If you went out for a special dinner and you have saved just for this special occasion, now you sit down and order but what comes to your table are eggs, pancakes and toast- hey wait I paid a lot for a Denny’s grand slam when I ordered steak, Brussels sprouts and potatoes!

When you call Austin Tree Specialist, you’ll pay a lil more for Marcos and his Troup are really Great at what they do. When I go to a Dr I do my research and I want a Dr who is top notch and has been around for awhile. Austin Tree Specialist, has been around for quite a few yrs,

Several yrs ago, in Austin we had a great freeze (not 2011) later, and truthfully our two mature live oak did not fair too well (my fault) I never called Austin Tree Specialist to trim our limbs, so after the freeze the limbs were laden w/ ice and laying on the ground. Our back yard tree which was 5 years older than the front yard tree was actually split in 3 ways, for the wait of the frozen limbs put too much stress on the trunk and, yup it wasn’t pretty, in fact we all most wrote off that tree. We called the city of Austin arborist and he directed us to a nursery in south Austin & they in turn gave us Austin Tree Specialist for they felt being Arborist, that Austin Tree Specialist were the only ones who could save our trees.

It’s been several yrs now and our two trees are tall and healthy for one reason- every several yrs we call Marcos and his team and they arrive on time and our tree looking good- you know after a really good hair cut you just feel great.

I’m reading that Austin Tree Specialist doesn’t call you back, oh they will- that’s not a really a bad thing, for Marcos and his crew are busy.

Honestly have you ever just watched how hard they work and yes they clean ALL the tree trimmings, and on sight Austin Tree Specialist shred the limbs and trimmings.
When Austin Tree Specialist, leave, you almost do not know they were there, the back yard is spot less and your newly trimmed tree looks fantastic.

Wow - Pat at Austin Tree Specialists is as honest and helpful as they get! I contacted him about pruning some young trees that have started getting a little out of control and he actually said not to do it because it could impact the longterm growth and health of these new trees! Not only was he honest about not needing the service, he provided me with great tips on how to continue to care for them. I will definitely be calling Pat for all of our future tree needs because I know I will be working with an honest and knowledgeable person!

Austin Tree Specialists came very highly recommended. Patrick was very responsive and helpful. He provided a quick and valuable evaluation of our tree's health. Unfortunately our tree needs to be replaced; but, Patrick was helpful in recommending potential replacement tree varieties to work well in our climate and also gave some tips on where/how to buy the best replacement tree. Thank you Austin Tree Specialists - would definitely recommend to others based on their responsiveness and knowledge.

Austin Tree Specialist were great! They came right after the ice storm broke a huge branch right in front of my garage door. As soon as it was safe to drive they came over and removed the large oak branch along with all of the other trees that fell over. Great team, very hard workers!

We've used a few different tree services over the years, and now we've found the one we're going to stick with. We had a small job which they did great, but I was made aware of a few more things that we needed done. I called them up and they were able to come out early the next day and took care of all of it. We're very satisfied.

Unprofessional. Overcharged us. Dishonest company.

On the day that they were scheduled to arrive for tree pruning service, the team not only DIDN'T SHOW UP, they also didn't call. I had to call their dispatch team 5 times throughout the day as nobody would give us a clear answer as to the delay. The next day, they arrived unannounced at 8 a.m. The team performed the agreed upon services outlined in our estimate and then a month later I received a new invoice with an additional $225 fee that was never discussed nor agreed upon. I called and emailed their team and still nobody responded. I would never recommend this company to any friend of mine.

The crew came out on time, got right to work and did a great job. The trees look great !!

The Gentlemen were very nice and accommodating in answering my questions the best they could. They did a very nice job on the trees.

The actual service was timely and appropriate. However, communication has been very difficult with this company. They provided me with two estimates for an area of my yard, one aggressive and one more minimal. I was to choose between the estimates. I opted for the minimal and received that service. However, the company has insisted on invoicing me for both services and has stopped responding to my emails asking them to correct the error and insists the invoice they gave me, 1,200 more than what we agreed on, is correct. It's been nearly 6 weeks and I just want to pay them and be done with it.

They came when they said they would be here and did a great job and left no debris behind

Marcus and team have been responsive, timely, effective, and easy to work with. We have called after each of the major weather events since 2022 and they’ve been able to take care of us quickly for a reasonable price.

I had a tree fall on my roof during an evening storm. Marcus had a crew out to inspect my home within 2 hours of calling and they removed a tree that was dangerously balanced on the roof structure. To make matters worse, a brand new hot tub was right under the leaning tree. Benny and his crew did an absolutely amazing job removing the tree without causing any further damage to my house or property underneath. The job was extremely complex and I was amazed (and slightly panicked) watching their professional work. Clean up afterwards also exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this team.
