I lived in Round Rock for years (until 2019) and Penny’s Personal Touch was VITAL in helping me maintain my sanity by keeping my home in tip top shape. I always knew my house was in incredibly good hands and never ever worried that it would be done in a shoddy manner. Penny and her crew of housekeepers do amazing job. Your house will smell good and more importantly it will be CLEAN when they finish. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. I just wish they were in San Antonio—where I live now!

Because of the great reviews, I really wanted to choose this company for my move-in cleaning. Their first response was address, how many bdrms, sqft. so unprofessional. Then I sent my informations and no respond! the next day I asked for quote update and no response. I guess they dont want my money.
