We love Mystik and recommend them to all of our real estate clients. They do a great job, are always fast and easy to schedule and offer some great services including carpet cleaning.

Mystik cleaning was recommended by my relator for a move out residential cleaning. Mystik was very professional and responsive. Pricing was also fair for the area. Maria provided immediate scheduling availability and was wonderful with follow-up. The final cleaning result was wonderful! Sparkling clean! I would highly recommend Mystik for cleaning services!

They had no problem swapping out for my cleaning products and tools. They asked permission to use a product I didn’t have, and even adjusted their starting point to accommodate a room I needed access to sooner.

Overall, I’m very happy with my clean from Mystik and our house looks great! The team did a great job communicating with me about the process, were sweet to my pets and made sure that they had my approval before they left which I appreciated!

The only reason I didn’t rate five stars was because I did notice that our gate was left open and that one of our dogs got out (we have a doggy door). Our other dog is a rescue and very afraid of people so it could’ve been a very scary situation for us. Pet owners with doggy doors, make sure to communicate that early just to be safe! Luckily all is well and I will be booking with Mystik again!

Mystik did a fantastic job on my move in clean. Finding a new cleaner can be difficult but Mystik made the process quick and smooth. There communication is outstanding and my house was left spotless. They arrived on time, even were early and were extremely professional and kind. Definitely will be using in the future!

I am beyond happy with this team and the results I got. I was able to get a very quick quote overnight and have them out to clean my space the next day. They made sure to pay attention to detail which I really appreciate and overall were extremely professional communicative and friendly.

I would highly recommend Mystic Cleaning! In preparation for selling our home, they cleaned all three homes on our property. Their attention to detail and professionalism were remarkable. I will be using them again! Five stars!

I hired Mystik Cleaning for a move-in clean. The two young ladies were very nice, but unfortunately the cleaning quality was disappointing.

They used cheap store-bought products and the same dirty cloth repeatedly without rinsing or changing it. No brushes were used for tougher areas, and several surfaces were still dirty—I could pick up grime just by running my finger across them. To their credit, they corrected some areas when I pointed them out, but I realized that if I hadn’t been present, I would have been completely dissatisfied. I also noticed one cleaner on her phone, which raised concerns about wasted time.

Even with an extra 30 minutes, the home was not spotless and did not meet a move-in ready standard. I am having to clean again myself, so it was not worth the cost.

The window cleaners did a solid job, but they accidentally took my house key. Although it was eventually returned, the manager’s initial response was unhelpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this company unless major improvements are made in tools, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Recently had our initial cleaning and the Mystik Cleaning crew did a great job! Paid close attention to details that we thought they would overlook with cleaning but they got it all. Very reasonable prices and have been wonderful with their communication and scheduling process. We look forward to continue working with them!

We used Myslik for a move in cleaning service. The house was spotless (and the kitchen grease was gone!) when we moved in. We’re using them again for the move out service for our old house. Highly recommend - they were professional and easy to deal with, always responsive and helpful. And priced really well compared to other cleaners we contacted.

They were able to accommodate a large cleaning with a very short notice. The team arrived on time with all needed supplies and got the job done very well, going beyond our expectations. Very nice cleaners that would definitely trust again for future cleanings.

They will ask/call for approval before the cleaners extend the original estimated cleaning time to ensure they did a great job without any surprising charges to the final invoice.
