I have been using Dust it Off for over a year. They send in a team ( mostly the same people since I started). They are on time, thorough, professional and always leave the towels, toilet paper and Kleenex in a cute special gold design. They work with me when I need to change schedules, and don’t charge you if you let them know you’re not going to be in town during your regular cleaning day. It is very easy to get in touch with the owner if necessary I highly recommend them.

I’ve used Dust It Off Cleaning on and off for a couple of years (team two!), and they always leave my home sparkling clean. I’ve booked both regular and move-out cleanings, and they’ve done a phenomenal job every time. Now that we’ve bought our first home, I’m planning to sign up for their recurring service as it’s such a great value. The booking process is simple, pricing is fair, and communication is excellent. Outstanding Deep Cleaning Service!!! Highly Recommend! We had a phenomenal experience with Dust It Off Cleaning! They came to our house and did an incredibly thorough deep cleaning that went above and beyond our expectations. I’ve never been so impressed with a cleaning service. I’ve used regular cleaning services in both California and here in Texas, and Dust It Off is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Their attention to detail and professionalism really set them apart. We were so impressed that we’ve decided to use them weekly going forward. I’m so glad I found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality cleaning services!

I scheduled a cleaning 3 weeks in advance. When i called to see if they were running late they told me they had no information about an appointment. Also they informed me because they did a poor job cleaning my house the first time and had to refund my money they would not come back to clean again. I was giving this company a second chance because of how they handled my first experience. But after today i understand the lack of communication and organization is a bigger issue than this company can handle. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I called 30 minutes after our appointment was schedule to check on the cleaning crew (assuming it was traffic) and they said we weren't on the schedule. We had scheduled 3 weeks prior. Though they did get somebody out in the afternoon and apologize for the inconvenience, once the job was done, it was definitely NOT worth $225 for the deep clean. We would have done a better job ourselves. Our beds weren't made, the floors still needed vacuuming, parts of the home that should have been dusted weren't, the cleaning water was dumped in the front bushes on our plants, and our front porch wasn't swept (which is part of the deep clean service according to the website.) It was a huge disappointment to us especially considering the fact that we got a deep clean specifically so that we would not need to do our own deep clean 38 weeks pregnant and so we could have peace of mind that we will have a clean home for when our baby arrives. Needless to say, we won't be using this service again.

Please DO NOT use this company (Maidtopia Cleaning Services), they are a scam. I recently hired this company to perform a deep house cleaning in Del Valle, TX. First, they sent someone who does not speak English, and they did a terrible job in my house. Cleaning was not done properly, she left without mapping the floor. I called the company and they have the worse customer service I ever experienced in my life. First, they did not response to the multiple phone calls from 11 AM – 5 pm on a Friday. They however, keep responding to my emails claiming they were in meeting/training for the rest of the day. When I voiced my concerns, they claimed that no one is available to come finish the work. I was going out of town that Saturday and won’t be back until Wednesday of next week after 6 pm. They stated that they can come redo it only on Wednesday when I already told them I am out of town. I proposed Friday since I am off on Friday’s , but they said that’s too long for them to come clean. After, multiple communications, they requested picture of my when I am already out of the house. Long story short, please stay away from Maidtopia Cleaning Services.
They are one of the scams in the City of Austin! Take the time up front to hire a more professional team....it will be worth it in the end.

I have been using Maidtopia for about 2 years now and I have never been disappointed! With 2 little ones my floors can get sticky and nasty! The girls at Maidtopia are awesome and my floors are like new after every cleaning!!! I love maidtopia and highly recommend!

I cant say enough about Maidtopia!! I searched and tried many different cleaning services for over 6 months and none come close to the level of detail that you get from them. I have been with them for over a year now and will continue my service with out a doubt! I highly recommend the bi-weekly cleanings. :)

One of my favorite things to do for my clients is give them the gift of a clean home. Coming home to a clean house after closing or not having to deal with cleaning the house after you sell makes the process a lot less stressful. Maidtopia is the only service I use for the job. They are responsive and do great work. Prices are very reasonable too. My clients are always very happy.

We have used Maidtopia multiple times over the last 2 years and will continue to use them as long as we live in the Austin area. The main thing is that cleaning is up to par, if not more than what I expect (I spot check every time!) and the customer service is always on point. We like the specialized 3-hour cleanings because I can just check off the things that I haven't been able to get to on their pre-made list and the housecleaner gets it done. They are on time, if not early. Prices are reasonable and they will use their own products or yours if you'd like. We appreciate the flexibility that comes with such a tightly scheduled business. Thank you, Maidtopia, for making pregnancy and home-selling with little children in tow not seem so daunting!

Maidtopia Cleaning Services has been our go-to housekeeping maid service for years. We value the timeliness and thorough nature of the service and our cleaners have always done a great job. With both cats and dogs, it’s important that a cleaning service is pet-friendly. That has always been the case with Maidtopia and they also use pet-friendly products! We’re so glad this company has been there for us for years and recommend them highly.

Maidtopia has taken care of our house cleaning needs for a while now and even cleaned our apartment while we waited for our new house to be built. We love the biweekly service! The main office has great communication and the cleaners are very detail-oriented. Customer satisfaction is a primary concern and the team does a great job. They are trustworthy and pet friendly also...very important to us!

We have not been happy with Maidtopia. In 7 months we were with them, there were a few items treated roughly (shelves knocked off wall; air conditioner vent knocked out of window; wall hangings accidentally knocked off multiple times); the cleaner was regularly late with a different excuse most visits (flat tire, traffic, behind a funeral procession, stuck in mud, held up by train, alarm didn’t go off, car trouble, road shut down, had to stop for cleaning supplies — these are literal excuses documented via texts); and cleaner often did not stay for three hours during purchased three hour cleanings (usually staying 1.5-2 hours, until I questioned what was happening). Cleaner did a lot of work overall and was very helpful getting our initially messy house cleaned up, so we stuck through some issues. The final straw for us was the cleaner not following instructions (cleaned a room clearly marked “do not clean” that has always been “off limits” for cleaning due to the room housing incredibly breakable/sentimental items). I recently lost my father, and her randomly dusting/cleaning/arranging things I had kept that were on his person at his death was heartbreaking. I would’ve put those things away if I had chosen to let her clean the office! It was overall way more work than it should have been to monitor and correct concerns. My recommendation is that it will be much easier to choose a different housekeeping service and hopefully avoid so many issues.
