I recently had Mike come out and clean my ducts, which I had wanted to do for some time. His company came to me as a referral, and I'm glad I took the advice. Mike was very professional, and informative as to what he was going to do. I thought he was very competent, and knew his business. I would have no problem having Mike do duct work again!!

Mike did such a great job cleaning the tile in my shower, I wish I had taken before/after pics! He also did an amazing job on my patio chairs, that were so disgusting and moldy and he got them looking brand new again!! Thanks so much guys:)

Not only did they answer my late night message but they also got me in the very same day and a Saturday at that! He did such a wonderful job on the carpet and treating the pet stains! Will definitely be calling to have another room done when my roommate moves out and gonna have to have him do my couch! Y’all have a lifetime of business from us! And we will definitely recommend you to all our friends!!

Mike came out and shampooed two of our cars. I was notified when he was on his way. He spent so much time and detail on each car. We were very impressed with how professional he is and how he explained the process along with some great tips for the future. Can’t wait to have him come and work his magic on our tile. Highly recommend this company!!!

The entire transaction, from scheduling all the way to the minute I waved goodbye (from a very responsible 20ft distance!), I can only say good things!

Mike arrived when he said he would, called me from the driveway so that I could open the garage for him to have access to the chairs, cleaned them perfectly and sanitized them for me, then texted to let me know he was done! 10/10

I will absolutely be calling Mike when the quarantine is over to have my interior carpets cleaned, as well as my sofas. It was a wonderful experience, and I’m glad to have found a local vendor to support.

First time I used them for dryer vent clean out it was a good experience. Second time I used for carpet cleaning. Left carpets wet for 3 days versus Stanley Steemer which leaves carpet dry by the end of the day.

Son’s room was left smelling like mildew… long story short. I’ve hired Stanley Steemer to redo the carpets twice. I do believe I am going to have to replace the carpet in that room. I think the level of homes they do is pretty low so their equipment is dirty and leaves odors in your home. So yes, they may be called odor masters but not for the reason you would hope. I requested a refund so I can use that money to fix this mess. Haven’t heard back or received anything. If that continues I am strongly considering going to small claims court solely out of principle.

Update: I did end up having to spend thousands of dollars on replacing the carpet in my children’s rooms. Never heard back from them. Not a single word. Low rent company.

Cannot recommend Mike & his wife Doreen enough! They were so nice and so helpful to work with, and Mike did an amazing job on our sectional with a lot of attention to detail. Our couch looks brand new!

Odor Masters did an amazing Job on our house. I never write reviews but we were in a pinch this week to find someone and not only were they able to come out the very next day but they gave us a great price and did an amazing job. They got out every stain including the ones that have been there for over two years. Mike and his Doreen were so friendly and very responsive. Will definitely be using again.

Mike and Doreen are absolutely amazing, there adorable and and do the best and hardest work I’ve seen from any company. I’ve had them clean for me several times and they always supine me at how good they are. I wish I could pack them with me and take them to Boston where I’m moving to. Extremely friendly and don’t judge you for the mess, they just take care of it and with a smile on their faces at that.

5 out of 5 recommend. Mike is very knowledgeable and pays close attention to detail. Explains process in detail and all carpets a smelling fantastic again.

I am very impressed with Odor Masters. Mike and his wife made the experience very nice. The communication leading up to my appointment was amazing. I had to cancel my first appointment and they were very understanding. They even followed up to check on our family the day after we canceled.

The day of the cleaning, we were kept in the loop on when Mike was coming. He is very personable. He explained everything to my adult children about what he would be doing before he started the job. We were able to go up and look at the carpet before he started the stairs. The job was WELL DONE.

I will definitely be using this company again. Mike left us shoe covers just in case we needed to go upstairs before the carpet dried. You will not regret having Mike in your home. He loves what he does for a living and it shows in the work done.

Nice people and did a good job on the carpet in the bedroom. Cost $145 for one room that had a drink stain on the carpet.

That said, we were scheduled for a Thursday at 3. After 4 PM I had not heard anything so I reached out and offered to reschedule for Friday morning. We agreed upon 10 AM, which came and went without an update. At 12 I received a text that Mike was on his way. He did not arrive until past 1, putting us 3 hours past our already rescheduled appointment. They offered to clean my living room rug for free so I agreed, but it appears now it may be ruined.

Can not say enough good things about Mike and Doreen! Both are super friendly and responsive. Doreen keeps them running like a well oiled machine and Mike is extremely knowledgeable in all things involved with moisture issues. This is a super ethical business that is honestly out there to help people - I wish there were more of them. I have an old house with moisture intrusion issues and Mike’s eagle eye (or rather, mean sniffer) found the root of our issues. 100/10 would recommend!

5-star service from Mike and Doreen. They were friendly, sincere, and very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Our home was ruined after we rented it out, but Mike did a great job to address the pet smells and make it livable again. Definitely worth spending the extra buck to get this quality treatment.

We used them twice now, first was for mold removal.
Their air duct cleaning service is phenomenal and extremely thorough. Our rugs and sectional also look brand new.
Doreen is sweet, answered our emails right away and made sure we were informed.
Mike is amazing, he works hard and our home smells so fresh. Mike’s work ethic goes above and beyond and his quality is top notch.

Are they still in business? They have not responded to my texts in two weeks and have not answered my phone calls. I have prepaid for 4 services for October, they have not showed up once so far.

My pool was green and within 6 days of hard work these guys got it ready to swim. They communicated with me throughout the process it was nice.
