I’ve called and hired Handyman Connection many times over the past couple years. They are responsive and reasonable and fast. A number of times they came out for a quote and we decided to hold off and it was easy and painless. Many more times we went ahead and it was fast and very reasonable. I manage a couple of large properties and am guessing we have completed 5 or so projects, most recently last week. They are as advertised and I definitely recommend

HC did an awesome job on a number of projects: painting ~1300 sqft, framed a wall with door and fixed / laid large format tile. Overall great communication through out, professional and very competitive prices. I will definitely be using HC again!

And their company is based in our neighborhood, which is an additional good feeling! :-) The technician they sent for our lighting installation, Kenny, was great - he was professional, courteous, clean, thoughtful, and was a complete expert on our non-standard installation. We've used Handyman Connection of Austin-Westlake many times and they've been consistently excellent to work with. They make it easy to schedule, easy to pay, and do good work. I highly recommend. I was able to schedule a toilet replacement without skipping a beat of work and had it done quicker than I could have expected. Hauled away the old one as well, making it a literally zero hassle process for us. Well worth the money.

Really enjoyed speaking to both owners of Handyman and spending several hours with Kenny while he graciously helped us install a VERY difficult island light (with loads of LEDs hanging off it). We look forward to calling on this group for other projects!

From the very beginning I knew I made the right choice contacting handyman connection. Frank, Joe, and Khalid were so patient with me despite me asking several question.
My project was a pocket door installation, and I ordered the door with Joe’s help. He was able to measure out the exact door measurement I needed. Frank was so understanding when I told him my project would be delayed due to another company.

These guys are the real deal. The pricing is fair for the service you’re receiving. I’m definitely reaching out to them for my next project.

Worst experience from a handyman company. My dad needed his soffits repaired on the left and right side because he has scratches and broken pieces of wood from critters.

After completion we noticed that the handyman didn’t fix all the broken pieces of wood, so I called and explain the issue. They rescheduled for the handyman to come out the same day. I told them to send me photos once they finished. The handyman comes out and says he’s finished but only sends me a picture of the right side only. I asked for the other side and I get no response. I ended up going to my Dads house cause I knew something was wrong, so I went to go check and was shocked that the handyman ONLY fixed the one on the right and to make it worse he PAINTS over the scratch mark on the left…Does he not think we can’t see it? I needed them to fix the issue not paint over it…Talk about pure laziness.

I call and write back and the guy said he’ll send the guy over for a 3rd time to fix the issue. I told them to come after 10am because my Dad works all night. They schedule me 4 days later for a Thursday afternoon and of course they show up Thursday at 8am tearing the wood off. Very inconsiderate company who lacks true professionalism. Make sure if y’all check the work before paying them if you choose to go with them. They were by far the cheapest bid and I can see why. You get what you paid for!

Trung was lovely when visited my home to see what I wanted done and gave me an estimate. The portal was very convenient, breaking the estimate down task by task. Chastity was very responsive to all of my questions and got me scheduled quickly. Matthew was careful, skillful and meticulous; he installed a new kitchen light (12' ceiling) , new ceiling fan with long downrod, new vanity and faucet in the bathroom. I also had painting done (remove and repaint ceiling, and repaint walls in bathroom). I'm very pleased with the results and will not hesitate to turn to Handyman Connection again for future work I need at my house.

Matthew solved two electrical issues for me today. He’s smart, knowledgeable & a thoughtful problem solver. This is the second time I’ve used Handyman’s services and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be calling on the team again for sure. Shout out to Chastity for making it so easy to schedule too.

I’ve worked with Matthew on multiple projects - grout, woodwork on cabinets, fencing, and electrical fixes. He does excellent work and is a pleasure to be around. I’d highly recommend Handyman Connection Westlake, especially Matthew.

Handyman connection helped organize finding the right contractors for the job for my home repair. I had several people out for drywall, insulation, carpet, and shelving.

There were many hiccups in the process, potentially due to another middleman not sharing photos with Handyman Connection. In the end, the contractors did come back out and work to make things right, which was greatly appreciated.

I was quite happy with my carpet install with the crew they hired. They went the extra mile, when I had concerns, and even helped identify a problem that I was able to address by moving some furniture. They were also able to quickly do a closet for me, which was a huge help.

Trung also took the time to answer my questions and provide other ways to potentially address my concerns on insulation in my attic.

I would definitely use Handyman Connections of Westlake again for my contractor needs.

Everything went well with blinds replacement at my home. Handyman connection took good care of it and the technician that performed the replacement was professional and did the installation in no time. I’m very pleased with the attention and service.
