I have used Environmaids for years. They always do a god job on my house. I am picky and they cater their cleaning of my house to my preferences. I highly recommend them.

Said's communication is top-notch. He's proactive, provides clear pricing quotes, makes scheduling a breeze, and keeps me updated on arrival times. Lupita's dedication to understanding my needs is unparalleled. She takes the time to ask detailed questions about my cleaning style, priorities (like specific areas of focus or preferred products), and past experiences with other cleaning services. She truly listens and wants to ensure the best possible experience. What I really appreciate is that she encourages honest feedback, even if it's not perfect. They don't make you feel awkward for pointing out something that could be improved – they genuinely value it and use it to get better.

For example, after my last cleaning, I mentioned one item that wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as I'd hoped. Lupita not only relayed that feedback to her team, ensuring at least one of the same cleaners returned for my next appointment, but she also came to my house before the cleaning was finished today for a post-cleaning inspection! She gave her team feedback on anything that needed a touch-up and even pitched in herself, making some organizational changes and doing some light cleaning, even though she was running late for a meeting! That level of dedication is rare.

While the cleaning teams of 2-3 housekeepers typically do not speak English, this has never been an issue for me. I've been able to easily communicate any necessary information to Said or Lupita, or even use my (admittedly broken) Spanglish to get my point across. They're always accommodating and ensure everything is understood.

Finally, a word about budget: I had never had my windows professionally cleaned because I figured it was simply out of my affordability range. These guys offer a very fair rate. If you don't have time, or the job of cleaning the windows is a pretty big job... call Austin Early Bird. It's worth getting the job done instead of sitting around looking out dirty windows wondering when you'll have time to clean them yourself. I did that for too long and wish I had called them a long time ago.
