My experience with Jeremy Sanchez and his company was exceptional. Quick response and great service. I was very pleased and will be happy to use his company again.

We had a great experience with Austin Metro Tree & Landscape. Jeremy was on time, fair and knowledgeable. We used them for tree maintenance, and after the ice storm last year. They were careful and conscientious. We recommend them to everyone we know!

Jeremy and team did an amazing job today on a complex situation - two huge limbs looming over the front of my house, with power lines nearby, and another branch in the back. They came when they said, are fully insured, and when they left you wouldn’t know they were ever here. He brought a team - not just two guys with chainsaws. They were in and out in a few hours. Highly recommended.

Austin Metro Tree and Landscape did a fnatastic job trimming the damage left from the ice storm. Jeremy is an arborist with a vision of saving trees and trimming only what is necessary. We found them to be quick and competitively priced. His crew not only hauled away the tree trimmings but cleaned up the area making it look like a storm had never happened. We will use this company again. Highy recommend.

Jeremy Sanchez has been my Tree Guy for 4 years, and I won’t call anybody else. He is prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced. He has expert knowledge of the trees and the environment, and he advises with the health of the tree as his top priority. That said, he is also very sensitive to the needs of his clients and has worked with us on timing big jobs to make them affordable. Jeremy and his team always respond with speed, reliability, and compassion when we’ve made tough decisions. He’s “good people” and you couldn’t ask to do business with a better Austinite. If you don’t see a lot of reviews up yet, it’s because he has been modestly non-self-promoting. I hope more of his many valued customers jump on here and join me.

Jeremy and his crew are the best landscapers I’ve ever worked with. He is knowledgeable about plants and trees. He takes care of all landscaping and tree trimming for me and for my HOA. He offers helpful suggestions, shows up on time, finishes on time and his pricing is very fair.

Best tree service I've had in 26 years of living here and I've been through several. Jeremy Sanchez and his crew were great. Jeremy detailed everthing he was going to trim and why. Being a certified arborist, he knows his stuff and you can tell he's very passionate about his job. The whole crew was polite, friendly and professional. I can't say enough about these folks. Highly recommend hiring them and I guarantee you will be glad you did!!

I recently started working with Ben at Lost Madrone to redo our front and backyard landscaping. He made the proposal process very easy! He was accommodating with my availability and was able to do a walk through within a couple days of our initial call. I had a proposal in my hands that night! I’m really happy with plant suggestions and availability. He had lots of ideas and experience working with picky HOAs.

We have completed several projects with Rain Lily over the last couple of years and highly highly recommend them to anyone planning a landscape or hardscape project. Our projects have included a full back yard overhaul, with a deck, raised steel planters, garden beds, arbor, fire pit, shed, and lots and lots of plants! From the design to the installation, everything has gone well. The designer and project managers are always available for questions and problem solving. All of the subs, particularly irrigation and carpentry, have been absolutely top notch. We now have a beautiful space to enjoy and it has really changed how we use our yard.
We walked away from a different design firm after paying for a lackluster plan that did not meet our vision even after making changes. Rain Lily's creativity, design eye, an considerations for native and well adapted plants set them apart from the start.

So glad we found Rain Lily, we'll continue to work with them for smaller enhancements until we run out of square feet :)

Rain Lily Design and Landscape completed a project on our property last summer! They designed and installed a backyard oasis, complete with native plants and a dry creek bed that runs through our yard, solving a drainage issue that had previously turned our backyard into a mud pit! They also come by seasonally for maintenance of our landscape! They are great!

We are so happy with the work Rain Lily did to bring our vision of “Texas meets Tuscany” to life. From the outset, they understood our concept and worked closely with us to make it a reality. We increased our budget to accommodate good suggestions from Heidi and Meredith, and were glad we did. While there were some delays due to weather and the availability of certain providers, the team kept us informed every step of the way and handled challenges professionally. Not only did they fix some recurring issues with our drainage, they provided helpful advice on how to make sure it’s future-proofed, together with a smart irrigation system. Brandon, who built our deck, also really took the time to provide feedback on the design and helped us improve it from our original plans.

The end result is absolutely stunning—our yard has become the talk of friends and family, who are always complimenting its beauty and unique style. I was very pleased from start to finish. I had river rocks put in & around my front yard due to the high degree of shade & having difficulties keeping grass (or anything green). They look great! Have already received several compliments. The crew showed up in a timely fashion, were professional & did a great job! I will definitely use Landscape Theory Studio again in the future!

Had an unfortunate encounter with a couple of landscape theory studio designers that requested multiple estimates for various different hardscape projects. My guess is that they were not sure how to charge their customer so they resorted to 3rd party subcontractors estimates. Unfortunately, this company will use subcontractors to run up the prices on their customers. I would stay away from them as their prices are surly inflated.

We contacted the Studio after seeing one of their garden designs in the Central Texas Gardener TV show. During the initial site visit, staff made numerous suggestions for hearty, native plants to add variety and to enhance our existing landscape. Within days, plans arrived with proposed plant photos, locations and numbers required. Prior to installation, another site visit allowed for review and alterations to the original plans. Project management and implementation were smooth, timely and efficient strengthened by a professional, hard-working, affable crew producing beautiful results. We highly recommend Landscape Theory Design Studio.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone at Landscape Theory! I couldn't exactly put into words what I wanted for our yard but it's like Heidi could read my mind and when she showed me the plan she came up with, I immediately loved it.
