I had to get my home ready for sale and was able to contact Penny, where she examined my home and provided me with a great estimate. Her ladies arrived at the time she stated and provided my home a cleaning it so righteously deserved. The home smelled excellent and the floors sparkled. I actually could see the anti-slip ridges in the bathtubs were the same color as the tub itself. Excellent job.

Penny and her ladies have been cleaning my home weekly for a few years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they’re pay particular attention to sanitation & safety. Masks are worn to protect me & them. I receive all the attention to detail & consistency Penny’s known for with added peace of mind that Penny takes Covid seriously. I can’t think of another service I would consider allowing in my home weekly. Penny’s Personal Touch is absolutely wonderful.

We have been using Penny's Persona Touch Cleaning for about 3 months now since we have moved to Austin! They have been wonderful to work with and are amendable to special tasks on occasion and timely and leave the house smelling so wonderfully clean and fresh. Having pets and children we appreciate the non-toxic use of products and "clean" methods of care! We highly recommend!

Their drivers aggressively drive in traffic. They need devices on their cars to help. This person cut me off to get around another vehicle in the lane they were in. If they had a bigger car, it would've been an accident. I have a photo of the car and driver, but out of respect I won't share that. Unless the company wants to see.

Penny’s Personal Touch has definitely been a positive experience in my household over the years. The team is respectful, thorough and pleasant to work with. I had a super fast sale of my house and just as fast buy on the house of my dreams. It never happens this way but i had to have my entire house cleaned professionally once i moved out the day before we closed on both houses. Penny's personal touch cleaning services not only worked me in they did an magnificent job. Not only I thought so, but my realtor AND the buyers agent as well. Everyone commented on how impressed they were. I had been in my home for 7 years, 3 kids and a dog. It was a mess and Penny personally cleaned it all up. She was awesome. Thanks a million Penny!

Penny and team have cleaned for me for 14 years! I love doing home on days they have cleaned. Floors are spotless, beds are made, sheets folded up perfectly, dishes put away, not a speck of dust in sight, fridge is organized and clean, and bathrooms are glowing. I was once home when they arrived and as I worked to get out of the home I heard Penny coaching a new employee how to make the perfect vacuum lines on the rug. Talk about attention to detail!! My husband and I work full time and have two wonderful children we prefer to spend our time with over cleaning. And that's why I'm thankful for PPT! Not to mention our 3rd "child" (dog) gets extra TLC on cleaning days also! I highly recommend Penny for her attention to detail and level of service. Thanks for everything, Penny!!!

We LOVE Penny and her team!!! I wouldn't go with anyone else. Penny and her team have always been accommodating and helpful with our crazy schedule and our family needs. We have 3 kiddos and her crew have always been their to the rescue. I also appreciate how Penny checks in with us every once in while to make sure we are working together and each of us are meeting the needs and expectations of our cleaning services. 2) Penny is detail oriented and trains her staff to be as well.
3) My home smells GREAT when I get home!
4) Penny is a great communicator. If you have any issues or if your needs change, you feel completely free to communicate it with her. She always makes any necessary changes immediately.
5) Penny's teams speak English. This has been an issue for me in the past with other services when I needed to communicate with the cleaners about the home.
6) They have been very patient and accommodating to me and my ever changing schedule.
7) They really have made me feel like they are here to make life easier for me. Ex) I had a really hard time getting the sheets together for the beds. They asked me what they could do to help. They started getting the sheets organized so that it would be easier for me to prep them for the following week.
8) They are reasonably priced!
9) Penny and her team are so nice and personable. It is a pleasure to work with them.
10) Penny's crew uses safe cleaning products. This makes me feel better considering most cleaning products have a TON of yucky chemicals in them.

I can't say enough great things about Penny's Personal Touch- they show up on time and you can always tell when they have been there, as everything is spotless and it smells divine. On top of that, I love the "Personal Touch", Penny and her crew are quick to do anything you need from dropping and picking up dry cleaning to getting your pup groomed. She understands busy lives of her clients and is willing to do what she can to help out. I also find that their rates are extremely competitive. What a fabulous concept!!! She ensures that every service is to the highest standard. She takes care of laundry, if there is any, and cleaned and organized our pantry during one of our last services. This is what a truly expert cleaning service looks like. Very impressed. Great communication, especially if there are any scheduling conflicts, always resolved. They even have an instagram page where they show the tricks of the trade used to ensure there's no damage to any sensitive surfaces etc. I have a lot of respect for a company that is outstanding at what they do, and I always look forward to Penny's visits because I know how amazing my home feels afterwards. Highly recommend
