We had some stubborn stains in our lighter carpet that didn’t seem to come out the first time. After speaking with Trevor, he came out without hesitation and reassessed and was able to get the stains out. Customer service from him was 10/10. I’m embarrassed of the before photo of the ottoman however after getting our cream colored couch, chair and ottoman cleaned, I felt like I got new furniture!! Will 100% use Coconut Cleaning again.

Trevor did such an awesome job! He was professional, friendly and very detailed in his process while still being efficient. I really appreciated that he showed me as he was cleaning our rug and sofa what a difference it was making in real time. We have a large black lab, and despite my best efforts these two pieces take a beating. I wish I would have taken a before picture because even my husband was shocked they looked like new again! I met the team at the Home & Garden show in early January. My appointment was today, and Tanner and Graham did an outstanding job cleaning my floors. I had extremely dirty high traffic areas from people and dogs. I will definitely call them again when I need my tile floors cleaned!

I received pricing and booked my services over text with Destiny, she was so responsive and such a pleasure to chat with and made my life very easy. They worked me in very quickly, and Brandon came out to clean my rug. He was so friendly, professional, and very buttoned up, I am so impressed! He also informed me of other services which are incredibly reasonably priced, and I will absolutely be calling coconut cleaning again! I cannot recommend them enough… I will have them back to clean my tile grout soon! My rug looks and smells FANTASTIC and I’m so pleased!
