Josh did an amazing job! He spent over 5 hrs. deep cleaning the oversize couch that my young puppy had made his potty spot. Couch looks and smells a thousand times better and I appreciate all the time and effort as well but more importantly his hustle and willingness to listen and make suggestions for the best outcome.

Had my carpet cleaned today and recieved great service from the team at Steam Masters Cleaning. My carpet looks 10 times better after their cleaning. Both Damion and Bradley were very professional, knowledgeable and accomplished the job in a timely manner. Will be a return customer.

Steam Master is #1 in the ATX area for a reason!

Long story short, I have a beloved cat that is getting older and he had an accident on our new couch. After trying to take care of it myself with a myriad of cleaners and nothing was working, I contacted Steam Master. Manny was the first employee to come out, give a quote, and completed the initial cleaning. He was very kind and professional! But after a while the couch dried and I noticed the urine smell was still very present in the back crease of the recliner. The chair was not fully reclined during cleaning, so I believe this area was simply missed. I contacted Steam Master again with my concerns and they were quick to schedule another appointment to return. Paul was the second employee to come out, he made quick work of re-treating the area and cleaning it again *free of charge*. There was another employee with Paul, I didn’t catch his name, but they were both very respectful and considerate of my home and pets.

Now, on the receipt it does say, “No guarantee with level I or level II pet treatments.” BUT one thing is certain: They take their customer satisfaction guarantee very seriously. I’ll definitely be a returning customer as needed and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Bradley and Cody did a great job for us! They were very knowledgeable thorough and patient as we worked out the details. I would highly recommend the Austin team and their manager John! Definitely have a “go to” for carpet cleaning now.

Excellent job done. I would recommend Steam Master for your carpet cleaning. We also had an 8 × 10 and 3×5 area rugs cleaned. John W and Eric G were professional and respectful. The price for the entire job was reasonable. The lemon scent smells so good.

I had a great experience with this cleaning company! They were able to come out the same day to clean my couch, and Brandon did an excellent job. He was very professional, friendly, and made sure my couch got the proper care it needed. He even took the time to explain the preventative treatment options to help keep it looking fresh longer. I called on Friday, and they were able to schedule a visit to quote the job the next day. I needed upholstery cleaning on my sectional couch and 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. Bradley arrived around 1:30 for my 12-5 time slot, and he was very knowledgable. He explained the process steps needed to get the proper cleaning and best results on my son's very tough carpet stains. He was incredibly thorough, and I am extremely pleased by his attention to detail throughout the visit. Highly recommend!

My horse of a dog had a urine accident in my closet that I didn’t find for a couple days. She has never went in the house but got sick and man did the closet smell bad. I carpet cleaned it 3 times then decided I needed some professional help. Had them come out and they gave me a 460 dollar price for a walk in closet. they gave me a discount because I told them I wasn’t paying that, but after the first treatment the closet barely smelled better maybe even worse, because he didn’t pad treat the whole area I asked him too. Even the small spots he pad treated still smelled heavily. I was gonna give it a few days then call to see what my options were but I got a follow up call the next day asking about my satisfaction. I just told them that the closet still smelled AWFUL and that I felt like more of the pad needed treated and to soak longer. They didn’t hesitate at all to send out 2 new techs that spent 2 hours on it and got the job done. The smell is completely gone and I’m now happy to say it was money well spent!

Timothy came after his last job of the day and helped me out of a dire situation I was just finishing up a job painting and on the very last area of trim I dropped an entire can of white paint on the carpet. Timothy was here within an hour and had the stain up 30 minutes after he got here totally saved me highly highly highly recommend

Prior to selling a house I needed to have the entire four bedroom house floors cleaned (half carpet, half tile.) I got quotes from several companies but Steam Master Cleaning sent Hector to meet me the following day for a free accurate quote and he was ready to begin the job immediately. He went over all options and the price was certainly reasonable, and I was happy he could start and finish that same day. He did a fantastic job! The tile had a previous problem from a past owner and he explained exactly how it could be fixed, they even organized for Hector to be able to come back the very next day to take care of it. Again, he did a phenomenal job! He was very professional, friendly, and took care in his work to make sure it was perfect. I highly recommend this company and if you get Hector as your technician, you'll be super happy with his expertise, and attention to detail, and friendly manner. 5 stars, thanks guys!

I can’t say enough good things about Bradley and Rodriguez. They came out to help with my son’s carpet and truly went above and beyond. What I thought might be permanent damage, they somehow managed to restore back to 100% — it honestly looks brand new again.

Beyond the amazing results, they were incredibly kind, patient, and professional the entire time. They took the time to explain what they were doing, treated our home with care, and were just genuinely pleasant people to have around — which matters so much when you have kids and a busy household.

This is a good company with solid equipment, supplies, and knowledge for cleaning, and I was pleased with the overall quality of their work.

However, I do want to mention a serious caution. In my living room, the 120-volt outlets are dual-purpose: each receptacle has one normal outlet and one clearly painted RED. The red outlets are not standard—they are dedicated to lamps that are controlled by dimmers, mechanical switches, smartphone apps, and voice commands. These are tied into electronic control circuits.

The crew plugged an industrial-grade floor brush into one of the red outlets. The tool draws a lot of current and, as a result, it blew out the electronic circuitry that controls my lighting system. It took me several days to replace and reprogram the damaged components, and it was expensive.

Many modern homes have similar smart or dual-purpose outlets, so I believe staff should be trained to recognize and avoid these, especially when using heavy-duty equipment. If you have these types of outlets in your home, I strongly recommend taping them off before any service visit.

Also, it would have been easy to roll my refrigerator out and clean that area also.

It is my opinion they do not have good training for new employees.

Absolutely thrilled with my Steam Cleaning experience! The customer service from my technician, Terrell, was top-notch—friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all the specialty treatments available. I had a couple pet stains from a previous renter that I didn’t think would lift, but the results were seriously impressive. Everything looks fresh and like new again!! Highly recommend!

I was hesitant to use this company that was new to me. But they exceeded my expectations. Andrew and Agustin were proficient and friendly technicians. Andrew was quizzed and he answered every question I had with knowledge and patience. Results were amazing. A dog urine stained white area rug was made looking new again. Total experience was professional and well-done. I highly recommend.

I had Joshua and Damion as my service technicians, they were very quick but also very detail oriented while cleaning my carpet, I had some stains that I did not think would come out but thanks to them my carpet looks almost brand new!! I am very happy and pleased with how professional, courteous and informative they were! Next time I need a job done I will be requesting them to come out.
