I did move in move out cleaning and carpet shampoo service with them and they were very good. They cleaned all the small corners of the house and the work was done very professionally without disturbing much of the items in the house. Carpet shampoo was also quick amd neat. I highly recommemd them for cleaning services.

We were in desperate need of a deep clean. With two dogs and then a part-time house guest with their own dog, the house just felt like it was in shambles.

We are so incredibly thankful for the deep clean we received. Our house, even after 5 years of living in it with dogs, finally feels clean.

Our baseboards are immaculate, ceiling fans are dust free and all of our window blinds finally got cleaned the way I’m sure they need to be much more regularly.

We paid for all of the upgrades, including a fridge and oven cleaning and these were well worth the extra charge. Our oven and fridge both look immaculate.

After today’s deep clean, I feel like I can manage the upkeep more regularly but I also will not hesitate to call on this team again to support the maintenance of our home.

I purchased the deluxe cleaning package on a promotional discount, and I’m glad I did. I don’t see the difference from a deluxe and a standard, but for what they did, I am grateful. I believe this package was supposed to come with dishwashing services, which ended up them taking the dishes out of one side of the sink, rinsing with water, and placing them in a pile in the other sink, some clean, most still dirty. They also left dirty dishes on my stove in a pile. So maybe I misunderstood or didn’t prepare the space adequately, but that seemed like a miss. I am thankful they washed the walls, windows, baseboards, etc, so that was worth the extra money but then disappointed to see cobwebs still in corners or at the top of the ceiling fans. My husband did move furniture and rugs so they could get behind and underneath, and they did. The bedroom was made up nicely, and they dusted thoroughly. The floors also look great, no complaints. I didn’t find the cleaners to be very friendly. Perhaps they thought we didn’t speak Spanish, as they only communicated with each other in Spanish, but we are bilingual so at least an attempt to respond to me would have made me feel better. But all in all, I will consider booking again with more instructions given. It was a great price, and they were quick.

We have been using Austin Cleaning group for 2 years, across 7 rental properties as well as our own residence. They communicate quickly and clearly, and send lots of reminders before their visit. They text you if they have questions mid-job. They are flexible on rescheduling and if anything didn’t meet expectations, they do their best to offer re-cleans when reasonable. The fees are competitive and fairly priced

The girls were efficient and fast .
They moved items to clean under and straightened pillows and neatly arranged items.
I request the same girls as they are aware of my pet peeves .

Price is attractive, communication is clear and effective. Team arrived on site on time and completed whole house cleaning within planned timeframe. A followup walkthrough found zero issues. Very happy with their service.

I requested a cleaning before moving in while the house was completely empty, so it should have been a straightforward job mainly vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the bathrooms. Unfortunately, the toilet was not cleaned properly, especially the handle area, which is something I noticed right away.

To their credit, the cleaner did message me afterward and offered to come back and fix it, which I appreciate. However, I had to leave for work and didn’t have time to coordinate that.

They also arrived about 13–15 minutes late, which may seem small, but punctuality is important to me, especially when coordinating move-in logistics.

Overall, I appreciate their willingness to make it right, but the initial attention to detail and timing could have been better.

I used Austin Cleaning Group today to have them do a move out clean for my house. Not only are they very easy to schedule with and great communicators, but they did a phenomenal job on cleaning the house. Cannot recommend them enough! I was very pleased with how the house looked when they were done with it. I will definitely be using them at least once a month for a regular clean in my new apartment!

The Austin Cleaning Group is incredibly professional and reliable. I was in a tough spot when another cleaning service canceled last minute, and they graciously stepped in to help. Despite it being a Sunday, they made time to clean my apartment—and they did an outstanding job!

The attention to detail was amazing, and the place was spotless by the time they finished. I’ve attached pictures so you can see the quality of their work for yourself. Truly grateful for their responsiveness and the level of care they put into the job. Would absolutely use them again!

Malena and her team come 2x a month to clean our home. I love cleaning days! They are in and out in about an hour. So glad to have Castle Cleaning do their magic!

Outstanding service. I just requested a standard cleaning service and it was more like a spring cleaning. They cleaned blinds, nooks and crannies and made my home look so polished. I will definitely use them again.

No show, no call. Had to do move-out clean myself. As a person with disabilities this service was a godsend to use before and I counted on them this time. As a repeat customer I was taken aback to not even receive a call that they wouldn’t be coming. I needed it cleaned on time and this company failed me. I had hoped to use them for my new place but how wrong I was.
