Purchased a deep move-out clean to make a unit ready for a new tenant. Trustworthy charged over 230 dollars. The cleaning job was very poor, with dust caked on the ceiling fans, dust bunnies in the corners, hvac registers all dusty. and just dirt everywhere. It was not apparent if they had mopped or not.

This apartment was not very dirty to begin with. It had a new fridge, new kitchen counters/faucet/sink, New floor upstairs. The doormat was thrown outside, and I found cleaning gloves on the ground in the driveway. To top it off, they put the AC down to 65 degrees while they worked and just left it there.

It really felt like they could have cared less about cleaning my place. I ended up having to go back and clean it myself, as they did not clean in accordance with their description of the service.

Reached out to them the next day and sent photos. No response at all. I would not recommend them to anyone. Read reviews from multiple sites and make your own conclusion. I wish I had researched them more thoroughly.

I chose this company because of the good reviews I saw, and they did not disappoint! They did a deep cleaning while the house was still furnished, and they did an amazing job! The cleaners who came were friendly, and the customer service team kept in contact with me the whole time during and after the service making sure I was pleased with the work. Will definitely be using this service again!

We hired them for a move-out cleaning, and they completely missed the mark. The floors were still dirty when they left — which is pretty shocking for a move-out clean where everything should be spotless. When we raised the issue, they didn’t offer any real solution or reimbursement, just a “discount on our next clean.” Why would we ever trust them with another job?

Bottom line: they are NOT trustworthy and don’t stand behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

They did a great job the first time and over time the standard went down. We eventually canceled service because items kept getting broken and the quality went down. Was really hopeful at first.

My husband says I have high standards when it comes to cleaning services. We have multiple pets and when I clean I'm looking for someone to see those little things so I don't have to. I wasn't home when they came for the first deep clean since I was at work for 11 hours before I got to speak to my husband. I asked how it was, and he said he thought I would be happy. When I walked into our home, I almost cried. The amount of detail in the clean was impeccable! We both couldn't believe how great of a job they did. So happy to have found a legitimately trustworthy cleaning company!!!!

Very ironic name for this insanely unprofessional, poor quality, and terrible cleaning company. This company is a joke, had a simple move out clean and they added an extra charge to clean the grout on the shower and still couldn’t get it clean. Also didn’t clean the refrigerator and stove even though those are standard services that are included in their “package”. When I got back to the property when they were done the place smelled like cigarettes and our brand new laundry detergent was gone!
This company is just dispatch office that sub contracts tweaker cleaning crews that don’t care about delivering a good service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

Trustworthy has been amazing for us. All of the cleaning teams have gone above and beyond. Our home is spotless after they clean. We’ve used them for over 2 years now. We have never had issues with our cleanings. They’re responsive when you call for scheduling and always answer back on text. To me that’s great communication. 5 stars for everything especially the cleaners they send. Thank you

We had them come out and do a standard move out clean. They left the place sparkling. The pricing was the best I was quoted in my area. The cleaner was very professional and on time. She was a sweet lady I didn’t get her name before she left. Definitely recommend them if your looking for cleaning

Very professional and arrives on time. They do go up on price a bit but it’s still pretty reasonable for what you get. They do a great job!

My friend's family and ours have lived side-by-side in a duplex and have moved out at the same time. We scheduled for Trustworthy Cleaning Service to come out for a deep move-out cleaning for both our homes. We've run into a lot of trouble:
- We were promised two teams would clean our two homes. Only one team of 2 ladies came.
- We were promised our cleaning service would start at 9AM. The 2 ladies arrived at 5:41PM.
- As my friend called throughout the day to see when our cleaning teams would arrive, the company kept delaying their service, and even avoided picking up her phone calls for a time. Later, she received an automated text that our cleaning crew would arrive between 4:45-5:15PM, but the 2 ladies arrived at 5:41PM.

I don't fault the 2 ladies who have come to clean. They are working hard, and told me they expect to clean 1 household (1 side of our duplex) in 5 hours, which would take them to 11PM.

This company has received great reviews, but my experience so far is awful. Perhaps during this busy moving season, they've overcommitted themselves, and this is what has happened for me and my friend. To the company's credit, they did discount their fees for us; but only 1 household will be cleaned today, not 2.

Rosalinda is amazing! She is always so friendly and thorough. We requested her for every visit because she does such a great job.

We called Trustworthy Cleaners of Austin with a very last-minute request for a close-out deep clean and professional carpet cleaning for my daughters’ apartment. With less than 24 hours to move them out, we were caught off guard and needed a service that was both cost-effective and reliable. After calling several companies, we went back to Trustworthy Cleaners—and they truly live up to their name.
