Chico is amazing. We needed dead limbs removed from a tall tree in our front yard . Chico responded quickly to all my calls . He was on time for both the estimate and limb removal. The invoice was less then the estimate because they couldn’t get to the top of the tree without compromising the tender new growth (so honest). The limbs were mulched and hauled away. The yard was cleaned up. The tree looks great .

Had Chico come in and help me with my yard. We had a total of 12 trees. Chicos guys were extremely professional. Very receptive of requests and feedback. Chico was amazing checked in through out the day and made sure his guys did a great job.

Chico & his team made this tree trimming business a breeze. I purchased a home with incredible trees, but they had long been neglected. Punctual, capable, considerate, & knowledgeable---Chico put my worries regarding oak wilt at ease. He even went above & beyond, by taking care of an existing brush pile. A fantastic job at a reasonable price.

We had a huge elm tree that had become a hazard. Chico was able to come the very next day and professionally remove the tree and grind the stump below ground. They did an awesome job and cleaned all the debris without damaging our lawn, and it was done at less than a third of the price that one of the other local tree services quoted. Chico gives you friendly personal service from someone that really cares about doing quality work!

We had a ton of tree work we needed done. We had trees that needed to be trimmed, an invasive tree that needed to be removed, and a dying tree that needed to be replaced. Chico was great to work with—very well informed and educational, prompt, and affordable. Last time we needed an arborist, we were put on a months long waiting list, but Chico got back to me immediately, and got the work done within a week and a half. Highly recommend!

Chico came out Saturday and looked at my job. Here I am monday with trimmed trees and a yard that was cleaner than before they started. Chico and his crew were fast and professional. Definitely will be using them in the future.

Chico was very professional and kind. He rescued my cat from 50 ft up in a tree, and didn’t charge me anything! He’s a real hero. Definitely going to call him next time I need tree work.

Chico was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to our trees. Our little live oak and giant pecan tree were completely overgrown, and now both look beautiful. Our live oak, especially, looks amazing after their work. It really opened up our yard and we're excited to enjoy its shade. Chico mentioned that he pays his team a living wage, which made me feel great about working with them. We'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Chico was recommended to me by a friend, and from my first text to him coming out and giving me a solid quote was less than 24 hours. He’s super communicative, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly knows Austin trees inside and out.

I know basically nothing about tree care, so I really appreciated that Chico took the time to walk me through how I ought to be looking after the small army of cedar elms in my front yard in a way that actually made sense. Knowing he’s a certified arborist gave me a ton of confidence — especially since the tree leaning somewhat precariously toward our house turned out to be too far gone to save and only one good gust away from busting into my home office like the Kool-Aid Man. He handled that removal safely and also ground down old stumps and trimmed other trees, including one with a branch resting on our power line.

The work was fast, safe, and beautifully done. He and his crew left everything spotless and, honestly, gave our front yard a full rejuvenation. Chico’s one of those rare people who makes homeownership feel a little easier — someone you want on your roster when it comes to taking care of your house. With a winter storm just a few days out, I was concerned about safety. I have some old Hackberry trees in my back yard that had some obviously questionable branches.

I put a call in to Chicos TLC and was amazed that he was able to come out and assess my trees only 30 minutes later! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, giving me clear explanations of my situation. I was able to schedule branch removal the very next morning.

His crew was on time and got the job done quickly and competently. They cleaned everything up nicely. Pricing was very fair and I will not hesitate to call them again for any future tree needs.

Unfortunately we had a couple of oak trees that did not survive after the winter storm. I had trimmed them back last spring and was optimistic they may survive but after a year, it was obvious it was time to go. I reached out to this company and they gave a reasonable estimate to remove the trees. The gentlemen I dealt with was very friendly. We went ahead and scheduled a date and time a few weeks in advance. They showed up on time and had the trees removed and stumps grinded in a reasonable timeframe. I appreciated the help and would recommend to someone looking for tree work. Thanks!

They just finished a job over here at my house and wow I can't say enough good things about their work. I had a branch that was scraping my roof at least 30 ft and if this removed without the right execution plan, it could destroy my shed or fence. Not only did they remove the branch flawlessly they trimmed neighboring branches that were getting close to my roof as well. They really went above and beyond. The price point was cheaper than other other tree companies I checked as well. I am going to always pick these guys to do my trees from here forward!

I recently used Trees R Us to trim my trees. They trimmed 2 large live oak trees and 7 very tall cedar elm trees and were done with trimming, chipping and cleanup in 2 hours. They were professional, fast and charged a fair price. Highly recommend Trees R Us.

I saw the crew working today; they clean up after themselves well and leave the place immaculate. Very punctual and they just get on with it and get the job done. So full points for professionalism. Very happy with the quality of their work. Highly recommend these guys.

Trees R Us were removing trees from the neighbor's yard across the street. I needed a couple dead crepe myrtles removed so I went over and asked. They gave me a reasonable price to do the work . They started the work soon after completing the neighbors' trees. They are very professional, do a good job, prompt and reasonable. I recommend them.
