We have a rental that needed a pre-move in cleaning. It was very easy to schedule and the communication was great. The price was reasonable even with add ons of the inside of the oven and refrigerator. It saved me a lot of time!

They did a move out clean for me and it was beautiful!

The team at Austin Cleaning group have been wonderful. While they rotate who comes to each cleaning, the different team member have taken great care in cleaning my home. Daniel works efficiently on scheduling and communicating with me. I feel like I am in good hands.

We booked a deluxe house cleaning before our family arrived for Thanksgiving one week out so kind of short notice to be cleaned on a Sunday and we were able to get an appointment! The original team has a family emergency and cancelled however Yazmin was able to get another team together quickly and still get out house cleaned on the same day! Communication was quick and professional! The ladies, Maria and Gretel, who cleaned our house did a fantastic job! We will definitely book them again in the future! Highly recommend!

I found Austin Cleaning Group after another local cleaning company no showed for their appointment. I was able to book quickly and was pleased with the fast communication. We arranged for our cleaning while we were out of town and left a lock box. There were no issues with that at all. We got a text when they started and finished, but the best part was coming home to a ✨sparkling✨ apartment. Wish I would have found them sooner! We will definitely be booking again.

We continued to have our home cleaned monthly and are happy with the results. We just used a different service they offer: Windows. The man who came out did a good job and did it quickly for a reasonable price.

We are an older couple who live by ourselves and find it fairly easy to maintain order and cleanliness in our home on a day-to-day basis. However, after living here for 3 years, it definitely needed detailing, so we called Austin Cleaning Group (choosing local!) and asked for a deep clean. Fortunately for us, they had a Valentine’s sale going on so we got a discounted rate. It waited 24 hours to write this review so that I could fully understand what work they had done. I am pleased to report that they did everything as promised and then some. Now that everything is 100% clean, we will continue to maintain it and are signing up for a monthly standard cleaning with a deep cleaning every 3 or 4 months. For regular customers, they charge less, so we feel like we are getting value for money.

The standard price for a 1/1 doesn’t include the bathroom. That’s an extra charge. Other than that, great job.

This is the first time I used them for cleaning. The cleaning lady was good, did a great job. I will definitely use their service again.

These folks nailed it on the first try, and I’ll be sticking with them for the foreseeable future. Didn’t have to say a word — they just got it right. Great work!

Found this company online for deep cleaning, they have great deals/sales so be sure to check out their website. The coming crew was down in about 2.5 hours for 1 story 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. They did a great job. Highly recommend!

Came an hour late with no notice. I paid for the deluxe cleaning which included baseboard and cabinet wipe down, it was not done at all.

They did offer to return another date to finish, which I accepted. It was pretty disruptive and annoying to have them come back.

The cleaning was otherwise acceptable but the group is disorganized and unprofessional.

Absolutely outstanding service! The team was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. My home has never looked better. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-quality cleaning! They cleaned in places I forgot existed. LOL
