Cullen with American Spa and Pool did a great job on my pool repairs. He gave me plenty of notice before he arrived and was very courteous.

Our experience has been negative with ASAP from the beginning. also its definitely your company Mrs Long. We are not mistaken. The cleaning was average. Their attitude extremely arrogant every time you would bring up that something is not right. The company is alway RIGHT for them and dont take the time to actually come and see for themselves. We kept them for a while because it takes time to switch so we put up with their BS. at the end worse things in the world. right. Then they dropped us like a dead fly during our renovation though we told them month in advance we need to stop for a few months during our renovation.when it was time to renew service, they told us that they would not come back! I guess a blessing in disguise. So no loyalty to their customer. Stay away.

They sent a rep out promptly on the first call. They found an issue, but not the issue we reported. We had to have them come out again and repair the originally reported problem, which they did. But I wasn’t satisfied that I had to pay for two service calls, so they agreed to split the cost. That was very fair, and a positive customer experience for us. I recommend American Pool & Spa to others!

ASAP is a rarity in pool servicing here in Austin. I can't tell you how many companies we have called to work on or repair our pool in the past 14 years. None of them have been very motivated, and many don't even return calls. It has been so frustrating! We had one company replace our filtering system. Once the equipment was installed and they received payment...they wouldn't return calls. American Spa & Pool has been super quick with estimates, very fast at getting us on their schedule, and amazingly responsive to text messages and calls we have made. We had a tiny issue after a power outage this past weekend, and they had a tech out first thing Monday morning to make a quick adjustment to our new panel. We have used them to install a new heating system and updated panel, and their team has been amazing on both repairs. Jordan is the most positive and upbeat technicians we have ever worked with. Thank you for being honest, hard-working and responsive!!

Cullen has been a great help for us w his knowledge of our Pentair system & overall pool maintenance. He & A.S.A.P. have been great to work with.

American Spa & Pool was able to get to my house for repairs one day after contacted. Fast service and friendly service.

Dale and Jordan have been doing our repairs since the beginning over two years ago. ALWAYS professional. ALWAYS willing to answer any questions. Customer service like we all want but find so hard to get. Keep it up!! Appreciate yall...

Very pleased with the service from American Spa and Pool. Dale, the service technician, was very professional and knowledgeable of the problem that needed to be fixed. He quickly fixed the problem and explained to me the work that was done. I would recommend Dale and American Spa and Pool for any pool repair work.

Great service all around. Always makes the pool like it’s brand new. If I ever have any issues, they are quick to address and provide a fix. Seth is one of the best! Def, ask for him! A+ all around.

Dale was fantastic. He quickly figured out and resolved the issue with our circuit breaker/heater. In addition to incredible service, Dale was incredibly personable. I give Dale my highest recommendation.

Had quite a bit of work done from these people over the years. Very fairly priced. Dale came over at 7:30 this morning which is my preference. Can’t promise you’ll get that lucky. Cleaned everything and took before and after pictures which is helpful.

Great customer service and quick to get a tech out here. Dale came out, quickly figured out the problem and got my Prowler pool cleaner working again. Highly recommend.

We have used A.S.A.P for over 5 years and we couldn't be happier. Adam, our current tech, ALWAYS does a stellar job and always checks in if anything looks off. We had an issue with severe algae growth a while back, and A.S.A.P. can out that day and addressed the issue. I have high expectations and I'm very picky about who I let service my home... A.S.A.P. is that perfect blend of corporate dependability and local small business. A.S.A.P. for the W!

Dale was the best! He came over and did maintenance on our pool cleaner. Dale was knowledgeable in giving me tips on how to better take care of our pool cleaner. He was professional and got right to work!

We have used American Pool and Spa for pool repairs a couple of times. They are quick to respond and have someone out to access the problem. The repairmen have been straightforward and the work is done with accuracy and care.

We had an issue with our pentair heater. Pentair setup to have A.S.A.P. investigate the issue. Dale came out, quickly diagnosed the ignition error and replaced the faulty igniter. Our spa/pool is back in action. I also want to thank Zoe for working with us and giving excellent customer service. We will use A.S.A.P. for any issue in the future.

I had a great experience with Dale, the service technician from American Spa and Pool. He arrived promptly and took the time to listen carefully to my explanation and the troubleshooting steps I had already taken. After a thorough assessment, he diagnosed the pump circuit board as the issue. He confirmed that the part was still under warranty and had it right there on his truck, ready to go. Throughout the service, Dale answered all my questions with a friendly and professional attitude. I was very impressed with his expertise and the level of service provided. Thanks to his exceptional service, I will definitely consider using other services offered by ASAP in the future.

Dale took care of a problem with the salt cell on my pool when other companies were not able to. Thank you so much! He came out here fast and had me up and running quickly. I would definitely use American Spa and Pool again.

Bryan who is the technician for my house is amazing. He is on time, cleans my pool, he is very professional and when asking some feedback on questions I might have, he'll give you a professional suggestion or explanation. Very happy with the work he does and I highly recommend this company and Bryan!

Seth has been excellent. He is attentive and has always kept my pool in top condition! You would be lucky to have him maintaining your pool
