The team did a good job overall. A spoon holder in the kitchen was broken without any notification. They didn't wipe down the edge of the door for the first 3rd of the doors, and you can tell it's clean and bright from the doorknob to about one foot below the rest, still had dog nose prints. They forgot to wipe down the kitchen table, so it had cup rings.

From the get go communication was super clear, have easy access to getting questions and answers and services booked. On cleaning day, I knew exactly what to expect. Patricia was punctual and thorough. Will definitely book again!

My ACC rep was on time. Sweet as can be. Pretty thorough for first time cleaning visit (deep clean) girlfriend pretty much knew what to do. The owner and manager asked for photos of my place (key areas) before hand - so it appeared they prepped her for the visit. I came back and place was clean. I didn’t have to spend a lot of time showing her what to clean

My kitchen and floors were in particularly bad shape before they started, but they handled everything thoroughly and professionally. Claudia is magic. I have a crazy toddler house and she reassures me it’s normal every time I feel so embarrassed about it. She also is very gracious with my 3.5 year old who wants to follow her around the house and “help”.

Patricia was outstanding she left everything spotless. And on top of that, she even did some of the dishes we left in the sink which is typically unheard of for a maid. I am very hopeful that we get her again next time and I will be requesting her myself.

Seriously amazing team that came to my house. They were professional and completely changed my house for the better. Very fair rate for the amount of work they did. I never expected them to do some of the things they did (they made my bed up and organized). Worth the price.

They did really well, and very quickly too - even cleaning one of my desks off that I said they could ig ore because it had so much junk on top of it. Cleaned my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt in 2.5 hours.

Today I had my first cleaning with Austin Cleaning Crew and they did a wonderful job. They really took their time and didn't miss anything. Every step of the way i was communicated with and they have great beginner deals!

After taking my money and waiting for a month, they showed up many hours late and then it was determined my house was too "fragile" to clean even though I have talked to them multiple times about lots of art here. The crew had the bare bones supplies- bleach and a plastic broom and a mini vacuum?! They were supposed to do a "deep clean"- I would avoid if I were you. Thumbs down.

We used Sam’s cleaning services to get our place ready for move out. I appreciated that the process to get a quote, schedule, and pay were easy. The photos show that our place was sparkling, inside and out.
