Brandon & Ben were amazing! They did a walk through to assess, then began right away. They were able to get a garageful,houseful of furniture, appliances AND backyard junk into 3 of their dumpsters. They strategically placed everything and it all fit. They were professional and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend them for your next clean out. Thank you Brandon & Ben!

Our office had a number of large pallets that needed to be removed. We found Junkluggers very professional and easy to schedule. They arrived on time, quoted the price of the service, and made the removal very easy. They even checked inside the dumpster enclosure to see if there was anything else they needed to take. They will definitely get our business in the future!

What a great experience with Mike and Sean! They were on time, professional, friendly, quick, efficient and overall just great. The price was very reasonable (especially compared to a well known competitor) for disassembly/hauling off of playset, shed and a few other small (but heavy!) items. WOW! We needed an old hot tub removed from our deck. Other companies had much higher quotes and we would need to break the hot tub up! Junk Luggers arrived on time and the amazing crew took it out in one piece and were done in no time at all. I had Junkluggers come out first for an estimate and a couple weeks later for service. Elisia helped with the initial walkthrough and estimate, was super kind and informative. Two or so weeks later, I was easily able to make an appointment for service the following day. Elisia came out again, this time with Brandon assisting. They reviewed the final items and provided a final estimate. They were both quick, kind, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Elisia and Brandon to take care of your junk/disposal needs!

Great first experience with Junkluggers of Austin! Alysia and Mike arrived at the start of the appointment window, and made quick work of getting my unwanted stuff outta there! Pricing was pretty much what I expected after scheduling online the day before. Overall it was convenient, easy, and worth it since there was no way I could move the large items down stairs by myself. I chose Junkluggers based on reviews and the fact that they prioritize donating and recycling, and it was the right decision.

I have used Junkluggers several times, and it’s always such a great experience. They are organized, thorough, and have such great scheduling options. I had Brandon and Alicia come out today and they were so helpful and understanding when I had another delivery happening at the same time (and didn’t have great spacing on my driveway to manage everyone). I always recommend them!

Had a great experience with JunkLuggers of Austin. Their crew were prompt and terrific. I had a lot of stuff and they made a real concerted effort to compress my junk as efficiently as possible to reduce my cost as they charge by volume occupied. Great crew. Would totally use again.

I was very pleased with the service that Brandon and Sean provided my wife and I. They were fast and efficient. They took their time to make sure the dumpster was loaded in the most efficient way, so that i got the most bang for my buck. They were also super friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. The price was very reasonable for the hard work they did. I will definitely be using Junk luggers again in the future.

My friend had a big refrigerator and some other bulky stuff to get rid of after her move, so I told her to call The Junkluggers of Austin. She came back so happy and said everything went super smoothly, they were professional, quick, and easy to work with. I felt great knowing they really came through. Honest people, great service, can’t recommend them enough!

UPDATE: I spoke with Laura, the owner, and she was very clear this not an experience that has happened before. Apologized and offered to make it right. I will definitely call them and try again next month when I expect to need a large pick up.

I am happy to change the review if this matter gets resolved quickly.

I had an appointment window for 330-5:30pm today, September 7th

I had a missed call and a text at 12:36 PM. I was not at home and when I got in touch with them they asked could we come early and I said I was not ready. They said OK we will come at 3:30 PM Because, I was clearing out things in my home to put on the curbside for junkluggers to pick up. I didn't see a call and when I called back no one picked up and they had no voicemail set up. I had to call the person who had called me at 12:36 to have Jared call me back.

Jared said could they reschedule. I said all my stuff is out on the curb then he didn't seem to know what to do. He said he'd get in touch with his supervisor and still I have yet to hear back from him. I texted him a video of the stuff on my curb and I called their customer service line number. They couldn't get a hold of anyone.

An appointment was confirmed and they accepted the fact that I was not ready and would come at 3:30 PM. So how is it acceptable that it's my appointment time and everyone has already gone home.

I just called back the national customer service line and they told me that that pick up had been canceled. I was not informed that it happened. I would love to speak to the owner and really had high hopes for this working out.

Instead, I received the opposite of what I feel most of these reviews say about this company.

Phenomenal experience. Got everything done quickly and efficiently. Honestly for what they removed and the efficiency at which they did it, the price was a steal. I had David handle mine and he and his partner was absolutely fantastic. 100/100 recommend and will absolutely be using in the future.

We should have hired the Junkluggers years ago!! They helped us with our move-out to sell our house, but it would have been great to get rid of all the junk while we were living there. Especially the broken hot tub. The next day, they pick up another one from our neighbor. Very nice guys!!! Happy customers. We had them come back for more!

Oh, my gosh - David and Alysia were amazing!! They came within a half hour of my call, were friendly, efficient and neat. They met our every need and the price was fair. Our move went so well because of them. We can't recommend them enough!
