I was excited to get a deep clean with Merry Maids before moving into my new house, and was happy to pay for the extras to make sure my home was clean when I got back. However, the charges were ridiculous for extras that were not even taken care of (there were bugs in our light fixtures, the carpet was dirty, and there was dirt in our kitchen cabinets.) The team was frustrating to work with and not accommodating at all. I would highly recommend using another service before booking with Merry Maids.

I highly recommend Merry Maids. I find them to be dependable and very thorough. I live in 2 houses and they take care of both for me. All teams are good, but some give that extra touch to their work. I find that Kayci and her team give my houses extra attention and always keep them both clean and sparkling.

Rosmeri and her team at Merry Maids have always been absolute professionals—delivering prompt and efficient cleaning services for our house! We've gone out of our way to request her and her team because we're been so impressed.

UNSAFE driving on purpose cutting me off and pushing to another lane. They were not turning at a light that was a yield green with no one coming, so I gave a light honk. They still did not move. When the light finally turned green with an actual arrow included, they went forward and then stopped, and then went forward and stopped again on purpose so I honked at them to move and stop that rudeness. I went around them into the lane over after making it through the light to get away and that’s when they try to cut me off in that lane and push me out to ANOTHER lane so that I would not hit them.

We've been using Merry Maids for a year or two and are happy with the experience. The office is communicative and friendly, and the cleaning staff do a great job.

Sandra and Nicole are amazing and we are so grateful for the entire Merry Maids team for making our offices beautiful again.

Yessenia, Ariana and Ylinda all did a very nice job on the deep clean for my condo downtown and were courteous and friendly. Four of them showed up and performed the entire clean in <90 minutes.

Still love Merry Maids and especially Yesenia and Nicole! they are fabulous! y’all are great and help keep my place looking good!

We've been using Merry Maids for a few years and have been very happy with them. Any issues we've had they've addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. I've used Merry Maids for a year. The cleanings have all been great and the scheduling service is very convenient. I was always able to reschedule when I needed.

I paid for a deep clean of our three bedroom house and was very disappointed with the experience. Only one bedroom was cleaned; the office and other bedroom were untouched. They did mop the floors and do a good job on the bathroom. We paid extra to have the fridge cleaned and it was clear they didn’t even open the fridge. The living room carpet still had leaves in it.

I was told the hourly rate and made it very clear I was fine with the price and just wanted a thorough cleaning of the whole house. They were at the house for 67 minutes per my ring camera. This was a month ago and I’ve sent 2 emails and called 3 times to at least get a refund for the fridge cleaning. I’m either met with no response or a promise of a call back once the manager is in the office. Still no word.

I was charged $322 for just over an hour of cleaning and a large part of the house untouched. Do not use their services.

We had a cleaning done in our house recently, and they did a fantastic job! Two ladies were very friendly and professional. They brought their own cleaning kit and started working right away when they arrived. We felt so refreshed when cleaning was done. Appreciated their attention to details! Setting up an appointment was very easy too. I had to reschedule a few times, but they were very flexible and willing to work it out with us. Their communication was always prompt and I liked how they provided their ETA via text messages.

Cecelia and her partner always do such a nice, thorough job cleaning our apartment. The appointment goes by quickly but we never feel like they rush anything - everything is done with fantastic attention to detail. We’ll be continuing service with Merry Maids after our ten cleaning contract is up for sure.
