I hired Mystic cleaners to deep clean my house and they did an incredible job. The attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations. I will be issuing them regularly moving forward. They did an amazing job and I am so incredibly happy with the service.

I just moved in to a new apt from out of state and I desperately needed a hand to get me situated.
My clothes with still in the luggage’s I traveled with, and I had no motivation to purchase any groceries when I saw the dirt underneath my sink and in my fridge.

The ladies Silvia and Juana came in with the kindness attitude and fully loaded with all the cleaning products.
They arrived on time, got to cleaning immediately, kept focused on their tasks, I sat in the living room doing my yoga while they worked in the bedroom. I felt so comfortable it felt like family was helping me!
My closet was organized all the clothing in hangers and folded as well as my sheets cleaned and bed made.
They left my apt clean, organized in no time within 1.5 hour my studio apt was finished.
They even helped put a load of clothes in the washer and one in the dryer before leaving
I will hire them again hands down!

I NEVER leave reviews, but I can’t express how happy I am with the deep clean my apartment just received! These 2 women from Mystik Cleaning have done AMAZING work in such a short amount of time. I needed a deep clean of my apartment and found Mystik at the top of google with the most positive reviews. I submitted an online inquiry form, they responded within 10 minutes and I had 2 cleaners scheduled to arrive at my house 3 HOURS LATER SAME DAY?!?? That never happens same day! I’ve used Taskrabbit 2 times before this and they charged me $350+ for 2-3 hours and I was not happy with either outcome. I still had dust in obvious place and didn't even mop. The service that Mystik has provided at the rates almost 1/2 of Taskrabbit is next level! Omg I’m so happy and definitely look forward to scheduling a monthly cleaning with the Mystik Crew!

First-time customer here. Marie from Mystic was very kind and helpful over the phone. I requested photos after the job was completed, and from what I could see, they did a great job cleaning my home. There were a few missed spots, but they promptly came back to take care of them as a courtesy. I’ll definitely be using their services again. Thank you!

I am so happy with my experience with Mystik Cleaning Service and their employees. Just... wow. It was a 2 person team, for 2 hours in an approx. 800sqft apartment. They did an amazing job and did so much work too. It would have taken me an entire day and 20 red bulls to do what they did, and even though its a service that is paid for, I am still so grateful for it. It is such a huge help.

Wow! Our house is spotless. In selling our house, our Realtor recommended us using Mystik Cleaning for the final clean. I was really impressed with how thoroughly they cleaned our house. Baseboards, drawers, refrigerator all look like new! I am staying with my sister now and plan to have them clean her house next :-)

We had a great experience with our first Swept Up cleaning! They were very communicative with the scheduling and follow up. The original cleaner had an emergency come up, but they were able to send another cleaner to come out that same day. They did a wonderful job, our home looks immaculate! I plan to schedule recurring cleanings with Swept Up.

Dahlia showed up on time, with supplies, and even used some of my own specific cleaners per my request. She was wonderful. I highly recommend using them over a "big box" national chain.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Very easy to book-only a few questions and their pricing was detailed on their website. Everyone else asked for so much information just to get a quote. Also fantastic that they work on the weekend which is when we needed them. The actual service was detailed and she left the place sparkling clean. They are my only choice for Housekeeping services now!

A friend recommended Swept Up Cleaning Co. when she sold her home and I’m so grateful she did.

After 5 years of living in our home and having pets, we reaaaally needed some help for our move out clean. I don’t know what kind of magic they know, but they took our extremely old, hot mess of an oven and made it look completely new - in addition to everything else they did. They took their time and were extremely thorough.

My only regret was not knowing about them earlier for regular cleanings while we lived in Austin.

Esmeralda and her team did such a wonderful job - I would highly recommend them!

Editing to also share: we had to reschedule on them twice because moving was taking longer than expected. They were so kind and understanding as well as having AMAZING communication. Lots of emails and check ins to make sure you are prepared, know what to expect, and don’t forget you have a service coming up - which I greatly needed and appreciated!

I hired Swept Away Cleaning Co for a Post Construction Clean. Over the phone, I shared extensively how much dust and residue we had and how we needed it thoroughly AND professionally removed. That we needed an Extremely Detailed Clean. The lady on the phone assured me that this was a common service for Swept Away and that they could get our home in livable condition. $1600 later and I am having to call Another Cleaning Service because they left dust and residue EVERYWHERE. (Bear in mind I was initially quoted $500 over the phone. The owner called me 15 minutes into the service to tell me the service was actually going to cost 3 times more. HUGE red flag. I wish I cancelled). For the price, I was expecting the residue to be removed from the floors, for the grout to be clean and for home be fresh and new.

They Did Not Deliver on Any of This. The cleaning crew walked in with a small dust devil-sized vacuum, micro fiber cloths and Dawn Dish Soap. I wish I were exaggerating or kidding. I should have sent them home then and there. I TRULY regret wasting my money on their “service”.

My advice for the Owner of Swept Away Cleaning: Do Not Take Money for a Post Construction Cleaning if you are unable or unwilling to use the necessary heavy duty cleaning equipment needed to perform the service properly! It is unethical to take advantage of homeowners who just want to pay for such a service. In fact most of your critical feedback on Google is related to FAILING to adequately clean Post Construction Homes. Either significantly improve the service or cease offering it.

To add insult to injury, the cleaning crew was unprofessional, they frequently stopped work to take sodas/ beer from our fridge (we offered bottled water but not our personal drinks) and to take personal phone calls (I was working in the other room but the call was so long and loud I couldn’t even hear my work meeting with headphones).

While I appreciate that they came back because I sent the admin pictures of the dirty floors, bathrooms, etc. They came back with just One Extra Mop. So the difference was pretty much negligible since no matter how you scrub you will Not Get construction dust out effectively with their equipment!

Maybe they are decent at cleaning already spotless homes but they Did Not Do Our Post Construction Cleaning Adequately. I feel that the service was misrepresented to me and they charged a premium for it.

I have attached photos of the poor work and of the service description they provided (they did not meet their own cleaning standards). Please avoid if you don’t want to be fleeced for more money or actually need heavy-duty cleaning.
