Eduardo and his team built a concrete porch in two days and it looks beautiful. They built a sturdy foundation that will last another 70 years like the first one did. Nicest team, on time, neat and thorough. Every time I use them I'm blown away.

They came to my house and cut a tree that was failing on my property I call Esteban Sánchez to came and give me and estimate Of the Cost to remove it he came checked and did that so I give the Job he came with his crew and did that very quick and efficient I’m completely satisfied with the Job they did very fair price for the Job

Can't say enough about the great experience with the entire team. Everything was explained and the work was amazing. I had a bunch of branches to clear out and a very large one over my roof line and on a new fence as well. They were like surgeons! Everyone was super organized and very good about cleaning up. Would definitely recommend and I will use them again for sure. Thanks!!

They did a great job clearing my back yard from overgrown brush and at a very reasonable price. They even did a little extra clean up of items not on the list. Also made time in their schedule to fit my schedule, which was nice.

Very pleased with their service. My grandpa called them out to trim a tree, and others denied doing it because of how it needed to be done. He was very impressed with how soon they did the work and quality. They even cleaned up after they were done. Would highly recommend.

We had a leaning hackberry in our backyard. Sanchez & Sons came by to see the situation the same day I called and provided a reasonable quote. On the day scheduled to remove the tree, they were punctual, and got right to work. They have a very professional crew who will work with you on the little things, like leaving some cut wood to use for fires, bbq, etc. They cleaned up the smaller branches and leaves left from removing the tree before calling it a day. Very satisfied with their service and professionalism; we will be repeat customers.

Stevie and Adam did a great job. Very nice, capable guys and the same goes for their crew. They went above and beyond, taking me around my property to talk about all of our trees. Their prices were significantly lower than another estimate I got. Overall great experience.

I originally posted a very positive review regarding Sanchez and Sons, however things have changed over the last several months. We did a massive renovation to our back porch with Sanchez and Sons, which started a little over a year ago and we are having to work with other contractors to have the job completed as Sanchez and Sons disappeared and quit responding to calls and texts 3 months ago. Over 1 year and we are still trying to have this project completed.

To be fair, we did change our minds on some things and designs as the project progressed and they did make the changes even though it was frustrating for them. Issues slowly began to increase as the project progressed.

First, there was never any contract, written agreement, or written plans. This created an incredible amount of confusion. Everything was done through receipts. We had no way of understanding what was being bought, what had been bought, and if it was really needed. It was just, yeah we need this and that because of this. Very informal and unprofessional. They also liked to say well I am saving you money here and saving you money there. Made you feel pressured into some decisions.

Second, anything that they broke they had to fix on their own or with folks they hired and we had zero say in who. We have a sprinkler system in our yard that worked great throughout the time that they were working. Near the time that they quite responding the sprinklers went crazy and would not work properly. They sent some guys over that did not work for a irrigation company and they made matters even worse. They fumbled around with wires and ended up breaking 2 control valves in the process. They also stripped the valve off of the customer shut off valve at the street trying to shut off the water. They did cover the cost of that repair.
I was told by an employee of Sanchez and Sons that a family meeting was called that night. I never saw the folks that were working on the project after that. They just disappeared and never responded back to me. They just left the project incomplete without ANY explanation what so ever.

I had an actual irrigation company come out and look at the system. I happened to be at work when they showed up and looked at the system. I never got to speak to the tech as they only spoke to someone from Sanchez and Sons, in which I was told by Sanchez and Sons that the system was working fine, but the issue is likely that the control box wires are under the slab. Was also informed that we needed to have a double check installed before any work could be done. The double check issue was indeed needed and was taken care of.

Sanchez and Sons advised that once we had the double check installed they would come out and take care of the remainder of the repairs. My wife and I decided that we would just bring other people in as it was clear that Sanchez and Sons no longer cared about us as customer, nor did they care to see their commitment to us followed through on.

After having an professional irrigation company come in they discovered all of the issues that Sanchez and Sons had created which have now been fixed. The initial issue with the sprinklers was a zone that would not turn off. After simple inspection, we discovered that there was a piece of PVC stuck in the valve preventing it from closing. This PVC was from the main water line for the sprinklers being busted by Sanchez and Sons after they thought it was a tree root. They repaired it, but did not verify that the sprinkler system was not affected.

We still have some things that we are bringing in other contractors to finish due to Sanchez and Sons walking away from an incomplete job. Very unsatisfied and will never recommend this company for remodels like the one we did. We remained very patient throughout the entire time even through we were very frustrated, and to just be left wondering how the project would be completed is incredibly frustrating. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company before and would not recommend anyone work with this company for large scale renovations

Considering someone else to work on the exterior of your home?? Stop - Don't do it - Just call Sanchez and Sons.
Managing 41 properties can be stressful but Sanchez and Sons sure does make it a whole lot easier. Anytime I have an issue to address with trees, lawns, fencing, landscape, or concrete I just call these guys and they are right there. Their customer service is impeccable. The work they do is very high quality (much better than previous contractors I've used). And the prices - you can't find better work for the price - literally I tried and failed. Other teams just don't care like the Sanchez family does. Your yard, house, and even the cute lawn decorations will be taken care of with love - it's as if every job is at one of their own houses - they are that detailed and good. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!
