After taking my money and waiting for a month, they showed up many hours late and then it was determined my house was too "fragile" to clean even though I have talked to them multiple times about lots of art here. The crew had the bare bones supplies- bleach and a plastic broom and a mini vacuum?! They were supposed to do a "deep clean"- I would avoid if I were you. Thumbs down.

We used Sam’s cleaning services to get our place ready for move out. I appreciated that the process to get a quote, schedule, and pay were easy. The photos show that our place was sparkling, inside and out.

We had just opened a business, dealt with some sickness, and had a major construction that lasted almost 6 months, so you can imagine the stress of walking into the house and seeing it a mess+ covered in dust. I just have to say FANTASTIC JOB. Wow. Thank you to the team for cleaning our house. We walked in and I had a little cry because it was as if our home was normal again. We had Jacqueline and Cynthia a handful of times for our cleanings. They both have done a wonderful job and have been very thorough. I have really appreciated their attention to detail. It was SO nice to come home to a clean house today. We have a busy household with a lot of people and a lot of messes and not enough time. It was a big expense for that first time deep clean but worth it as a birthday treat to myself. Thank you so much.

My apartment is so clean and I am so happy!! Cynthia was amazing and so detailed. I walked her through the problem areas that I really needed deep cleaned and she paid extra attention to those. My apartment now looks clean and smells clean!!

I ordered a deep clean. After they left, they had only done about half the base boards, none of my windows except the front door area, and hadn't dusted some of the common areas. I tried to contact them about this and no response. Didn't even use cleaner on most surfaces just a swiffer duster.

Gloria and Anna were amazing! They did a fantastic job cleaning up the super fine dust from our remodel, paying close attention to detail making sure no spot was missed. Lady and Silvia are awesome. My house is in tip top shape after they came for a deep clean. My house is full of little knick knacks, trinkets, and art and they took care of all of it. From the ceiling dust bunnies to the floor, everything is pristine. I highly recommend Austin Cleaning Crew. They happily serviced my home in the St. John's neighborhood.

My first experience with Austin Cleaning Crew and Miriam made me want to cry tears of joy! It’s the cleanest it’s been since I moved in 4 years ago - with baseboard and floor cleaning that I just cannot do! Between my cat and my hair, it’s a challenge. Miriam did a good job of getting it all! The bathroom is sparkling and arranged neatly; the bedroom floors are mopped so shiny; the kitchen is spotless! How did she get that stainless steel to be so print-free!?! Amazing. All the little extras were much appreciated and we will continue our partnership as long as I can afford the luxury.💖

Good value for great service. I didn’t know my apartment in Dawson/South Austin could even be this clean. It felt like walking into a new space. Cleaners arrived on time and worked really hard to make the place shine.

Claudia V did an amazing job. We had a lot of dust from a previous renovation and she cleaned everything. The dust on everything. The baseboards have never been so clean. The house smelled great as well as look great would definitely recommend and I’m looking forward to the next time. Bonus she found a diamond earring that I thought I had lost. Grateful!

Claudia V did a fantastic job cleaning my one bedroom apartment. She was very detailed and thorough despite the clutter in my home. She even cleaned underneath my rug! She spent about 3 hours for the first time visit wiping down all the surfaces, dusting, doing my dishes, organizing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and much more. My home was basically spotless. I left a few notes and all were respected. I definitely recommend this business & Claudia!
