Lakeway Tree Service is one I highly recommend. The three men that came to our property were knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Trees were trimmed, thinned, and dead branches were removed efficiently. The yard was cleaned well upon completion of the job. The communication with the main office was prompt, courteous, and professional.

Steven is great! I have been working with him for a while now to care for the fertilization schedule of 7 cypress that have been made into a hedge for privacy. They look awesome and healthy! He also worked on a sick tree I have in the front and now it is thriving. It’s so much better to talk to him about plant health and maintenance than just having anyone come in and just apply the same thing they do on every other lawn. I get a ton of compliments and the trees look great!

Steven from Lakeway Tree Experts came out last fall to give me an estimate for having my live oaks trimmed. The estimate was so reasonable it was hard for me to even believe that they would do that much work for such a great price! Fast forward to this week when we had set the date for the work. The day before I called them because I was thinking that since it had been so long since we set the date they wouldn't show! Arlen, the owner called me back the night before & said they would be there the next day as scheduled. Not only were they there on time, but they were 20 minutes early! That never happens! Steven walked the property with me to make sure we were in agreement as to what was to be done. When he left & went on to another job he left Jimmy in charge and he was great too! They had a crew of 4 guys who knocked the work out in less than a day. All of the guys were very courteous and conscientious. They picked up and disposed of all the branches etc. My yard and trees looked so good when they left! I will be calling them them next year for sure!

They did a great job on the 18 oaks in my front yard! Thorough clean up too. Finished in less time than originally quoted and saved me some $$. Will definitely hire again. Thanks!

Jimmy and his crew did a neat and prompt job, as we as cleaning up afterwards. we have used them for many years and have always done a good job. Steven is a very knowledgeable arborist. Highly recommend.

Quick response, clear helpful diagnosis of my tree's problems. Deep knowledge of Austin and Texas tree issues. Mr. Wentworth could easily have tried to sell me a bunch of useless services to save my hopeless tree, but instead he gave me the facts and made the situation clear. Highly recommended

Had to have a different tree removed and called Austin Tree Specialists. They responded much faster than I'd hoped and their crew were able to take out the tree from a very difficult location in a couple hours. I was very happy with everything about the service and now consider them my 'tree guys' who will always get my call.

Aaron is the best! He is very knowledgeable about trees and how to keep them in good health and appearance. Plus, Aaron's a very nice guy and easy to work with. We are a repeat very pleased client and will continue to be so!

Patrick is an awesome arborist, hands down! I have a couple of young Monterrey Oak trees and one of them lost its leaves while the other seems healthy. I took some pictures and emailed him to ask if it was serious or not. He responded quickly and was very helpful. He seems to really care about trees and is not just out to make money. My question was resolved with a simple answer and even some additional advice on how to care for my trees. In the future for any of my tree needs I will definitely call Austin Tree Specialists.

We recently moved to Austin and had no knowledge of the local vegetation. Patrick provided us with a detailed analysis of the multitude of trees in our yard before we purchased our home so that we were assured there were no existing problems, such as oak wilt, before we bought the property. He has continued to answer our questions thoroughly, thoughtfully and professionally. He is a true expert, and he will remain our "go-to" person for any issues related to our trees, shrubs and other plants.

I have used Austin Tree Specialists multiple times in the past couple of years. I did an extensive amount of trimming, fertilizing, green waste removal (after the snowpocalypse) and tree removal for a deck project. They always provide an estimate, they are always on time and they always do fantastic cleanup and waste removal for the quoted price. Can't think of anything more I would want from a tree service.

Austin Tree Specialists was quick to respond and set up a consult. Patrick not only offered great advice on several different kinds of trees, but he also provided advice on how to help our grass survive the drought. We highly recommend their service.

Wow what an awesome experience! I left Pat a voicemail on August 9th (I'm a little late on leaving my review) and he sent me a text a few minutes later asking me to send pictures of some damage to my Red Oaks. I emailed them and he gave me his diagnosis immediately (dang ole squirrels!) and tips on how to deal with it. He didn't waste my time or his time by scheduling a consultation and charging me a fee just to come out and tell me it was exactly what he suspected and there was really nothing he could do about it, now that's some great customer service.

I'm very paranoid about losing any tree that's worth saving so I know I will definitely call Austin Tree Specialist again.

Pat is easily the most honest and fair service provider I have ever come visit out house. I weekly get someone ringing my door wanting to cut on my trees. Finally I decided to look into it and called Pat out to my house. He took a look and decided that any work on my trees would be unnecessary and not worth his crews time or my money. It is so refreshing to deal with some one who is so honest and willing to operate in the customers best interest. He took the remaining time in our visit to educate me about my trees so that I would know what to be on the look out for and how to provide routine maintenance for my trees. I would recommend anyone considering having their trees trimmed to call Pat first.

The trees on my place are the best part! And Pat has taken beautiful care of them through years. After a recent storm and an email on the weekend, Pat offered to come out first thing Monday morning to check all the trees in the yard for their health and our safety. I believe this is the best tree company in Austin! I talked to many other companies but these guys were super knowledgeable, professional, helpful and caring. Answered all my questions and we decided on a plan for tree trimming services that was executed perfectly. 10/10 stars if I could!

Pat came to our home today to evaluate our trees. He walked with us and shared about the health of each tree. He gave pointers on what we could do or hire his company to do. Pat is very knowledgeable and was able to share with us in terms we could understand. He took his time and wished to answer any questions we might have. When we asked about an area we were thinking of planting a tree, he evaluated it. He gave us some useful websites to study about this area of Texas and the types of trees best for this area. Pat gave us pointers about purchasing trees as well. You will not get this service from no others who leave you flyers or advertise through the mail.
I strongly urge you to contact him for any and all your tree needs. I am glad we did-you will be too!
