Tree Scouts came out to a recently acquired property in Lakeway and did an amazing job trimming up all my trees and shrubs. They made sure nothing was touching my roof, cleaned everything up perfectly, and were incredibly quick and professional throughout the whole process. Their team was respectful, responsive, and clearly take pride in their work, great customer service from start to finish.

I’ll definitely be calling their sister company, Roof Scouts, to take a look at my roof and make sure everything’s in good shape after the tree work.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience, I highly recommend Tree Scouts.

Wonderful Company!

We have hired the same tree company since 2017. This year I decided to give Tree Scouts Tree Service a try. Erek Flynn, owner & arborist came out 2X to give me an estimate, the 2nd time was because I felt I needed to have more of my neighbors’ trees trimmed then he initially quoted me. He came back out within a couple of hours of my request to re-walk my property with me. The price went up a little, but it was a reasonable price.

The day of service, the team took great care while trimming our trees. Josh was fabulous! 
When the crew arrived, he introduced himself, walked the property with me, just like I did with Erek. While working, he communicated with me anytime he had questions & then one more time before they were almost done.

It is difficult to see things clearly until all the trimming is completely finished and the branches are removed from the ground.
So, after the team left, I could see things better & I felt like 2 areas needed a little bit more trimming. I called Tree Scouts & Zack had the team turn around & come back.
Over the top service! They immediately came back & trimmed my trees.

Tree Scouts did a great job trimming our trees. The crew was friendly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently. They knew what they were doing and made sure everything looked good before they left. Cleanup was solid too. Overall, really happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tree Scouts to manage the tree care on my 5-acre property, and to say the least, they exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. I mostly communicated with Erek and Josh, both of which were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about their work and customer service. They took the time to understand what I was needing , offered expert advice, and ensured everything was completed as I would expect.

The Tree Scouts crew trimmed over 30 trees with, pruning each one to enhance its health and appearance while maintaining the natural beauty of my property. They also handled the removal of a few trees (without damage) and did a thorough cleanup. Simply remarkable from initial contact through the completed job.

What truly set Tree Scouts apart from others was their customer service and their pricing. Well beyond fair, and overall a great value. They were extremely reasonable for the scope of work, especially compared to other companies I’ve used over the past 25 years. Tree Scouts is "tree-rific!" Erek came out and discussed planting trees and shrubs to replace the ones that perished due to drought/severe cold/ice. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to listen to my ideas. The quote for tree planting was reasonable, and the crew did a great job planting the trees and giving clear instructions for the care of young trees. Through the years we have had different companies trim our trees, but this was definitely the best company! They knew what trimming we wanted done, however, each of the workers asked our approval as they worked & they made changes as together we saw more trimming needed. They were very efficient in all ways & cleaned up our yard, too!

I had one large dead tree removed, another significantly pruned, several others trimmed, and some oak wilt treatment done. This was after 5-10 years of neglect. Henry's tree service did a great job -- they were safe, efficient, cleaned everything up, well priced, and took care of all the small things that show they care about doing a good job.

My kids watched it all through the window and thought it was really cool that he waved at them!! Henry's will be my go to when I need more tree help.

After recent storm my grandparents had a tree fall I called 1st impressions to cut and remove the tree Joe was very professional and courteous while explaining things to my grandparents And made sure they were satisfied also must add best prices i could find GREAT JOB THANKS!!

We used Joe to remove a dead white oak in our backyard and he did an excellent job removing the tree. We hired him again a few weeks later to trim and prune the oaks in our front and backyard. I appreciate his timeliness, professionalism and his price was right. We can now see our house and the trees look fantastic. We will use again and recommend to all our Circle C neighbors!

Don’t waste your money guys. This wasn’t nothing as expected!

Really bad guy. Does terrible work and if you ask for it to be fixed he'll just ignore you. I wasn't going to write a review because honestly, this is a pretty common thing and I don't enjoy writing these. But it just so happened I discovered the other day a new little detail about a fence this guy put in a year ago that I didn't catch until now. This guy just straight up didn't bury a fence post. Never seen that. I mean the post was not even buried in dirt let alone concrete, not even an inch. It was just propped up and nailed to the 2 by 4s like it was normal. I think he changes his company name quite a bit to avoid detection, so beware anyone named christian (hilarious name btw) in the area
