Worst. They lie. I lived in a small 400sqft apt and 2 came for 2 hours and I caught them often just standing there, talking on the phone, biding time, and I needed to tell them 3x and sternly to clean the fridge - all so they could say they needed ‘more time’ ie, more money. I had to leave so they couldn’t con me. I’ve seen other reviews and seeing they claim needing more time a lot - you have to be on them like a hawk! Not worth it! Such an ironic name.

Rosalinda did an amazing job! Everything looked spotless, smelled fresh, and she was super professional and friendly. Definitely recommend her services!

After speaking with the company and confirming their services for new construction cleanings, my experience with them quickly deteriorated, leading to what I can only describe as the worst customer service encounter I’ve ever had with a cleaning company. Despite providing a detailed explanation of the requirements, I received multiple daily calls from them, asking repetitive questions and making the process unnecessarily complicated.

On the scheduled day for cleaning, they attempted to reschedule multiple times, showcasing a lack of professionalism and respect for my time. The situation worsened when, upon their departure, I discovered that not only was the job incomplete, but the areas they had ‘cleaned’ were left in a deplorable state. To add insult to injury, they caused damage to the walls, which was both disheartening and unacceptable. Now we have to get another company to come out to not only fix the damages and complete the cleaning.

I have included photos below as evidence of the poor quality of work and damage. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against using their services. It’s disheartening to have to write such a negative review, but I hope it serves as a warning to others seeking reliable cleaning services.

This company is incredibly disappointing. I started using them on a bi-weekly basis from a referral at the end of 2020 because my cleaning lady needed to be cautious with Covid. At first, they did a very good job. They sent the same crew out every two weeks and they were thorough, on time and and had a consistent schedule. However, about 7 months ago they started to change. The quality dropped drastically. They started sending different cleaning crews every service and even though I would confirm a general time, they would always change it last minute. My scheduled time would be the mid day slot, but they would try to change it to an 8:30am slot or a 4:30 pm slot last minute. I worked the slot around my schedule so that I would not be home. I asked that this issue be resolved, they would promise to correct it but then the same thing would occur next time. I also had to send them photos of uncleaned areas, especially in my bathroom every other service. There would be mildew build up and stains in my shower; they clearly had not cleaned. Then they would appease me by saying they would deep clean the shower on the next service (which I had every other week and then every week for the last few months), but the areas were still untouched and mildew would STILL be in my shower head and tile (even though they had a roadmap with the photos I sent in). This is the kind of mildew that takes some time to develop, gunky and gross in the crevices and easy to miss when hoping in and out of the shower and not thinking to pay attention to the shower heads. Situations such as that should never happen when paying someone to clean your house every week. They simply do NOT care about the quality of their work. On top of all of these issues, they attempted to raise my price $40 each service to almost $200 each service. So, I am a customer that has been with them for a year and a half and when I moved to a weekly schedule, they attempted to charge me significantly MORE! I thought moving to a weekly service would make it easier for them to keep my 1900 sqft home clean (one bedroom is completely empty, by the way, and the other just requires basic dusting since it is a music room). However, they were worse! The cleaning service got worse! And on top of that, they tired to charge me $40 more per service each week. What a joke. Terrible customer care. Shame on them. They are very disappointing. I would not recommend them. There are better services and I have taken my weekly services elsewhere.

I had to edit my review after today’s recent interaction with Trustworthy cleaning services. I understand they need 48 hours to reschedule an appointment which I did. I called them over 21 times. I spoke with 3 different people. I emailed them left voicemails and finally got someone on the phone. When I addressed this with them they retaliated and said they will charge me sales tax but that is not in my contract. I cancelled my contract with them as of today. I would rather pay the early termination fee than continue with this type of company.

I give this company a five star because their workers went above and beyond. They showed up on time and did a great job. MY HOME looks brand new again after they left.

Trustworthy Cleaners have been cleaning for me for about 6 years now. Recently Jessica and Maria cleaned today and both did a wonderful job at my home efficiently and well. I love that my home smells clean every time the cleaners come! (I find it is an added bonus that they put my recyclable bin in the house into the big one outside :))

Cleaning our residents. They were also really fast. This is the fifth time I've used trustworthy cleaning service and I will continue to use them for our house cleaning needs.

Cleaning was good for a move out clean. She cleaned something I told her not to clean, so star off for that. Star off for management. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and immediately when the man answered, he gave me attitude and tried to tell me I was wrong when I have the time stamped receipts. Receipts being: I was supposed to have service at 0830-0930. Then it got changed to 1100. Then it was 1121, and no call, no text, no email and no show. So I called, only to find out that the time was adjusted to 12-1230. I requested the previous day to receive an 30 minute heads up because I was going to be at work. 1) never received the 30 minute heads up. 2) I received a text message at 1218 saying they would arrive at 1230. 3) received an additional call stating the cleaners would be arriving within 20 minutes at 1227! An hour and an half of my work time wasted. When I went to speak to the supervisor, immediate attitude and defensiveness, and then finally he said the cleaner is there now, what do you want from us? Like what?! I’m a first time customer. WOW. Another star off for calling me at 1928. I’m putting a baby to bed. Call me during business hours. Text me. Email me. Just don’t call past 1700!

Great Experience on the phone. Our cleaner didn’t clean the fridge or microwave so that is unfortunate and it doesn’t look like she tried to clean the carpets besides maybe one pass through. Overall happy to just have it done but will have to have another company clean my carpet. :(

Between the business of school schedules, work, commuting, and life overall, being able to lean on them to help us maintain a deep cleaned home throughout the month is a huge weight off of our shoulders. The cleaning service I received was excellent. She did a thorough job making sure everything was clean. All of the surfaces and floors were dusted, vacuumed, and mopped, and she was very friendly and professional. I recommend Trustworthy Cleaning. They always do a wonderful job!
