Very disappointing experience with Peace Frog Specialty Cleaning. Their customer service is extremely poor, and their pricing is way higher than other companies offering the same services.

Before calling this company, I strongly recommend checking other places. Many cleaning companies provide free pickup and free delivery, but Peace Frog seems to look for every opportunity to charge extra. They wanted to charge over $100 just for delivery and another $100 for pickup, which is unreasonable and excessive.

On top of that, their actual cleaning prices are much higher compared to competitors. When I tried to discuss the pricing and ask questions, the representative was rude and dismissive. She didn’t seem interested in helping at all and basically said, “It is what it is—if you want it, you want it; if not, have a good day.” No effort to explain, no flexibility, and no respect for the customer.

Customer service could be much better, and the pricing structure feels unfair. Overall, not a good experience, and I would not recommend this company.

I had a wonderful experience with Peace Frog from start to finish. Each call I made was handled with professionalism and kindness. I had several concerns about pet stains on my carpet as well as whether or not the wet carpets would present a hazard for my mobility impaired 86 yo mother. The service schedulers had suggestions for each concern. When Noel and Angel arrived they were professional, friendly and very careful. They had a solution for everything I was concerned about and they executed the plan perfectly. I also had my dryer vent cleaned for the first time and Angel went above and beyond to correct a longstanding problem there. In fact both Noel and Angel went above and beyond to take good care of my home. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I will absolutely use this service in the future.

Justin was super nice and did a great job at explaining all of my options. The price was extremely fair for what was done. Best job on carpet cleaning that I’ve seen. This rug was pretty brown before and now it looks as it did when I bought it. This was done in house, too. He also did some grout cleaning in my kitchen and the job was so good that I think I need them to finish out the living space! You can see how stark of a difference it made. Highly highly recommend Peace Frog for cleaning. Already getting a quote for power washing my outside patio.

A quick service from them although they could have taken abit more time on the windows. Still love the service .

Cleaning was okay, but they used a product with a scent I'm not fond of. Will need to specify which products to use next time.

Dean and the team did a fantastic job today, and they even offered a discount for a deep clean. I'm impressed with how they manage to get the whole house done in just a few hours.

Just walked into my sparkling house and I had to leave a review immediately. Darren, Keshia, Marisol and Grace were not just efficient but incredibly thorough. The kids' rooms are usually a disaster, but not they look so organized, it's like chaos never reigned there. They even managed to get crayon marks off teh walls without a trace. Bravooooo!

I had never hired professional cleaners before, but the team exceeded my expectations. They were timely thorough and increadible professional. Every inche of my home sparkled and they even added special finishing touches like hotel-worthy towel designs.

Absolutely LOVE coconut cleaners! I recommend them to everyone I know! I have a lot of white furniture and also a dog and they always take great care of my items! They are punctual, great with communication, and so so kind! I have had them to my home twice now and have had great results every time! They have the ability to do so much that they will come apart of your routine for cleaning. Not sure how I made it so long without Coconut in my life!!

The cleaning job done on my living room couch and area rug was fantastic! The service provider, Jake, was prompt, professional, and communicated clearly about the expected results, especially regarding stains and how the cleaning machine was used. The communication beforehand was quick and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service and would use them again. My couch looks brand new and has had so many compliments when having friends over! This company came highly recommended and they lived up to the hype! Truly amazing work and the carpets look amazing! Their customer service is professional, knowledgeable and truly wonderful. For example we aren’t sure if we are keeping the carpet on the stairs and after our cleaning I received a message stating that they cleaned them for us for free incase we wanted to keep them. Most companies would’ve just left them but instead Coconut went above and beyond. Truly blown away. I will be recommending them to family and friends! 100% going to book them again when I need services again!

Absolutely fantastic cleaning job on our patio furniture ! Set expectations clearly upfront about what results we could expect - particularly related to some stubborn stains. Trevor and Vaunzhe were prompt, professional and communicators beforehand were quick. Will definitely use them again.

Super fast and professional service. Trevor and a team member got here early and finished up within a few hours. They left are super porous tiles looking clean, and they sealed the grout and tiles too. They were friendly and made sure to protect corners of walls, doors, and other furniture so as not to damage them. I forgot to take a Before photo, but I'm adding a few during and after.

We are happy, especially my wife, so I highly recommend them and will call them to get our furniture and carpets cleaned later on.

Scheduling was a breeze, pricing was completely transparent, and they were able to get out to my house the very next day. Trevor, the owner, did an outstanding job and clearly set expectations for what was realistic with my builder-grade carpet. He communicated well, let me know when he was on his way, and arrived right on time.

What really impressed me, though, was how he handled a small hiccup during the cleaning. Things happen — but Trevor was incredibly professional, apologized sincerely for the inconvenience, and went above and beyond to make it right that same day. That level of accountability and customer focus is rare, and it absolutely deserves recognition.

I don’t usually write reviews, but when the owner himself takes that much pride in his work and cares that deeply about the customer experience, it’s worth sharing. I have zero hesitation having Trevor and his team back in a year to clean my couch, and I’ll be booking them soon for my second property without reservation.

I reached out to Coconut cleaning after seeing them in an Instagram ad, today they sent Trevor to come and get our couch looking good again after being destroyed by a baby and dog for four years. Not only was Trevor punctual, a great communicator, and respectful of our home but he also got our couch looking better than I thought was possible! I am thrilled with the work he did and will definitely be booking with Coconut again. Thank you Trevor!

WOW! Brandon from Coconut Cleaning in Austin just left my home and did such a spectacular job! I only had him come to clean my upstairs carpet and he was quick and efficient. He explained what he'd be doing and how it all works in case I had any questions. When he was done he kindly offered his services to scrub and clean my downstairs tile. I didn't even know they did that! They didn't even look this good when they were installed. The best part, is that I'm feeling fantastic that two huge cleaning projects are done and it gives me the motivation to keep my home more clean...well, until my kids come home from school! Thanks, Brandon. You did a superb job!

We had our couch cleaned by Brandon and it looks brand new!! He was also really friendly and professional- highly recommend. They communicated well about what time they’d be here etc.

Jake (and his partner) did a great job cleaning my sectional and concrete floor yesterday. They were friendly, efficient and despite having done very few concrete floors, it looked better than I thought. I was really happy with the results for both. Would have them back again!
