Great experience, took care of everything we needed and did an excellent job!

Dylan was fantastic! Arrived on time, and ended up going the extra mile for us when the toilet we purchased ended up lacking needed parts. He handled the exchange himself, and declined offered extra pay for his time. Did an excellent job, and will ask for him by name next time. Suggest anyone who reads this does the same!

We recently had new windows installed at our home. I contracted with Handyman Connection to: Take down & put our window blinds, repaint window trimming and caulk & paint other areas around the house exterior due to weather repairs. Our craft man was Serio, and he did a excellent job. This was mostly outside during some of the coldest weather this season. He stuck with it showing up on time everyday and working all day. A Big THANK YOU to Sergio!

A handyman came into my home, claimed they would send a quote multiple times, and never did. Extremely unprofessional—be cautious. Maybe they only send it to customers who look like them :)

Our workman was very knowledgable. He worked hard to figure out the problem and how to solve it. He was working with a very heavy chair that needed turning in different directions. When we needed extra materials, he did the research to find what we needed on Amazon. We ordered it, and he returned to finish the job. Ten stars for him.

Our handyman did an excellent job in sanding and painting our back porch stairs. He was courteous, on time and we are so grateful to have beautiful stairs!

Our handyman was Sergio and he completed the repairs above and beyond my expectations. He worked long hours on a Saturday to ensure that each repair was completed thoroughly. He explained each of the repairs and the costs associated with the repair. He also drove to a hardware store to buy additional parts needed for completion. I highly recommend Handyman Connection, and will use them again.

I hired Handyman Connection for a simple wall repair, expecting a smooth process. While they were good at keeping in touch, the situation quickly went downhill due to their work quality and their approach to solving problems.

The first time they finished the repair, the wall texture clearly didn't match the rest of the room. When I pointed it out, they didn't offer a refund but insisted on trying to fix it. This happened not once, but multiple times, and each time they couldn't get the texture right.

What made matters worse was that after every attempt they made to retexture the wall, the responsibility to prime and paint the area fell on us. This wasn't just inconvenient; it added extra work and expense on our part, turning what should have been a straightforward job into a never-ending project.

Even after several tries, the texture still wasn't right. It became clear that they just weren't capable of matching it, but they wouldn't admit defeat or give our money back. We were left with a wall that looked out of place and the realization that we were stuck with the additional costs and effort of trying to make it look acceptable.

The most frustrating part wasn't just the subpar repair work; it was how Handyman Connection handled the situation. Despite their willingness to keep trying, their refusal to consider a refund and the burden they put on us to finish the job made the whole experience exhausting.

For anyone thinking about hiring Handyman Connection, I'd say be cautious. While they might keep you informed, if things go wrong, you could end up spending more time and money than you ever planned to make things right. In our case, it would have been better to hire someone else from the start.

We had to replace a built-in microwave bcuz the door handle broke and we were unable to find something to fit. Matthew from handyman connection measured the space, and went out of his way to find one that fit, and had the trim kit. It was ordered, and 3 months later it was delivered to our house. Within 2 days of receipt Matthew was back out to install the new microwave!!! It’s beautiful and we are extremely happy with the service and product!!

Handyman Connection was fantastic to work with! They responded quickly and provided a prompt estimate for my project, which included building a gate in an area of the fence that previously didn’t have one and completing a storage shed I had started but never finished.
