors to the smallest details I usually overlook. The place feels brand new. She was professional, thorough, and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work. This was easily the best cleaning experience I’ve had, and I would highly recommend both Dulce and this company to anyone looking for a truly deep, high-quality clean.

Fernanda just finished deep cleaning my South Austin apartment and she did amazing work! The deep clean service was a perfect reset for Spring. She was very detailed and communicative. She was also very friendly with my dog who felt safe with her. My apartment feels brand new!

Lidia did a great job on our deep cleaning. Our house is still in mid-remodel in places so she had a bit of extra work. She was very careful with all of our collectibles and everything looks great. The picture is our kitchen which was a disaster before.

The ladies that came & cleaned my house did an AMAZING job. Best [deep] clean I’ve had since moving to Austin. Absolutely wonderful!! My house smells fresh & clean. I was happily surprised that they strip & remake beds, remove items from surfaces to dust it entirely, clean blinds, fluff cushions, neatly put things back in place, and they even made a BOW on my toilet paper. The price is more than I’d ideally like to spend, however the QUALITY of service is truly incredible. I will be rebooking for a reoccurring basis and sending my friends to them. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Austin Cleaning Crew, especially Dulce. She did an incredible job. My apartment is spotless and honestly feels like I just moved in again.

I work from home and rarely have the time or energy to stay on top of cleaning, so this was a huge help. Tino was also great to work with and made scheduling everything easy.

Overall, excellent service, and I’m already looking forward to my monthly recurring clean. If you’re busy and need a reliable team, I definitely recommend them.

When the two cleaning ladies arrived, they went above and beyond. Not only did they do an amazing job (better than I could have ever hoped for!), but they were so kind and understanding about our cats—who, of course, had to “help” by knocking things over. Nothing phased them; they handled everything with such patience, care, and a smile the whole time.

Our home looks absolutely spotless, smells wonderful, and feels so refreshed. I’m honestly blown away by the level of detail and effort they put in. I’ll definitely be scheduling with them again and recommending them to everyone I know!
