The team at Spaulding was professional and kept us informed throughout the process. We needed assistance with an issue and being out of state was a big concern for us, however they handled all of our problems! I would recommend their services.

The estimate was reasonable and competitive. The crew arrived 5 minutes early and were professional in appearance and demeanor. They worked at a very fast pace for the entire time they were there. I hired Spaulding Decon to help an elderly lady whose house got out of hand due to hoarding and became rat infested. The team assigned to the project was awesome( and went above and beyond what was expected. . They pass no judgement; ( just show kindness and compassion. I highly recommend this company for any and all services they provide.

Ms Rhone McCall and her wonderful team, lead by project manager, Davi Santana were simply angels. My brother who was a hoarder passed away in his apartment. A "senior" service company recommended Spaulding Decon as I discovered very few companies do this sort of thing. Rhone immediately took charge to start the decontamination part. After I arrived in Austin we began the cleaning out and looking for any information my brother had, car keys, bank accounts, bills, tax info, valuables, important papers, etc. It was a very difficult and dirty business, but they managed to do it with professionalism and compassion. Rhone and Davi helped me dispose of things of value, stored a car, searched for a mystery storage unit and numerous other things I had no idea about. I simply could not have done this sad and grim task without their help. I cannot recommend them enough.

A big thank you to Rhone and her team for responding for help to decontaminate a home due to Covid-19. I had called another well known company that often advertises on TV and they wanted me to sign a contract with a blank check. When I called Spaulding Decon, Rhone gave me a quote over the phone that was half the cost of the other company and got out there the same day. Highly recommended.

Spaulding Saved My Thanksgiving Dinner

I rented a home in Austin for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving Weekend together. You can imagine my horror when looked inside the oven to find that it was absolutely filthy...as was the stove top.

The person from whom I rented the home said her cleaning crew was out of town (from the looks of it, I’d say they’d been out of town for quite some time) and she was unable to clean it herself because of a family medical situation. Further, instead of finding another solution, she offered to refund my money because I was being so ‘picky.’ Where did she think I would find alternative accommodations for my family the Wednesday afternoon before Thanksgiving?

Thankfully, however, Spaulding came to my rescue!!! Rhonde dispatched one of her team supervisors (who was already home for the day) and he spent 3 hours cleaning the oven, stove and kitchen cabinets as well as the two bathtubs with moldy mats in them. He was not only extremely thorough, he was very pleasant and sincerely committed to ensuring our satisfaction and happiness.

While I called other cleaning services that advertised 24/7 availability, Spaulding was the only one who lived up to their promise...actually, in my opinion...went above and beyond the call of duty.

My experience with this company was beyond satisfactory from start to finish! I needed help with cleaning & discarding contents that I had in a storage that were damaged by a rodent infestation. Even as it rained the crew worked quickly but thoroughly to go through every single item to disinfect what was salvageable & throw away what was not. The only hiccup was that there was some miscommunication on the business end & they did not show up with the rollaway dumpster & boxes that were included in my estimate, but that was a fast & easy fix. I hope I never find myself needing these types of services again, but if I do...this is who I’ll be calling FIRST! Oh & let me not forget to mention that they offered me the best rate in town out of every other single company that I called.

My sister and I recently found ourselves in a situation with our elderly Mom, who suffers with Dementia from Alzheimer's, still living in our family home, which she had long since been able to maintain. Mom had fallen again, and we realized something had to be done at home for her to continue living there safely; a lot of work needed to be done quickly. We had no clue who to call for help. If you've never dealt with the disease mentioned above or an older adult who feels they're losing their independence, it's quite a challenge. After several Google searches, I reached out to Spaulding Decon.

Within 24-hours, I received a call from a Sales Rep who introduced herself as Virginia. Virginia asked pertinent questions related to our situation with extreme professionalism, care, grace, and assurance. She arranged for Davi, a team lead, to meet with us onsite in less than 24-hours to give an estimate and talk in person about services. Davi arrived on time and, like Virginia, acted with extreme professionalism and care. He introduced himself first to our Mom and, with sensitivity, asked her permission to walk through her home to see how he might help get her house cleaned up to have a better quality of life. Mom, who had been on edge, angry, defensive, sad, and embarrassed about the entire situation, immediately felt at ease with him. He spoke to her slowly and explained every detail of the services Spaulding would provide. We were able to get through the initial appointment without any issues.

We received an estimate within 24-hours; the proposal was for a team of 3 to be onsite for 3-days, with the option to provide all materials. We felt the assessment was fair given the size of the job and, after a few questions, executed the contract and worked with Chelsea to get on the schedule. Chelsea was a lifesaver managing all questions and was available as needed with complete professionalism. Chelsea worked hard to get us scheduled quickly, and work began the following Monday.

These guys - WERE AMAZING. They arrived every day on time and were ready to tackle the job. They ALWAYS showed our mom respect and were SO PATIENT with her throughout the entire project. They were ALWAYS FRIENDLY and ALWAYS WORKING HARD. They cleaned as they went and, at the end of every day, they disposed of all items designated by category; Trash, Storage (multiple units), and Retain. Davi, a certified Architect in his home country, worked with Mom on rearranging furniture to ensure it was safe for her to get around. I cannot believe we were able to get the entire house sorted out in 3-days. I would recommend Spaulding and THESE THREE MEN to anyone in need of this type of service. I cannot thank them enough.

From the moment I filled out the request online to returning to the office after services were done, was impecable. Steven came out and did a thorough inspection lusteni g to EXACTLY what I needed. Even going as fas as to get a ladder to check out the roof.
But the exceltent service didnt stop there. The job that Jise and Buddy did was Top Notch. To be honest they reorganized my parts department better then I had it. Everything was spotless and smelled amazing and clean. HIGHLY recommend this crew.

I recently had a loved one need to go into long term care leaving us to take care of his apartment. The situation was very bad - apartment was full of items and extremely filthy. We just couldn't take the time to go through things and clean it up. Plus the filth was so bad that you needed a mask just to enter. Bill and his team including Josie were amazing. They helped prioritize us given our situation and did an excellent job cleaning up the apartment. I cannot recommend them enough.

I'm so glad I found Spaulding Decon. I had a unique situation requiring someone to vacuum and deodorize my attic. They responded to my online inquiry real time and scheduled someone to come out the next day to analyze the situation. They are thorough, treat you like a real person, and explain everything to you. It's so refreshing to find a company where everyone involved with my project was kind and NICE. They are not in this business for quick buck. They care about their customers and the services they provide. I highly recommend them!

Saw them recommended on Reddit, and had a great experience overall. Since I was scheduling from afar and didn't want to overwhelm family with an in-person estimate, Rhone was flexible and helpful with providing a quote based on descriptions and many pictures (both close-up and big-picture). The quote was reasonable/competitive, and Chelsea was excellent with getting the arrangements made. She sent Stephanie and David, who were diligent and fun for 8 hours straight, which was pretty impressive. We booked them for one 8-hour session (recognizing that we wouldn't get to everything, but just hoping to get as much done as possible). They hit our priority areas first and then were flexible in figuring out what we could do that would be most helpful in the time we had. They did an amazing job cleaning while my family and I decluttered, and they were really helpful with hauling away our resulting trash bags. Scheduling, payment, etc. was all super easy. Would definitely recommend or call them again in the future.

We had Spaulding Decon come out to a home we were purchasing that needed a very deep clean. They were prompt, easy to communicate with and extremely detailed. We communicated with Chelsea who was able to come out next day to look at the property and give us a quote that same day. She took detailed notes of our specific needs and passed them along to her team. We interfaced with the crew during the cleaning and they went above and beyond our expectations. I just had Spaulding Decon Austin team come and clean my rent house and David and his crew did an amazing job! My previous tenant had almost destroyed the interior of my home and David and his team with Spaulding Decon did an absolutely amazing cleaning and sanitation job. They had the best estimate out of any others, they gave a free on-site estimate and then followed up with me the next day with even better news! They were able to adjust my estimate, in my favor and show up the next day to complete the job! All other companies estimated much higher and couldn’t get to me for weeks.
