We've been using Castle Cleaning for a year on our kid's home as they have a young baby. The kids have been so pleased with the promptness and clean smell every time it's Castle Day!

I love Castle Cleaning because they are every thorough. Additionally, I appreciate the company has 3 person teams that move quickly. Because I work from home, I need them in and out quickly. I would highly recommend!!

The service didn't start out well with them not showing up. I waited an hour and then called and found out there was a mistake and they didn't have me on the schedule that was originally confirmed. They sent a crew out right away, which was good and I appreciated. They came for a first-time deep cleaning, however, multiple restroom floors weren't swept or mopped, blinds weren't dusted, a couple of rooms weren't dusted, sheets weren't put on one of the beds, etc. The attention to detail and deep cleaning did not happen as I expected. I took pictures/videos and talked with the owner, he was apologetic and sent the same crew the next morning to "redo" or actually clean what was supposed to be done the first time. Again, bathrooms were still dirty/dusty after second cleaning so I pointed it out and they vacuumed the bathrooms, but didn't mop and some blinds still weren't dusted. I expected the "deep clean" service that was described to me by the owner over the phone and unfortunately, I don't feel like that was the service we received.

We are a large construction company in Austin, TX. We encountered a cleaning emergency and our normal cleaning crew was unavailable, so we called Castle Cleaning. Their office answered right away, and informed us they can provide same day service that was prompt and thorough. Before, we had no relation to Castle Cleaning but we will be recommending them and using their services as needed.

Called Stuart and he was very helpful. We needed needed cleaning without harsh chemicals. No problem... wife and mother in law were both impressed with job. Mother in law mentioned that they cleaned base boards and dining room chairs. Money well spent!

I used Castle Cleaning recently for a general deep cleaning of my home. I appreciated that they had a four person crew that was very quick and the crew leader was communicative and professional.

I will certainly use Castle Cleaning in the future and will recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

I contacted Stu (owner) and requested a move in ready, deep cleaning of my new home that had been under construction for months. I was told the crew would be at my house for approximately 3 hours, and the house would be cleaned from top to bottom, ceiling fans, light figures, all surfaces, windows, doors etc. and would be ready for me to move in.

I moved into my home to find out the crew was at my house for a total of 94 minutes. Ceiling fans, light fixtures and floors were still dirty. I sent pictures to Stu of just some of the things the crew missed.

I spoke with Stu the day afterwards and we came to an understanding that he would send another crew out 10 days later (after I'd unpacked everything) to do a full deep cleaning, and he'd agreed to not charge me for the 94 minutes as I told him I had hoped to engage the services of his company for regular weekly cleaning.

Imagine my surprise when I received an invoice requesting payment for the incomplete job. I emailed back that I would not be paying it, as we had discussed having a crew coming back to do the job properly in 10 days.

Last night at 12:46am I received an email from Stu, completely contradicting the agreement we had made.

I do not do business with people that are duplicitous. Buyer beware.

Stuart and his crew @ Castle Cleaning are top notch! The crew showed up on time, did exactly what we asked of them, and left our home cleaner than it been in a long while, all at a great price! I would highly recommend them for any cleaning job - residential or commercial!

I would never hire them again. I was assured they would do well cleaning my house after a remodeling job, but I had to instruct them on almost everything. The final straw - my wood floors were very dusty like they are after you have replaced tile, and instead of sweeping and then dust mopping, they did not sweep but just wet mopped the dust floors. They were sweet workers, but not adequately supervised, and I didn’t have time to do it. Thankfully I had two teams at the house that day and the other team went back over everything. It was a waste of money. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I have been using Castle Cleaning to clean my office for over a year. They come every two weeks and do a great job. My customers always say how nice my office looks and smells! I also use them to clean my house every few months as well. They do a very good job on the house as well. I only wish I could have them out to the house every two weeks!

Stuart was super helpful and quick to reply to several questions we had. Their 3 person team showed up on time and did an outstanding "floor to ceiling" cleaning of our 3,900 sq ft home. Also came in BELOW estimate - we were so impressed we signed up for monthly cleaning with the same 3 person team! Well done Castle Cleaning!

We used castle cleaning after construction repairs to our condo in Austin. The team worked meticulously to wipe down and mop up everything repeatedly until it was clean. This deep clean was very much appreciated - we would recommend and use their services again.

I was charged over $500 for a make ready for sale (no furniture and freshly painted the week before - full interior including inside cabinets and drawers) on a 2600 square ft home. There still were paint spots on kitchen stone countertops and bath counter tops and bathtub. Paint caked in half bath vanity drain. I paid by the hour - there was a small "throw away" table the painter had used and it was caked in paint. They did not ask me if I wanted this table cleaned - they just did it while they left paint on countertops - bad use time I was paying them. Still stain in one toilet after they bragged on how they could get everything cleaned. Scrape marks in vanity drain where someone had scraped with screwdriver and still did not get it clean.
My realtor recommended them!! With fresh paint and no furniture, it took same time as non-painted house and furniture -- i feel I got ripped off. Beware!

If you are looking for a thorough cleaning, you will not be disappointed. Call castle cleaning! They bill by the hour and they are QUICK but CLEAN. Three person crews. The crew lead speaks English, and they communicate with you exceptionally well.

I contacted Castle Cleaning to come out to our home to clean after we did some remodeling in our master bathroom. Castle sent out a 4-person crew that did a great job cleaning the house from top to bottom to make sure all the dust and grime was gone. They even recommended that we change out our air filters the next day to ensure our house was fresh, and we saw a big difference in the air quality after doing that. I highly recommend Castle Cleaning for anyone who needs house cleaning services. They're excellent!

I have used Castle cleaning for years, for anything from a regular cleaning to a deep cleaning to a move out clean and everything in between. It doesn't matter what type of cleaning I need done Castle always comes through. They were even at a clients home this morning as we finished the tile late last night & the whole home had a haze of dust everywhere. Castle executed a beautifully clean home for my clients to come home to even with multiple last minute schedule changes to make me look like a rock star. A team of 3 people came to do a move-out clean. Elena and her crew did a great job. They cleaned a 2000sf house in 2.5 hours. I appreciated their efficiency. Stuart made scheduling effortless. He provided an affordable estimate and clearly communicated what their service included.

Do not hire. Castle Cleaning caused several hundred dollars in water damage and Stuart Osantwoski refuses to take any responsibility.

You are taking a risk with no possible benefit, since they charge the same as every other cleaner around town.
