He sent out Alicia to my house in South Austin off of east slaughter to take care of my room and bathroom. After she was done my place smelled so fresh and clean! It was taken care of within an hour and everything was spotless. 10/10 recommend working with Luis on your home or commercial property for cleaning services

The house is cleaner but I had to remind them to empty the trash in the office. The rest of the clean was pretty good.

I found Turned after an awful experience with a cleaning company I hired for my AirBnb. From the beginning they were open and upfront with pricing. They handled the scheduling, sent pictures of the unit after it was cleaned and reached out if there were any issues they noticed that I needed to call maintenance for. Since switching to Turned I have had zero complaints about cleanliness, I am very happy with the service I have received.

I’ve been working with Davis and Turned for a few months now and their whole team is fantastic. I had a nightmare of an experience with a property manager prior and decided to go this route instead and the experience with these guys couldn’t be more night and day. Turned has been exceptional thus far. The best part is that they utilize Slack which is a communication platform that enables cleaners, managers and host the ability to effectively communicate. In addition, the other apps they use also enable them to know exactly when guests check out so cleaning scheduling is hassle free. The cleaning has been a 10 out of 10. They’re prices are also very competitive when taking into account packages such as linen and consumable services.
