AMAZING! I'm so happy to have found Austin Texas Cleaning! They are always so kind when ordering over the phone, you can order services online too. They always arrive on-time, and have very personable and easy to talk to maids. I can't say enough. I've used them many times and refer friends. You won't be disappointed.

I scheduled a make ready cleaning, which began at 10:30. At 2:40 I called to inquire about a progress update, I was informed cleaner was not there at the moment but would be back shortly, at that point I was at 4hr and 10 minutes of cleaning time. I sent a family member to check on cleaning progress, to my surprise no cleaning in that 4hr time span had been done. I call back, and get in contact with front desk and inquire about the lack of cleaning/progress made and am then told cleaner forgot to turn timer off while on break, I only had 2.5 hrs cleaning time and total hours will only be 4-5 hrs. I go to the property, after work, to check the cleaning and services I paid for and nothing had been cleaned still. Then I call back today after sending picture proof that nothing was cleaned in the first 2.5 hours nor the second 2.5 hrs and now they’re telling me they can go back but I will be charged and it looked like it would be 10-12 hrs of cleaning. They did offer a refund but stated that since the home management company requires make ready cleaning I was going to get charged regardless by them, since they will have to get sent out again. Overall terrible experience with them, I will video document “cleanliness” condition they left property in and doing my own cleaning. If you do use them I recommend supervising cleaning being done, because I received none and got charged anyway. These are just a few pictures I took, after the “cleaning was done”.

Called and spoke with Esther and she was so cordial and responded to my inquiries in a professional manner. Explained what I needed done and she asked a few questions, the next day they showed up as promised. They did a splendid work, even took the time to straighten out a few details that wasn't even in the deal. All and all I was totally satisfied with their work ethic, will definitely use them again and I strongly recommend their service!

Highly recommend Esther with Easy Cleaning!! I requested a quote for a 2 bedroom apartment move out cleaning and she got back to me in 30 minutes to schedule. Her prices are very fair and it was very easy to communicate with her via text and email. I had to reschedule twice due to my movers being delayed from the winter storm and she was very accommodating. She did an excellent job and was very nice! It was also easy to pay.

I never leave reviews but I really was blown away by the service I received this morning. I just had Jeremy out to my house to clean three carpeted rooms and the tile of one bathroom. He was on time, very thorough, helpful, kind - all the things you want when having someone do work in your home! Will definitely have Peace Frog back again!

Loved my experience with Peace Frog! The customer service is excellent. Cat returned my calls quickly to answer my questions and book (and then change) an appointment. John G. did a fantastic job when he arrived. He was efficient and really worked to get out the hard stains (he also gave me some great tips on how handle fleas). I know they are more expensive but worth it!

Everyone was friendly from start to finish. I have used Peace Frog twice in the last couple months. In June I had my carpets cleaned, John showed up as expected and did a great job! He let me know how long it was going to take and my carpet looks great. Yesterday, I had Peace Frog come back to clean my tile areas and seal my grout. James and his assistant were equally as pleasant and efficient. My tile and grout look like new! Soooo pleased!

My technician, Jason, was excellent and very hard working. The quality of work he performed far surpassed any other carpet cleaning company I've ever used in the past!

They are not the least expensive in town, but I was not looking for cheap.
