Our couch looks and feels so much cleaner and our technician Ryan was great. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job on our couch. Leading up to the appointment, the overall customer service was great too. Responsive to emails, fair pricing with explanation of cost, great follow up and communication. I was very impressed with Peace Frog. We got an appointment the next day and the service was excellent! We had our rugs cleaned and the guy also cleaned the tile and grout in our front entry for free. The rugs look great, but I was more amazed by how clean and bright the tile and grout looks now. I appreciate that they use all natural ingredients since I have small children. It also makes me realize how dirty our floors have become. We will definitely be calling again in the near future.

Overall, they did a good job cleaning and were professional. However, they quoted cleaning the entire first floor (600 sq ft) but never moved the 10x12 rug and asked why I was paying for that service area if they weren’t cleaning it. The tech said, good question and he’d ask the office and get back to me but never heard anything back when they came out the third time (purchased a package) I asked again and didn’t get a response.

Josh did a great job cleaning our carpets. We've got two cats who like to make messes from time to time so we need regular cleanings. I've used Peace Frog twice and will likely keep doing so. Thanks Josh!

Danny was my service person today and provided Excellent service. He arrived promptly which was before his scheduled 📅 time (my view, of you're on time you're late). He ensured that the order was correct. He was transparent about trouble areas and ensured a proper walk thru upon completion. Thank you Danny. I look forward to you returning again .

I had my second excellent experience with Peace Frog today. Scheduling with them was very easy & efficient and Ashley was very pleasant. She gave well detailed explanations of my options and other services they offer in addition to my carpet cleaning. My technician was Guy. He was on time and very friendly. My dog loved him, so that's a good sign too! He took great care with making sure cords and hoses did not scratch anything, and the carpets look great. He too was sure to mention the other services Peace Frog offers including power washing. They don't use any harsh chemicals or strong fragrances- just clean carpets with no residue. I definitely recommend this company.

So pleased with the carpet cleaning Peace Frog did today! Our liv. room rug almost shines and looks new again. A shout out to Ryan who was efficient and very friendly. We'll definitely call them again for future jobs.

Peace Frog cleaning has been my go to for professional carpet & upholstery cleaning needs for a few years. They never disappoint. Just had service this week, the tech Jeremy was amazing. During the cleaning the Tech advised me that we had a little accident. No worries, I appreciated the honesty. After he left, I noticed I had one other item that we had not realized was part of the incident. If
the item was low dollar I would have just moved on. I immediately reported the loss to their office. Within 45min of my report, the amazing front office & management had secured the facts of the incident and resolved the issue with a replacement order from the vendor of my damaged item. I am very appreciative of small business who appreciates the vale of customers. The service was great as usual and their resolution tactics was nothing less than exceptional.

We’ve used them in the past for carpets and were super happy with them. This time, we used them to clean patio furniture upholstery. It was super easy to schedule an appointment. They are so nice!

Ryan and Anthony were our technicians. We were texted a picture of the technician (safety!) prior to the visit. I loved that. Ryan and Anthony were punctual, and did an excellent job cleaning the upholstery. We are very happy. Would use them again (…and again, and again).

Peace Frog was awesome. They showed up right on time and manged their way around a home staging, as I was about to list my home. They cleaned carpets, upholstery and area rugs, as well as tile floors and baseboards. The upholstery was a white couch. It was super dingy and now looks almost new. The carpets and rug look great and I frankly couldn't believe how dirty the tile must have been because it's "hurt your eyes" shiny, now. I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Peace Frog cleaned an old, dirty carpet for me today and also cleaned and sealed tile. Noel did a great job. The carpet looks new, and the grout looks like it did when I moved in 20 years ago. He was friendly and easy to work with. Punctual and efficient. I will be using this company in the future.

Where do I begin? Probably that I have three cats, including a white short hair that sheds like 1000 dogs and a dark blue velvety sofa.

That’s sofa has the perfect spot to curl up and watch birds out the window. For the cats, not me. As for me, I would like to say that I never sat on that sofa after a sweaty Austin day, but this would not be true. Rather than offend you with the crabby details, I’m just going to say that this couch was used a lot. It was time for it to be cleaned. It was past time for it to be cleaned.

So I started looking around and I got multiple quotes. Peace Frog had the best quote, the best communication, and the best reviews. I am SO GLAD I picked them. It’s like a brand new sofa!

Evan, who did the cleaning, has dogs and understood that when we talk about our fur babies, we are actually talking about our FUR babies. He did an amazing job and worked really hard. I had particularly hard to clean back cushions and he just dug in and cleaned them up. He worked as hard on my sofa as if it was his.

The next time I need upholstery or carpets cleaned, there is no question but that I will go with Peace Frog.

I had ~500 SQFT of Tile n' Grout cleaning and grout sealing done. An amazing job like night and day. 20-year old house and it brightened up my floors and house where friends noticed the floors were different. Well worth the expense.

Thanks again to the Peace Frog Gang for coming out to clean our carpets. The process was great from booking the appointment with Guy to the cleaning that Jason did. The hard work he put in really brought the carpets back to life. The customer service, professionalism, and cleaning results is why our family will be a customer for life of this company.

Peace Frog and their technician Ryan are really something special. I never imagined I’d be a raving fan of a cleaning company, but here I am.

I’m in the real estate business and have sold hundreds of homes. Most of the cleaning companies I’ve dealt with have been a necessary evil with the chemicals they dump into your house. In the past I’d have to vacate the house until it dried because of the fumes, but not today. Not only that, but our carpet today was so dirty I thought we might have to replace it. Nope, it’s now clean as a whistle.

Ryan is warm, friendly, and went out of his way to satisfy all of my curiosity and questions. He even texted me an exact arrival time when he was on his way with a quick bio.. As a first time customer gift he left me with a coffee mug ☕️ Nice touches.

Justin came out today and cleaned our office for us, he cleaned all of our rugs and did it once over on the tile for us like we had asked him for.
