These “landscapers” are a joke. They cut down all the bushes and rose bushes cutting all the flowers off and making them look like they’re dying. They blow debris all over your car with no regard to personal property … this company really needs to train their employees this is sad

Their workers busted out my car window.

This company services my apartment complex, and their lawnmowers ran over a rocky area and threw rocks that ended up busting out my window. I've attempted to call them several times but they don't answer their phones.

Update. the owner set up an appointment to get my window fixed and told me to go to the shop and she would take care of payment. I get to the shop and she won't answer the phone leaving me on the hook for the damages they caused to my car due to their negligence.

I hope this business becomes as bankrupt as the owners morals.

This company is the worst! I live in a supposedly 5 star apt complex and the lawn looks like a jungle. It's been 3 weeks since lawn has been mowed and the weeds are knee high. I've lived here 7 years and the last 6 months or so have been a nightmare! I'm gonna do everything in my power to get this lackluster company fired and replaced with a reliable company. I know many companies would love to have Camdens business.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Eduardo and it's safe to say that the place I call home is being taken care of by one of the best! I found out that he is our representative when it comes to the landscaping here and he and his team always do a great job!

Use our organic garden hose to spray herbacide, spilling it onto the hose. Onto the ground. Not acxeptable. 6/06/24, Still at it, contaminating, over pruning and destroying wild habitats here wvere I live. Can we give negative stars? Last year,5/2024, they were not licensed and contaminated me and my dog. Filed complaint with Dept. Of Agriculture. - 8/7/25

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eduardo from Complete Landscapes, and I can't say enough good things about his service. Eduardo demonstrated superior skill and dedication in transforming our property into a beautiful, functional space. He is currently working on a design project for us! Drivers drive terrible. No blinkers, cutting off large commercial trucks, and rolling through stop signs; all on the way to Belara Apartments on 7/28/25.

They do work at our condominium complex. Jorge and Jacob take good care of us and understand our needs.

So far their service has been above and beyond and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I dealt with another company for a year before interviewing multiple vendors for our property and I’m happy we chose Complete Landscapes.

They mow at the property I live at and last week when they were mowing a rock hit my windshield, I reach out to the company and they said they weren't going to do anything about it. The Rock was literally sitting on my truck.

Unacceptable behavior from both the crew and management. The workers broke my friend’s car window during a job, and instead of taking responsibility, the supervisor flat-out denied it and has been dodging calls ever since. Completely unprofessional. Ignoring the issue won’t make it disappear—own up to your mistakes. The lack of accountability is immature, and frankly, the supervisor should be removed from their position.

Complete Landscapes is top-tier. They handle the maintenance work at my apartment complex with great care and professionalism. They were also very courteous of their surroundings, ensuring minimal disruption. I highly recommend them!

I live in an apt complex in Austin, tx. When I moved in in Aug the landscaping and lawn was awesome and the landscaping company at that time was commercial grade quality. These yahoos are crazy! They will run over anything in their way and will not pick it up after they chew it up and spit it out all over the lawn. They speed over the lawn, the blades are obviously dull and the height of the mower is way too low. Today they gouged bald spots into some of the hilly areas of the property. The lawn all over the complex looks horrendous. They have totally ruined the lawn that was one of the original attractions of this property. I talked to the new property manager and he seemed totally unconcerned. I explained the damage they are doing. If I could give them negative stars I would. 1 star is too much. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unless you want an amateur chop job at commercial prices. This company has NO pride in the work that they do in the Austin Community.

I’ve recorded my interaction with North that I have attached to this review.

My HOA contracted this company to maintain the grounds of our property, and I don’t usually care all that much about who comes out to cut our grass, but ever since we started using North, our property has started looking horrible. Trash everywhere, torched lawns, the whole place is now a dirt pit.

During the freeze this year (2026), an irrigation pipe burst in my yard that resulted in water gushing from underground and that obliterated my yard. We called North for 3 days straight to have them come fix it, trying to explain the urgency of the situation, but they didn’t take it seriously and came on the 4th day (photos of damage included).

When a guy finally did come out to fix it, he dug a 3’x5’x1’ hole smack dab in the middle of my front yard. As he was digging, he was literally just throwing all of the dirt, rocks and debris all over my yard. It makes absolutely zero sense that rocks and rubbish wound up almost 5 feet away from where he was digging. And when the guy got done for the day, all he did was brush some dirt over the hole he dug- he didn’t level it, he didn’t clean up after himself, he left dirt and rocks literally all over the place (photos and videos of the mess he left included).

That’s how my yard sat for almost 3 weeks until he and North finally came back to our property. When I approached the guy to talk to him about why he would leave the yard of my home looking that way, I gave him every opportunity to tell me that somebody else instructed him to leave the mess he left in my yard. He didn’t take it. And so instead, it was just him giving me excuses as to why it was left in disarray (video of my interaction with him included).

This happened in late January/early February and they still have not come to fix this. In the video of my interaction with him, you can hear him say that it’s bad and offer to “brush some dirt over it,” when it was very clear that was not going to fix the problem he created.

I was so appalled by this. Listen to the video. I kept trying to give him some sort of credit. The guy hasn’t been back to our property since mid-February, and he’s supposed to be the guy who project manages their workers.

This is one of those “not my yard, not my problem” companies. An “I’m only doing what’s in the job description” company.

They never bend down and pick up trash, they just use their leaf blowers to blow it all around the property. They scalp the yards to the point where close to 95% of our homes don’t have any grass. We are paying this company to effectively destroy our entire property and wave around weed eaters for a few hours every single week.

My home was appraised ~6-7% lower as a result of what this company has done to our property.
