They just quit doing their job! My community HOA has had a contract with Greenscape for years with little to no problem then one day they just stopped the upkeep on the neighborhoods landscaping and stopped showing up to empty the trash cans at our park and along the trail that circles the subdivision. They did keep taking our money though but were unresponsive to any issue with their services.

Maven is a great company. Tom is our main man and he’s so patient and understanding! Love him around

Greenscapes landscaped 2 of our homes. Both were new construction and each presented unique challenges. The Greenscapes team did an excellent job. The designs made the most of each space. The construction team did a great job communicating and being flexible. At one of the residences, the home was still under construction and the situation was not ideal. Robert and his team worked well with everyone and made the most of a bad situation. We are using Greenscapes to maintain our landscaping. Terry Baker is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Greenscapes.

We have had the pleasure of working with Maven for a year at my community and I have nothing but great things to say, their entire crew and account managers have never been anything short of kind and fantastic to work with!

It's been a while since I have been this impressed with a company I have hired. Brad and his team were great to work with. They showed up on time daily and were able to start the job earlier than expected. The project turned out exactly how I wanted and Brad called me daily to check in to see that I was happy with how it was going. Highly recommend them.

After a massive bamboo removal project, we were faced with completely re-landscaping a bare yard. We called Greenscapes with lofty goals and a modest budget, and we were thrilled with the design they presented. When we were ready to proceed, Scott and his team finished the project in short time and on budget, and we were treated with the utmost care and professionalism. They did it all- stonework, grading, irrigation, and plant installation, and they were clearly experts at each job. The results are amazing, and we still have strangers stopping their cars to tell us how much they love the new yard. We could not be happier and highly recommend Greenscapes.

I don't know what that other guy's problem was. I hired Greenscapes for a basic sprinkler irrigation system for my home. I worked with Cass for the estimate and Scott, I believe, was the job foreman.

The cost was as expected and the staff, including the workmen, were very professional.

Both were outstanding to work with and attentive to all questions and concerns I had. The system was installed quickly with minimal impact to me and my schedule. Seriously 7 Days from me calling to setup the estimate appointment to the job being done.

My lawn is basically rock bed more than 3 inches down and they were able to work with this no problem.

The system is working great so far. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends wanting to do the same. Looking forward to any future projects I may need.

Fortunately, Thomas, the sales representative, quickly came to our rescue on a Saturday, stepping in when the usual technician was unavailable. His prompt response and willingness to help were incredibly impressive. Not only did he arrive swiftly, but he was also extremely helpful in addressing the issue.

Greg from Top Choice Lawn Care recently came out to fix an irrigation wire I had accidentally cut while doing some yard work. He did a fantastic job, got everything working again quickly, and even went above and beyond to fix a couple of other small issues while he was here (raising a head and replacing a couple of wonky nozzles). I very much appreciate the attention to detail and high quality service!

I've decided to try and get my lawn in order this summer but my sprinkler system hasn't worked since I bought the house over 2 years ago. After calling Top Choice Lawn Care, within a week they sent someone over to give me a quote, got me scheduled and completely fixed my sprinkler system. The entire time I worked with Greg who showed up in the planned window of service, took the time to explain what he was doing, and showed me how to use my system.

We have used Top Choice for over a year now and have been very happy with them. Everyone from scheduling and estimates to their service teams have been professional, quick to respond and have done excellent work. They installed beautiful zoysia sod on our lawn over the spring and then we just had Jacob (irrigation specialist) complete an irrigation maintenance to make sure we are getting even coverage. I would recommend Top Choice.

I had great experience with Jacob for my irrigation issues. My plants and trees were dying due to a broken pipe and faulty wiring issues. The irrigation company with the builders shirked all responsibilities and that’s when I reached out to top choice lawn care. They were super easy to reach out to and set me up for an evaluation on a short notice. Jacob went above and beyond to try and root cause the issues and come up with alternatives to keep down repair costs. They maybe slightly costlier than other companies but I am super happy to say you get what you pay for and that’s a top notch service with this company. Highly recommend .

They do an excellent job when it comes to my lawn care needs also the team in the office was very helpful in walking me through the process of setting things up. Oh and regular stuffed oreos is still better than double stuffed 😉 keep up the good work top choice.

Have been a very happy Top Choice customer with standing service for mowing, shrub maintenance, fertilizing, and weed control. My experience with this company has been superb. They are very responsive and do what they say they are going to do and then some. This week I also needed help with my sprinkler system. The irrigation team came out and got me all fixed up with a new controller and a fix to one of my valves. I’m thrilled with the new system and the repair. They are always very professional and communicate very well. Highly recommend this great local business!

Would not recommend this company. I recently used them for landscaping work (medium size residential job planting new asian jasmine). They did a so so job on the landscaping but generally over promised and under delivered. They are impossible to communicate with and don't follow through. Some examples of specific issues encountered with the company included:
1/ During the quote they promised to remove specific plants which were not removed when the work was ultimately done. When I followed up with the rep who quoted the job he advised that he would stop by to the house the next day and never did.
2/ The Company’s billing dpt over charged me 3 times for an irrigation inspection included with the landscaping work. This was ultimately corrected after having to waste ~30min+ on the phone with them in addition to emails and texts.
3/ I asked the sales rep who arranged the landscaping to also quote on recurring maintenance. The quote was never provided. I followed up numerous times and then gave up and moved on.
Don’t waste your time with this provided. Their google rating is misleading.

I don't know much about a lot of things. That said, I do know that Top Choice is easily Austin's gold standard in lawn care. Their team has exceptional expertise and a genuine passion for their work. A recent irrigation issue highlighted this and proved the team to be understanding, attentive and efficient. The result was a quick and meticulously executed fix that not only saved me money, but a ton of stress. Should you find yourself in "deep water" (what I lack in irrigation knowledge, I make up for in puns), give these fine folks a call.

Update: I contacted Top Choice at 6:00 (after hours) regarding a question/concern about my lawn. John returned my call at 7:30 the next morning. I appreciate his efficient response, professionalism, and expertise! Still highly recommend Top Choice.

Top Choice does my weekly lawn maintenance and they just did a landscaping project for me. They always do a fantastic job. Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful in coordinating my landscaping project and Derrick did an outstanding job repairing my irrigation system. I highly recommend Top Choice!

I am extremely happy with the yard service recently completed by Top Choice Lawn Care. Weeds were pulled, bushes were trimmed, leaves were removed, the native areas were cleaned up and the debris was removed. The landscaping is all refreshed and looks brand new! They worked so hard until the job was finished to my satisfaction. Additionally, the crew had a pleasant attitude and professional. Thank you very much for s job well done.

Top Choice has been maintaining my yard for years and always does fantastic work. I've used them for other services like leaf clean up and gutter cleaning. Highly recommend. They're easy to work with, good communication and affordable.
